The building is modern, and clean. Doors are practically sound proof. Staff is friendly and helpful. Bed is comfy, I slept like a baby there.

Check in is scheduled very late and check out too early

First time I have ever used a hostel in the USA, but I will say this location is even better than hotels or AirBnBs I have stayed at! It was in a great location and the facilities and wonderful staff were a great bonus. The vibes were very relaxed and the associated bar with events made the stay even more fun for me. I would recommend this hostel for those who are looking for a place to stay for skiing/snowboarding.

Smitten with this place and especially the staff. Booked it last minute and ended up extending our trip because we loved it so much. The staff are now life long friends and the bar/outdoor patio/hot tub areas are such a vibe and a fun addition. Cannot recommend enough. Love love and we will be back! Until next time!

We reserved a private FOUR BEDROOM, and instead were given a one bedroom with a pull out coach. I even showed the staff our reservation. HI REGINA, YOUR BOOKING IS CONFIRMED Reference Number: 309986-559809063 Tue 12th Mar 2024 Deluxe 4 Bed Private Ensuite 1 Room US$336.00 There were no accommodations made to change our room or the price. NOT HAPPY!!! Buyer beware!

The Pad is definitely rad! I really enjoyed my stay at this premier hostel! This is one of the best hostels I have ever stayed at. The staff at the Pad were very professional and helped me with anything I needed. My room was very clean and more comfortable than some hotels I have stayed in. The showers, toilets, and sink areas were kept clean daily too! Keep up your amazing service to your guests and thanks for providing an awesome place to stay after an Epic day on the mountains!

A friend and I stayed at The Pad in the extremely economical dorm style room while we adventured this past weekend. The staff was amazing! All of them were super friendly and helpful. We enjoyed getting to meet other great guests while soaking in the roof top hot tub, and appreciated being able to store and make food in the kitchen. It was also convenient and reassuring to use the indoor bike storage when we weren’t our riding. I will recommend to others and stay here again myself!
