La Casona Hostel

La ubicación es buena, pero las instalaciones son muy decadentes. Todo tiene coste añadido (toallas...) la ducha del baño de la habitación no tiene agua caliente, se supone que es un sistema eléctrico, pero es viejísimo y no funciona. No lo recomiendo. Hay otros hoteles por la zona mucho mejores!!

the wifi does not work. unless i was sitting at the reception desk, and even then it barely did. my door could not be locked...took me mulitple times to try and open door. had to leave unlocked. unfortunate considering i had rented the nicest room they had. i left immediately first thing in the morning for another hostel.

Cold showers. Incompetent employees. Internet does not work. Walls are very thin. Light does not work. Pooltable does not work.

Okay for a one night stay. We were told it’s under construction and that the owner has big ideas for the place but from what we saw it’s a very dated and basic place. The owner tried to sell us a boat tour, we asked if it was available in English as we do not have a level of Spanish which we could go on a tour. There was no English version so we decided not to go ahead with it. After that the owner basically didn’t want anything to do with us. Found it quite rude.

El personal fue grosero. No recomendaría quedarse aquí.

Poca privacidad, porlo que es recomendable solo para una noche, no mas.

Pros: Great staff, great location, fair price, and clean. Cons: I slept in a dorm and the mattress was VERY cheap. My entire body just sunk in the middle. The hostel has 100% no atmosphere. Not a great place to meet other travelers. They had a large flat-screen TV directly facing the street anyone walking by can see it. They displayed all of their check-in information there. My first/middle/last name along with my FULL passport number was displayed. I had to ask them twice to remove it.

Nice stuff and good location but it was a bit noisy

La atención es inmejorable. La calidad humana, se siente a tal punto que te hacen sentir en casa. Es un lugar cálido, tranquilo, cómodo, económico y con espacio para varias actividades. Lo recomiendo sin lugar a dudas.

very grateful for my stay here, Andres is a very kind, generous & amazing soul! He made sure that everything was good, love to share his passion about the activities we can do in the town, i had alot of good conversations with him, I could've stayed for a whole month or more, that's how much I liked my stay. Good vibes, good company, beautiful town, great location (tho loud with the cars & motorcycles) but perfect 🌺🦋

Lovely hostel with a fantastic host. He was so helpful and gave lots of handy tips on multiple occasions. Room exceeded our expectations, it was huge, clean, comfy and cool. Kitchen was small but had everything you needed. Only slight feedback is that social areas could be made more useable

We stayed in the 6 bed apartment. It was great value for money and very spacious. Staff friendly, would recommend.

Al principio tenia dudas porque vi algunos comentarios que desprestigiaban el lugar. Pero la ducha si es caliente, es eléctricas y sólo hay que regular la potencia. Conexiones para cargar el celular también hay. La cocina bien equipada. Areas comunes cómodas. Y el trato muy bueno. está muy cerca de todo. Unico defecto puede ser que el servicio de lavandería se me hizo caro.

This hostel is right in the city centre, close to restaurants and the bus stop. A lovely stay if you want a quiet get away! Staff were lovely as well.

Front desk super helpful! Gave us some a great recommendation for a walk too. Nice room, hostel is under renovation so I think the social space will be better in the future. Great location right on the main square too. Perfect for exploring Guatape.

Perfect location, friendly staff, and the owner was incredibly helpful with his excursion suggestions. We booked a private room and ended up extending our stay at night because we loved it here so much!! Highly recommend!

Bien situé dans le centre de Guatape et à 5min du terminal. Bon rapport qualité prix, cuisine fonctionnelle, une seule sdb petite à partager avec le lavabo dans le hall d'entrée... personnel accueillant et sympa.

Die Lage ist supe. Bettlaken waren nicht sauber Dusche war nur kalt Metalltoren sind extrem laut und sehr hellhörig. Zudem hört man den Straßen Verkehr sowie jedes Wort jeden Gasts
