Me robaron en el Hostel, no vuelvo

숙소 1층이었는데 밤12시까지 노래방하는 소리에 잠 못자고, 새벽2시반에 체크인하는거에 깨서 빡쳐서 리뷰씀

La peor experiencia! Cancelaron mi vuelo y aunque avisé con anticipación, no reembolsaron NADA. Muchos hostels entienden que es algo que pasa y reembolsan un pocentaje. Aqui, prefirieron quedárselo. Highly not recomended

“The staff are not helpful, and please never book with breakfast.”

I have a reservation through Booking, I have been trying for 7 days to contact you by email or by phone for the mentioned reservation date. I sent 20 emails, I use the tool on Booking to change the date, nobody answers me.

Apparently smoking is allowed indoors here, that is disgusting. There are people smoking in the chairs by the front entrance right now and the security guard just smiled and nodded when I asked him if smoking is allowed indoors here. If I knew that ahead of time I would have booked somewhere else.

Stayed 4 nights. I thought it was great until the 3rd night, but on the last night, I was in a bad mood. I don't know if it's a hostel event or something, but until 12 o'clock in the middle of the night, the karaoke that was too bad in the open space. reverberated in the room, and I was so tired that I couldn't sleep at all, which was stressful. I was extremely disappointed with the reception staff at this establishment. From the moment I arrived, they were rude and dismissive, making me feel like an inconvenience rather than a valued customer. They showed a complete lack of professionalism and seemed uninterested in addressing my concerns. It's clear that customer service is not a priority here, and I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a welcoming and respectful experience."

My experience at The Rome Hello left much to be desired. The hostel’s atmosphere felt excessively controlled; staff seemed more invested in policing guests’ every move than in fostering a welcoming environment. Ao reservar o The RomeHello eu já esperava ter uma boa experiência tendo em vista que havia pouquíssimas reclamações dentre as avaliações, no entanto eles conseguiram superar a já alta expectativa que eu tinha. Fiquei por lá por 9 dias, num quarto com 4 camas. Desde a chegada a receptividade de todos os funcionários chamou a atenção. Me explicaram tudo, me permitiram tomar um banho e guardar as malas, me forneceram até a toalha para o banho gratuitamente. Ao fazer checkin no quart...

Fabuloso! No me lo esperaba realmente, las instalaciones limpiecitas y ordenadas, tienen muchas actividades diarias que realizan con sus huéspedes, todos muy amables. La ubicación es perfecta, muy cerca a paraderos de buses, cerca a las principales atracciones para ir caminando. Recomendado al 100% por donde lo veas.

Uno de los mejores hostels que fui. Me trataron increíble y está cerca de Termini. Tenes un poco caminando a los monumentos pero en 15 min caminando llegas a todo. Super recomendable.

Sono stata meravigliosamente bene. Tutto perfetto. Grazie davvero di tutto. Colazione eccezionale, ho mangiato anche a cena tutto buonissimo.

Ff zoeken maar dan stap je in een andere wereld. Mooie binnenplaats waar je kunt relaxen. In het restaurant kunt je o.a.lekker ontbijten en ze draaien er mooie muziek. Kamer en douche netjes en ruim, alleen op de douche zat weinig waterdruk en de temperatuur was slecht te regelen. Aandachtspunten! Aangezien ze het milieu hoog in het vaandel hebben staan.

Es la primera vez que me hospedo en un hostal y la experiencia 10/10. Los de recepción y el servicio de limpieza muy amables y atentos. El desayuno estuvo muy variado y delicioso. El hostal es muy acogedor y limpio, la verdad que me ha encantado todo.

Mi è piaciuto molto, lo consiglio!

Fue mi primera experiencia en un hostel y fue excelente. Los espacios son amplios, limpios y bien mantenidos. Tiene todos los servicios necesarios (laundry, cocina y guardado de equipaje). Destaco especialmente la limpieza de la ropa de cama, estaba impecable. Las camas son cómodas y la habitación mixta de 4 personas funcionó muy bien. El baño también en muy buenas condiciones. El staff es un gran diferencial: muy amable, predispuesto y simpático.
