After reading a few good reviews decided to book here, but I regret doing so. We were able to check in at 10am. Unfortunately in the evening we found out this was the worst bed i’ve ever been in. We asked if they could solve the issue or move us to another room. They told us they were fully booked. However, on the website I could still book multiple rooms. They advised us to cancel our booking and leave. Very unpleasant. After a long discussion they decided to give us back the fee. No recommen...
Huéspedes con poca capacidad para resolver pronto. Dijeron que Hostelworld no funcionaba bien y no tenía los precios actualizados así que nos dijeron que no podíamos hospedarnos porque no había habitaciones y que no era su responsabilidad. Luego de varios fuertes reclamos nuestros accedieron a darnos una habitación parecida. Al final nos ofrecieron quedarnos un poco más del check out y suspusimos que era una forma de disculparse pero en la mañana dijeron que debíamos abandonar la habita...
Guests with little capacity to settle soon. they said that Hostelworld was not functioning well and did not have the updated prices so they told us that we could not stay because there were no rooms and that it was not their responsibility. after several strong complaints our guests agreed to give us a similar room. in the end they offered to stay a little longer than the check out and we assumed it was a form of apology but in the morning they said we had to leave the room

It was perfect, the atmosphere was really good and the staff is lovely, they make you feel like home!
Just an amazing hostel. Can’t recommend it enough. Super cheal for private rooms + private bathrooms. Will and Paola are amazing and they offer great hikes and expeditions as well. I appreciated the fact that they gave me an early check-in and late check-out. So attentive!
The best place to stay in Huaraz. Will and Paola are very friendly and helpful people, and they make the hostel feel like you’re at home. They organize tours for you and they make breakfast for you (even at 6 AM). Thanks for our lovely stay, the nice chats and for caring for us! We absolutely want to come back.
Am Tag der Abreise mussten wir früh raus und da keiner an der Rezeption war, haben wir unsere Taschen im Hostel gelassen und den Schlüssel draußen stecken lassen. Als wir nach der Tour nass zurückgekommen sind, weil es sehr stark geregnet hat, haben sie uns gesagt, dass sie sich schon dachten, dass wir nass werden und haben unser Zimmer nicht aufgeräumt und alles so gelassen, damit wir duschen und uns umziehen konnten. Das war nach der Kälte wirklich das Beste was hätte passieren können....
On the day of departure we had to leave early and since no one was at the reception we left our bags in the hostel and left the key outside. when we came back after the tour wet because it was raining very heavily, they told us that they already thought we would get wet and didn't clean up our room and left everything so that we could shower and change. that was really the best thing that could have happened after the cold. thanks!

Lovely staff, they advise and help with tours, many you can do with local buses yourself. Great breakfast!
