J'ai payé 100 euros la nuit pour une chambre privative. Elle se situait sur le pallier de l'étage et donc sujette aux nombreux bruits de la cage d'escalier. La propreté laissait à désirer. Le personnel n'était pas du tout à l'écoute. On m'a interdit l'accès au réfectoire alors que ça faisait seulement 4 minutes qu'il était fermé et que juste avant j'étais venue faire le check-in qui n'avait pas pu être fait la veille à cause d'un problème dans le garage (dont je n'étais pas à ...

clean place and good staff. nice location right in lake geneva. only privates available as far as I can tell which was a bit expensive. when i was there it was full of loud school groups whos noise echoed through the whole building during the day. included breakfast had good variety. no social scene/events really. and no kitchen available to guests

Het is heel ongezellig beton, kil en koud. Gevangenis sfeer daardoor. In de slaapkamer iets beter door de bedden en gordijnen. Hostel kan meer kleur en warmte uitstralen als het beter ingericht wordt.

Really nice stay but is quite far out from the center. Good bus routes nearby

Excellent Auberge de Jeunesse pour passer la nuit avant de prendre le TGV et après une semaine de randonnée en montagne. Petite suggestion : préciser au moment de la réservation qu'on obtient un pas transport public ; j'aurais pu acheter un ticket de train à partir de Vevey au lieu de Tertinet.

clean hostel. no kitchen and limited options to eat your own food. family vibe, not good for solo travellers.

The only reason I put less than 100% for security is that there was a lot of the day when the front desk is not staffed and the front door is open. But I come from a big metropolitan city where you would never do that. I understand in Montreux it's not the same so I wasn't worried at all, really. I just thought it was strange to just let anyone walk in with no staff there. Everything else was wonderful.

Was pleasantly surprised by this hostel. Considering the location, top notch facilities and free breakfast on offer, it was worth the money for a short stay in Montreux. Would totally recommend.

My third visit. Great location. Comfy bed. Great place

A bit expensive but that's just Switzerland I guess lol. Such a lovely hostel, kind staff, breakfast included which was great!! My room had a nice view of the lake and mountains and it's basically right on the lake which was convenient and easy to get to. The whole place was also very clean! No curtains on the beds but that's not a big deal. I felt very safe in Montreux. Would def recommend this little place :)

Le personnel est extrêmement accueillant. Les repas sont très bons et le déjeuner particulièrement copieux. La chambre était très spacieuse très moderne et très bien équipée. Très belle auberge de jeunesse. Un peu loin de la ville mais les transports en commun sont très faciles. j'y retournerai avec grand plaisir

Beautiful location, right outside the promenade. Very clean and organized. Locker space was also very spacious. Only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because the title of the listing is misleading. It's definitely not a youth hostel.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cette auberge. L'emplacement est idéal avec une belle vue sur le lac et proche du train.

Spotless and the location couldn’t be better, right on top of lake Geneva. Be mindful that in this hostel you will only find Swiss plugs, not standard EU ones. I was completely caught off guard and when I realised (10pm), there was no front desk staff, just a written note and phone number saying to call only for emergencies, which listed ‘ forgotten phone charger’ as not being an emergency. Thankfully I had a spare battery I could use but this made my onward journey much more stressful

The hostel is right in front of the lake which is wonderful. The staff was helpful and the amenities were all modern and new. There isn’t a backpacker vibe but I didn’t mind that at all as I’d read that in other reviews so knew what I was getting. The only thing I didn’t like was putting on and taking off my bedsheets. The price is quite steep for that I think.

Delicious breakfast and breathtaking lake view from its restaurant, and the staff is helpful and friendly.

I’ve stayed in three different hostels (including this one) while in Switzerland and this one has been my favorite. It’s a nice, clean hostel located in a safe and beautiful area.

Liegt fast direkt am Genfer See. Nur eine Bahnstrecke liegt dazwischen. Durch die Unterführung kann man jedoch direkt zur Seepromenade hinuntergehen. Modernes Hostel alles in allem.tiptop. Freundliche Mitarbeiter. Falls jemand hinsichtlich der Bahngeräusche von vorbeifahren Zügen ist, Ohropads sind an der Rezeption erhältlich. Mich haben sie nicht sonderlich gestört. Spaziergänge England der Uferpromenade sind sehr lohnenswett. Man kann bis zum Chateaux de Chillon in einer halben Stunde...

Sehr sauber, einfach aber gut eingerichtet. Weltbestes Birchermüesli zum z‘Morge!!

New hostel, very clean. Location is perfect, in front of the lake and just a 10min walk for the Chateau de Chillon, also good connection to Rochers de Naye peak. Breakfast is included, you can find cereals, bread and jam, yoghurt and slices of cheese/ham.

J'ai beaucoup apprécié mon passage dans votre auberge. Proche à la fois des transports et au pied du mac Leman, l'emplacement était idéal. Les locaux étaient très propres et faciles à utiliser. Par ailleurs, la réceptionniste (polyglotte) fait son travail à merveille, serviable, souriante et prête à aider, elle a rendu mon voyage d'autant plus agréable :) J'ai 2 recommandations cependant, la première concerne la cuisine et l'accès aux poêles/ casseroles et assiettes.
