Algarve Surf Hostel Sagres

Bei der Reservierung gab es ein Missverständnis, habe rechtzeitig das richtige Datum geliefert, da war das Zimmer allerdings belegt. Jetzt bekomme ich mein Deposit von 50 EUR nicht zurück, obwohl das Hostel sicherlich mein Zimmer in der Zeit wieder vermietet. Das wird immer so cool und easy getan, aber Kulanz oder Fairness kennen sie nicht! Da wird dann einfach nicht mehr auf die Mail geantwortet und gut is. Bin unterm Strich froh, dass ich dort nicht bleibe...

Ich habe das Hostel 35,- Euro die Nacht in einem 6er gebucht, da ich es sehr praktisch fande, dass der Surfkurs 65,- Euro pro Tag inkl. Transfer dabei ist. Das Hostel kostet die Nacht 35,- Euro und sie sehen anhand von den Bilder, dass pro Person 1m x 1m der Mensch platzt hat! 65,- Euro für einen Surfkurs zu verlangen, liegt bestimmt an der Monopol Stellung der Algarve Küste. L'infrastructure est super (lits, salles de bains, cuisine..) et la localisation aussi, à 15min à pied de trois plages sublimes. Le gérant est disponible et à l'écoute. Par contre, il y a un énorme staff de bénévoles qui habite là et ça donne l'impression d'être chez eux, dans leur colocation. For me the most important criteria for a hostel is that it’s a safe place for me and my belongings and that I’m able to sleep well. Most guests seemed to love the atmosphere, but it wasn’t my vibe at all. There was like an open mic with loud live music right outside my room until 23h and there was no place to go to escape it when I needed to relax. This is a great Surf Hostel. Very friendly staff and a real model to involve all guests . I strongly suggest you try and arrive on a Sunday or Monday with the group having surfing lessons. Then you get to meet them all and enjoy the week with them. Hostel is a great location for an easy walk to town . If you are surfing on your own you need a car really. Only issue is space - the kitchen is small and used by the staff , so self catering may be an issue. As a surf lodge this is hard to beat .

The first three days the weather was perfect for surfing, but what they allowed me was not enough for me, as I had to wait for the whole group to gather and that took an hour, then I had 2 hours to surf instead of 3. The second and third days were like the first and so on the third I decided to take an old surfboard and surf by myself for which they asked me 15 euros. Awesome setup, helpful and friendly staff, surf instructors very knowledgeable with all levels of abilities. Breakfast was great and very social spot.

Probably one of the best hostel experiences I’ve ever had. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. The location was is a short walk to shops. The facilities were great and the friendships formed were very genuine. Wholeheartedly recommend and will definitely return.

Der Aufenthalt im Camp war fantastisch. Ich war von vielen tollen Menschen umgeben und die Volunteers haben sich größte Mühe gegeben, dass sich alle wohlfühlen und bestens versorgt sind. Auch die Surf-Instructor Paco und Maren haben einen grandiosen Job gemacht und immer geschaut, dass alle Spaß am Surfen haben. Vielen Dank und bis ganz bald ;-).

Ich habe das Hostel 3 Nächte gebucht und es war die beste Entscheidung! Die Leute waren super freundlich, die ganze Stimmung im Hostel war fantastisch. Ich habe kein Surfkurs gebucht, war aber trotzdem bei allen Aktivitäten wilkommen umd hatte auch die Chance den Transfer zum Surfstrand zu benutzen. Ich würde diese Unterkunft definitiv nächstesmal wieder buchen!

Top hostel. Leuke mensen, goede sfeer en heerlijk dagelijks ontbijt inbegrepen. En goede surfmogelijkheden in de buurt.

Ostello pulito, curato. Camere tenute bene e pulite. Staff gentile e disponibile. Possibilità di partecipare a lezioni di surf con trasporto tramite van che parte dall'ostello. Un'esperienza bellissima che consigliamo!

Équipe super cool. On a pris 5 jours et les instructors nous ont accompagné chaque jour de manière adaptée en fonction de nos progrès. Et beaucoup de patience avec notre ado de 13 ans. Bref super club

El equipo de trabajo es fabuloso! Te hacen sentir en casa y rápidamente sientes que eres parte de una gran familia. La comida es deliciosa. Cada mañana ofrecen platillos recién horneados. Además siempre te ofrecen una opción en caso de tener requerimientos de dieta específicos. La organización es estupenda. Las actividades muy divertidas y diversas! No podría recomendar más a este fabuloso lugar. Estoy segura que volveré! :) Gracias a todo el equipo!

Geweldig!

Un’esperienza unica che ripeterei subito! La struttura è molto curata e l’atmosfera che si respira è amichevole e rilassata. Le stanze sono pulite e ben manutenute. Lo staff è accogliente e disponibile. Ogni sera ci sono delle attività da svolgere in gruppo come lezioni di yoga e cene a tema. La parte migliore della vacanza sono state le lezioni di surf organizzate dalla scuola dell’ostello con istruttori bravissimi e preparati.

Ottima esperienza al surf Camp. Abbiamo fatto una week, da domenica a domenica. La casa è molto grande, stanze e bagni puliti e fuori c è bel giardino. La mattina ottima colazione, molto vasta e sempre con dolci/salati homemade. Abbiamo provato surf per 5 giorni, partivamo la mattina alle 10 e tornavamo alle 18. Ich habe dieses Hostel dieses Jahr im März über die dazugehörige Surf Schule entdeckt und damals schon ein paar Mitarbeiter*innen kennengelernt. Buen sitio para pasar unos días. El staff muy simpáticos y amables. Siempre dispuestos a ayudarte y darte consejos de surf. También tienen escuela de surf, pero si vas por libre y surfeas en amado, tienen en esta playa su escuela y te ayudan y dejan que guardes allí tu tabla. Das Hostel wurde letzten Winter komplett renoviert und hat dementsprechend moderne, super saubere Zimmer eine schöne Gemeinschaftsküche, Wohnzimmer und eine tolle Terasse, die zum Sonne tanken nach dem Surfen einlädt. Excellent séjour dans cette surfhouse, climat accueillant et bienveillant du staff, propreté irréprochable, lits confortables et pratiques (rideaux, prise électrique, lumière dans chaque lit), le dortoir féminin a même sa salle de bain privée! Mein Aufenthalt im Surfcamp war vom A-Z der hammer. Das ganze Team und die Volunteers waren mega Nett und hilfsbereit. Als Surflehrer;in hatte ich Alex und Splinter und sie habe das super gemacht. Man merkte, dass sie ihren Job mit Leidenschaft ausführen. Ich würde jederzeit wieder das Surfhostel besuchen.

Sehr gemütliches und familiäres hostel, sauber mit sehr schönen bädern und sehr nettes Personal (: würde wieder kommen!!
