I stayed 3 nights. On the 2nd day i realized i have been bite by bed bugs on arms, one leg and several on my upper back. The classic 3 in a row bite. Reached out to the team via email to mitigate the situation and never even got a response. The next morning i left asap. There is no English speaking person and nobody onsite. The rooms, kitchen and shower are dirty. For me a horror experience in my vacation. I can not recommend this place at all!

Would not recommend. Look for a guest house instead. This place is in an old building, and unfortunately, the rooms don’t have functioning windows. The AC wasn’t working during my stay, so there was basically no ventilation, it was extremely uncomfortable trying to sleep. The overall atmosphere also felt a bit off. There were people approaching the hostel late at night, seemingly trying to get in without a booking, which made things feel less secure.

This is one of the worst hostels I've ever been. I dont know were they buy the good comments. They squeeze 12 people in old bunkbeds in room without any window! Staff is never present, just whatsapp. The bathrooms are very dirty, smell if mould everywhere. 30 Euro per night is crazy.

the toilets were dirty, there was no one in the hostel unless a grumpy old guy who I did not knew if he was staff or not. Felt a little shady. At least it was cheap...

No tiene recepción 24 horas. Llegamos tarde y al día siguiente fuimos de excursión temprano. Me llamaron varias veces para hacer el pago y les expliqué la situación. Y que obvio iba a pagar. A la noche me despertó la persona de la recepción para que pague. Los baños estuvieron sucios siempre. Lo único bueno es la ubicación.

The position is great, just few minúte from port and from the main street:) the staff is helpful and nice but in the room I stayed I had a problem with WiFi. Showers and toilets were not so clean...I also didnt like the common space- those sofas were dirty and old and I dont know...it was just not worth the price. I am not fancy traveller, been to many places and slept in many hostels, but this one just didnt meet my expectations.anyway, I didnt have any other choice and was just sleeping ther...

the place is terribly rundown - two toilets out of five are usable, and the entire bathroom is always covered in water and dirt, with mold everywhere and wood fixture swelling from the water - fan extractors are broken too, and the bathroom has been a swamp for almost a week I've been staying there - no power outlets either, with people fighting for one - the kitchen, theplacewiththe one and only table - the staff was nice, but the owner is obviously spending nothing on maintenance and upkeep

A very very very basic hostel which misses many things. So there is a room for improvement. The beds are uncomfortable especially the top ones and they shake when someone climbs or moves. The pillows are like nothing. The common space feels quite dead. The bathrooms are not very clean and the water pressure is so bad that it took forever to take a shower. I think it is only good for a night stay. The staff on the other hand are super nice, welcoming and flexible.

Nous étions deux amies donc ça allait mais je ne recommande pas à une fille seule d’y aller car l’ambiance est anxiogène, tout le monde ne peut avoir un casier donc les affaires sont laissées sans sécurité dans l’auberge. Non nous avons été surpris de l’âge des autres occupants, plus vieux que ce que nous pensions. La propreté laisse à désirer. Cependant l’emplacement est très bien, dans un quartier très sur de Trapani.

Contact with staff is only with WhatsApp, on the odd occasion they're onsite they act like they can't be bothered to talk to you. The only other guest appeared to be living there semi-long term, he smokes cigarettes in the bedroom and is noisy at night. No atmosphere, uncomfortable bed, not very clean.

Zimmertüre kann nicht abgeschlossen werden, Nicht alle Schliessfächer abschliessbar. Badezimmer okay aber Duschen nicht zuuu sauber. Viele Leute in einem Zimmer, aber Zimmer sind okay. Wlan und Lounge und Küche vorhanden. Reception nicht besetzt und keine Antwort über Whatsapp/Mail erhalten. Nachricht für Zugangscode jedoch frühzeitig erhalten. Im Grossen und Ganzen okay aber Atmosphäre nicht so toll.

Tutto come io avuto aspettato. Mi è piaciuto.

Estaba muy bien ubicado y el precio bueno, pero muy sucio, se nota que habia poco personal y no se hacian los baños correctamente

It was very bare minimum. Given that its a beach location, floors were not very well cleaned, same for toilets. The aircon was not always on and we all felt really warm at night and could not sleep. Felt very basic and not well tended to. The beds were creaking all night and the doors did not lock well. The toilet doors had no locks until we asked for the key, really weird.

Gutes Hostel für einen kurzen Aufenthalt. Habe sehr spontan gebucht und es hat alles geklappt. Hat Klimaanlage im Zimmer aber leider kein Fenster. Das Bett muss man selber anziehen aber es steht alles zur Verfügung, auch Duschtuch. Am Abend sind die Duschen eher dreckig und sie sind auch schon sehr alt. Grosse Küche mit Geschirr und Möglichkeit, Essen im Kühlschrank zu lassen. Insgesamt würde ich wieder dort übernachten!

In general the idea of the hostel is nice, you can checkin by yourself, the interior is modern and the kitchen well equipped and with enough space. But the downsides of the hostel made us feel quite uncomfortable. You couldn‘t lock the dorms you are sleeping in. One toilet was clogged all the time. We witnessed one man sleeping in the hostel harassing two other girls, which is not in the power of staff ofc but we had the impression that an above average number of middle-aged man slept there.

Va bene se devi passarci una notte. Personale inesistente, rispondi ai messaggi ore dopo.Zero area comune. Uno degli ostelli peggio gestiti dove sia mai stata.

Great value and location! Easy to access and near Trapani center. Beds are open style dorms and linens and towels are provided. Multiple bathrooms and water runs hot quicker than anywhere I've ever stayed!

Von der Lage her ein gutes Hostel, in der Nähe zum Hafen. Das Personal war auch sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, ist allerdings nicht den ganzen Tag vor Ort, schaut daher unbedingt in eure E-Mails, falls ihr außerhalb der Zeiten anreist. Die Gemeinschaftsbäder waren nicht sehr sauber und es wirkte auch so als seien sie nicht gereinigt worden in den zwei Tagen, die ich da war. Die Zimmer wirkten etwas muffig und feucht.
