+ Horrific experience. You cannot sleep at night because between midnight and 6 am guys on the reception floor have loudly sex.

+ Good place if you are homeless, you can also always volunteer here no matter your mental or physical state or removing your body odour habits or having communication skills problems ;)
- Not a tourist hostel at all but more so homeless with welfare refugee place.

Let me begin by stating that I was assaulted by the male receptionist. He pushed me almost down the stairs. When we arrived we were charged for our room immediately. I booked a private twin room. After the transaction we were told it was a double room (meaning a single bed). I told him this was not acceptable and to refund my money to my card. He refused. After an hour of being cursed at by him and us asking for the police we were refunded in cash. Worst experience ever!!!!
My friend got bed bugs on this trip. The linens were oldddd. Mine were literally falling apart, and it was so cramped. Our dorm should have been a 4 bed not a 4 bed. The staff was nice. Not very social at all.
Been traveling for over 10 years in 35 years of my life. Been to so many hostels, hotels, and airbnbs and I can guarantee this has to be the worst and has the rudest host and staffs. Folks, stay away from the dirty and do yourself some good. Safe travels!
My stay at this hostel was disappointing. Despite freezing temperatures, there was no heating at night, the showers lacked hot water, and the rooms' proximity to the common area made sleep impossible due to constant noise until 3 am. Additionally, there were inadequate instructions for early checkout. I'm genuinely puzzled by its high ratings.
+ The positives were that two of the men on the front desk were really friendly and down to earth. They lended me a lock for free. This came in handy for the large storage under the beds. They provide crocs to wear in the rooms. The location is great as it is in the centre of the touristic area, it is next to a main street so you might hear some noise at night especially on the weekends. They provide free tea and coffee. The common area is comfy. The wifi is free and fairly reliable. I believe the most people in one room is 6 which is on the smaller side compared to most other hostels.
- There were (blood??) stains on the bunk above me. Chewing gum in the showers (which had a really strong smell and black mold). One of the people in my room was incredibly sick during the entirety of my stay. I slept with a mask on most nights. That is, when I was able to sleep between the loud coughing and wheezing. I understand this was out of the resident & hostel's control but it would have been good to offer a solution. I know several other residents complained about this situation. The coughing kept me up but other guests upstairs were loud way past the silence hours as well. On my last night, I could hear furniture being moved & loud conversations in german until 4am. Even after politely asking them to be mindful of their noise level, they continued. I am a seasoned traveller and have stayed in hostels across the world but this is the first time I considered leaving to go sleep somewhere else half way through my stay. This hindered my ability to enjoy my trip as I was exhausted. I prefer to only leave good reviews or no reviews at all, but this was a really bad experience

I had a great stay here. It was very social and the people working at the hostel made me feel right at home. Would recommend if you're going to Sarajevo!

Her everything was perfect
Unbeatable location, helpful staff, proper kitchen facilities. Each bed has a shelf and outlet which is nice. However, found the bathrooms to be quite dirty frequently, and there was always a lack of hot water for showers. Female bathroom hair dryer out of use which was inconvenient. Top bunks were also very high and ladders provided little support. Overall decent stay and good atmosphere but has a few things that could be improved.
Will stay again! Ivan the manager was super nice, very centrally located, met some great people there! Only downside is there are only 2 bathrooms/showers for all the rooms in the main floor, and they didn’t have hot water (other people sometimes had it but it seemed sporadic).
Great hostel. Very friendly employees. The owner, Ivan, is very helpful and generous. Very cheap beer on tap aswell in the hostel.
Would def stay here again. Right in the center of everything. Everything is super close and at walking distance. Highly recommended

Has everything you need and rooms are comfortable. Just a heads up there’s no upper age limit at the hostel which can make it uncomfortable if you’re a solo female traveller (I was put in a room with 6 men aged 40+). Otherwise great location and friendly staff.
+ Perfect location. Right in the middle of the city. Clean room, good sized room. Comfy bed and pillows. Nice common area with free coffee and tea.
- Our room was next to the toilets so it was very noisy. Some of the toilets/showers need a in-depth clean as there was quite a bit of mould in them.
I think there should be more separated bathroom facilities. In two rooms, shower, toilet and a tiny washbasin were all in the same room. This impractical when several people use the bathroom. If someone wants just to urinate of brush his/her teeth need to wait for the person having a shower.... Kitchen should have a tap too. The girls look unhappy, they should make a effort to smile.

+ Hospitality and location of the hostel were very good. The staff were friendly and welcoming. I want to thank to Aiden for helping me, welcoming attitude and his good communication skills. I could find the hostel easily and it was clean. Additionally I can say that the decoration was very good. Thanks a bunch. ☺️
By far the BEST hostel I have stayed at ever. I have stayed there twice and both times it has been incredibly social and overall a great place to stay. Staff is so awesome too and they give great recommendations!
