City Center Best Hostel Milano

Nous avions convenu une arrivée tardive hier soir car notre avion arrivait tard. On nous avait informé d’un pris pour le late checking qui était de 10€ si proche de 00h et 12€ si proche de 1h Nous sommes arrivées vers 00h20 et on nous a demandé 15€ en nous disant qu’on était arrivées très tard …

La ubicación no es buena, tampoco terrible, 30 minutos caminando del centro, los casilleros no se pueden cerrar, las habitaciones no cierran, ni siquiera la puerta principal del hostal se podía cerrar, daban una sabana y una cobija muy pequeña, y las ventanas tampoco cierran bien, las duchas no servían bien y no cerraban bien las puertas y solo había dos baños en todo el hostal. No es un sitio económico para estar tan mal y definitivamente no merece la calificación que tiene.

Réservation en dortoir. Juste 5 lit posés dans une chambre, literie inconfortable. Il n'y a que 2 salles de bain avec les toilettes à l'intérieur, c'est un peu juste.

Very run down, smelt weird in the stairs area, one of the staff members preferred me as “her too” to one of my friends instead of asking me! Which I found rude. The beds are creaky, very loud in the nights, some of the people staying didn’t care about noise and woke up multiple times throughout the night to rattling plastic, blowing nose. You had to queue every morning and every night for toilets!

Not clean, did not feel secure due to front door always open and no lock on door to the dorm.

Aunque no fue una estancia mala, definitivamente el lugar no está hecho para ser un hostal. El personal al recibirme NO fue amable, me regañó una chica por usar el elevador y otras cosas. Solamente dos baños es muy impractico hay que esperar horas para bañarse y aunque en metro está cerca, a pie no es poco tiempo al centro. el lugar es un departamento condicionado pero eso hace que sea aún más incómodo

This is not a hostel but a shared flat which is subletting some of their rooms. The neighbors in the house do not seem so happy about it. Staff is living in the "hostel" too (their private shampoo etc. is stored in the shared bathrooms). Bathrooms are humid and not very clean, everything is super old. You will find holes in the walls that are covered with plastic patches. The beds are small and uncomfortable. Mosquitos everywhere. I wouldn't pay more than 20€ a night there.

Awful stay. Staff was very rude to me. Was only allowed to use the air con for 1 hour a day so I was constantly sweating. Was told I was not allowed to use the elevator as well even though I had heavy bags. Don't advise air con and an elevator if I'm not allowed to use them!! Not social at all. Stay somewhere else.

I reserved this hostel because I knew I wouldnt be able to catch the last train to my friend. Fast Forward. My flights delayed by 3 hours and I miss all check in times. But I stayed in touch with the receptionist and the hostel staff was very kind to me even tho they do not operate 24/7. I arrived afterafter 1 am. Although I paid the late arrival fee of abt 15 euros. They upgraded my room from 6/8 bed to like 3 bed for my comfort. Provided me a towel. Amazing. Thank you to Natasha and staff

Le lieu est bien desservi et globalement propre. En revanche, il n’y a que deux salles de bain (et aucune toilette séparée) pour l’ensemble des voyageurs, ce qui nous semble un peu faible. De plus, les chambres sont très mail isolées ; on entend tout ce qui se passe dans les pièces communes et à l’accueil. Les matelas étaient également très fins et peu confortables.

Lugar incrível! A dona foi super simpática e prestativa, fiquei sem palavras pela recepção.

Nous avons passé une excellente séjour , tout était parfait , propre et calme ! seulement au niveau sécurité y a pas de clé pour rentrer dans la chambre ni pour les bagages et les salles de bain étaient juste trop juste pour beaucoup de personne et il faut un peu s‘attendre. Sinon les personnels sont très aimables, nous avons bien été accueilli même si on était un peu trop tôt pour le Check in ! Merci beaucoup à la réceptionniste Tatiana

Was about a 30 minute walk to the duomo, but has a metro stop near aswell. Only two bathrooms for the whole hostel so make sure to wake up early to get ready. Staff was really friendly and offered recommendations for Milan

We stayed in a 6-bed female dorm. It was very basic but exactly what we needed. We only stayed one night but what they had to offer was good if you were staying longer. The location was great as right in city center. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. They even recommended places to eat. The hostel itself reminded me of a flat more than a hostel which was very refreshing.

Muy buena atención de Christian, nos orientó sobre opciones de restaurante y lugares para visitar, indudablemente regresaría, el hostal cubre con lo necesario en calidad respecto al precio.
