+ Localização ótima e piscina

- Escolhemos um quarto privativo no térreo e achamos a cama desconfortável. Além disso, as pessoas do andar acima não respeitaram o horário de silêncio, fazendo muito barulho de passos entre 2 e 3 da manhã. A staff não foi muito receptiva, exceto pela Sofia.

+ The location is very good, near the beach and other services. One of the lady staff members was extremely nice and helpfully. The owner was kind to us.

- First, what seams like a scam is the 13% card fee if you don’t pay with cash (tax avoidance??). There is no information about this before we arrives there. Neither booking nor the hotel’s communication. Would have been better to be charged by bookings and not pay on site. In the private rooms, there is no isolation so you can hear the street, the neighborhood partys and the people walking in the above floor. Our shower got clogged up and there stayed a very unpleasant smell (the owner came to unclog it and clean it within reasonable time). The room lacks hangers. The common areas look big but when there are many guests it gets too crowded really quickly (kitchen area). It lacks a proper chill out place (only some hard seats/plastic chairs/and swing benches. During the day is really hot and sunny so a nice shadow place to hang out would be nice (instead there was a big parking with a lot of cars in the way) The vibe between the guests was not bad but also not the friendliest. Some weird vibe (comparing to other places we’ve been). There is no backup for power cuts that apparently happen in the area. So you get no A/C, no freezer, no internet…

+ It’s close to beach and it’s beautiful sunsets. Great restaurants and bars nearby. Owner seemed very friendly and there is nice touches.

- There were a few things that work for us (not all the fault of accommodation and we are a bit older than average age of guests there) - kitchen area rules around cleaning up after yourself were not followed. I lost count of times I had to do others washing up before food prep, just to make it hygenic - WiFi - seems to cut out every half an hour! - toilets and showers, too small and only two showers meant queues in morning and evening - think before booking a tent, they are very hot to sleep in! Also we found out that on ours the zip had broken. We were offered a different tent but to be honest as each tent has lockers a zip doesn’t make much difference as valuables are in locker.

- Ein Kühlschrank für so viele Leute ist zu wenig. Vielleicht war das Problem, dass wir am Semana Santa-Weekend da waren - es war wahrscheinlich ausgebucht. Wir konnten unser Essen nicht kühlen, weil kein Platz im Kühlschrank war. Ausserdem sind wir drei Nächte geblieben und es wurde nie geputzt oder der Abfalleimer geleert.

+ Location

- Not enough pots in the kitchen, as we were in high season time. The tents are a great idea but them stacked next to each other, feels like we are sleeping on a giant room in the open. The giant fans that’s supposed to work on ventilation didn’t work. We were in the heat and the sweat of a lot of people from the other tents. Eugh .The staff weren’t bad, just over worked and tired to handle things. The place looks like it’s for youngsters. But, it is not in reality. The demographics is odd mix of older people who were all duped by the idea of glamping.

+ La ubicación del hostel es excelente, con supermercados, tiendas de conveniencia, sodas y restaurantes a poca distancia. Lo que más destaca es la atención de Josué, quien fue excepcional: siempre atento y resolviendo cualquier situación con rapidez.

+ Mi segunda vez visitando este lugar tan espectacular y cada vez sorprende más. Nos vemos pronto.
