- Найгірший досвід у моєму житті. Будьте обережні ! Це не буде приватна кімната. Відразу біля кімнати душ і туалет, всі люди туди ходять і дуже шумлять. Це жахлива шумоізоляція. Старі деревʼяні двері зі щелями, із-за чого чутно кожен вдих людей, які сидять у спільній кімнаті, яка прямо під вашими дверима. Включають гучно музику, сидять хворими, включають кавомашину, яка так сильно шумить, що ми аж злякались, начебто щось летить на вашу будівлю. В кімнаті страшенний сморід та брудно. Наче у смердючі старій квартирі, яка вже давно треба відремонтувати. З вікон так само лунає шум машин. Бо старі вікна. Вони нічого не зробили, щоб покращити шумоізоляцію. Звісно нічкої рецепції немає, шукає все сам. Я була вагітна і не могла залишатись в такому шумі. Відразу як ми прибули попросила повернути гроші, бо це хостел !!!! А не готель з окремими кімнатами !! На що вони нічого не відповідали і врешті решт ми звісно поїхали у інший готель, який був просторий, чистий та сучасний, п різниця в ціні всього лиш 30€. Тому будьте обачні при бронюванні цього житла. Я відвідала 35 країн і це найгірший досвід. Вони просто вкрали гроші. Так як ми забронювала за годину до нашого приїзду і приїхав відразу зрозуміли, що це не приватна кімната. А дуже шумне не комфортне місце

- Absolutely Horrifying Experience – Avoid at All Costs This place is a nightmare. The moment I walked in, I felt like I had stepped into some kind of human storage facility, almost like a modern-day concentration camp. The air was thick with tension, and the room was crammed full of people—men and women all thrown together like livestock, stripped of any privacy or dignity. The photos on the website are a complete lie. What you see online is a beautiful illusion; what you get is a filthy, suffocating hellhole. I couldn’t even force myself to stay there—I had to escape and sleep at a friend’s house because the thought of spending the night there made my skin crawl. They refused to give me a refund, as if trapping you in this nightmare is part of their business model. This was the single worst travel experience of my life, and I wouldn’t wish it on anyone. Do not fall into this trap. Avoid this place like your life depends on it.

+ Ubicación, a 3 minutos del centro histórico. Comparte espacio con un restaurante de pizzas y el desayuno estaba bien.

- Habían chinches (bed bugs) en la cama. Naturalmente no dormí. Terminé en un sofá al lado de la cama. Y aunque le mostré los vídeos a la señora de la recepción, el cobro fue completo, y dijo que se comunicarían conmigo si consideraban alguna rebaja o algo. Lo peor de todo es que dijo que existía la posibilidad de que vinieran de otra de las habitaciones. Qué asco. No lo recomiendo.

+ Lage wäre gut, wenn nicht die Pizzeria und die Diskothek nebenan gewesen wären.

- Muffig, feucht, laut, hellhörig - wenn der Krach durch Pizzeria und Disko spät in der Nacht verstummt, wird der Schlaf duch die Bewohner der Zimmerdecke (Marder? Ratten?) gestört. Badezimmer mit Renovierungsbedarf. Außerdem stand in der Beschreibung auf Booking nicht, dass es nur vegetarisches Frühstück gibt.

+ Lovely breakfast made to order in a nice outdoor area. Great cleaning service. They even folded our clothes which was sweet. Very friendly helpful straff. Good central location

- I think it would have been a great stay if we had gotten another room. We got the one in the attic. The ceiling was super low and we kept a poll of who would win the “most times bumped head” challenge. Also, the hot water ran out fast, so we had to compete for who got to shower first…and it smelled damp/moldy in our room. Oh, and also don’t stay at the room at the bottom. It is loud from the restaurant right outside the window. I’m not super picky with places to stay. But this was so not worth our money.

- 1.stāvs, logs ar restēm. Aiz loga dārzs ar picērijas apmeklētājiem . Attiecīgi līdz 11 vakara tieši aiz loga runā, pīpē ....dūmi nāk uz istabu, nevar izvēdināt. Pat pa dienu aizkariem jābūt ciet, savādāk istabu redz visi dārza apmeklētāji.. Pie rezervācijas es nekur neredzēju , ka piedāvāts tieši tāds numurs, savādāk to nerezervetu. Uzskatu ka nebija sniegta pilna patiesa informācija par numuriņu.

+ Nice breakfast and central location.

- Not very clean, bathroom door didn't close properly. Pillows were like small bags of cotton wool balls, mattress very stained, toilet brush broken and no bag in bathroom bin. The standards are just not high enough for the price. The rooms are very noisy with no privacy whatsoever. We had some very inconsiderate guests that came back very late being sick for hours and we hardly slept. We reported it to the staff but they didn't seem bothered, we asked to speak to a manager but she never appeared. We moved after the second night and realised there is far better accomodation than this.

- Era en un ático, había q casi q escalar una escalera casi 90 grados para llegar a la habitación. Decían tener AC, éste era muy débil para enfriar la habitación y decían que el AC era lo mejor que el hotel tenía. Por la forma del techo del ático, al estar en la ducha había que bañarse sentado sino la cabeza te chocaba al techo. El agua pasaba de fría a caliente sin tener un momento de temperatura estable. No me podía secar el pelo xq la secadora de pelo chocaba con el techo. Cuando nos levantábamos de la cama nuestra cabezas chocaban con el techo. En la noche, como estábamos en el ático, parecía que las gaviotas dormían con nosotros y hacían un ruido súper fuerte. Las fotos de Booking no reflejan lo que es, el hotel está un poco más viejito.

+ Instalações são muito boas assim como comunicação com o management. Localização perfeita o restaurante serve uma pizza exelente.

- Realmente deixou-me frustado foi um incidente ocorrido no quarto com um outro guest que provavelmente trouxe 'bad bugs' de fora. E infelizmente tive de ser transferido,assim como outras pessoas, para outro hostal proximo que sinceramente não estava nos meus planos. Entretanto nada teve haver com as instalações do Legasea. Que são realmente muito confortáveis.

- Er was een continue geluid afkomstig van frigo of dergelijke ..tot ergens midden id nacht. Het was vlakbij achter de muur thv het bed. Het geluid was nog storender wanneer je met je hoofd op het kussen lag…heel raar. Geluidsarm naar buiten toe.

+ Super rooms. Comfortable bed, great shower, amazing staff very laid back but professional. Amazing breakfast. Sensible check in time and check out.

+ Perfect stay in Cascais. Comfy bed and everything very clean. Our room, Fisherman, was above the restaurant so it was a bit noisy until midnight. Perfect staff and breakfast

- Bathroom door didn't close.

+ Legasea was extremely central with all of the cute little lanes of restaurants literally behind it. 1 min walk away. The pizza restaurant downstairs of Legasea looked cute and that's where we had our breakfast in the morning. Veggie breakfast with so many options, and we had almost all of them! Granola, fruit salad , egg on toast and roasted veggies. Patricia who served us was super friendly and chatty. In fact all of the staff seemed happy & cheerful which is so unusual these days. The room was lovely and modern. exactly as pictured with a big (cable) TV and safe.

+ ekstraordinær service fra gjestehuset - selv om resepsjonen ligger i annet bygg er de veldig repsonsive på Whatsapp og yter veldig god service. Pizzalouge i bakgården er supernice!

+ La habitación nos pareció muy bella, amplia y cómoda. La zona está muy bien, cerca de la estación de trenes y de varias atracciones turísticas. Llegamos antes de tiempo y nos apoyaron guardando nuestro equipaje.

- La calefacción no funcionó y no se podía regular bien la temperatura del agua de la regadera.

+ The breakfast was excellent and catered very well to gluten free and vegetarian diets and was tasty and very ample. The staff who cooked and served breakfast were extremely kind and friendly. The location: well, it's good if you want to be right in the centre of things and over a pizza restaurant. The cost was good compared to other lodgings in Cascais but this is because there is no host support and it's more like a hostel than a hotel. If you have a tighter budget and you either like partying all night yourself and/or have the world's best earplugs, then this could be the place for you.

- We thought we were getting a small boutique hotel but this wasn't it. The location was extremely loud, we hadn't realised it would be located over a restaurant and adjacent to other restaurants with booming music until midnight - it was so loud we couldn't sleep. Also it overlooked one of the town's main recycling points so at daybreak (or before?) we awoke to the sound of smashing glass as townspeople emptied their bottles into the bin. The walls and ceilings were thin and not soundproofed and with large gaps under the doors, so we heard every noise of neighbouring guests including the extremely loud beeping when they keyed in their codes to open their doors late at night. The listing did not intimate that there is no reception for the guesthouse (ie no host on site), and furthermore, the hosts were not organised about welcoming us to Cascais despite our frequent and unanswered messages informing them of our arrival time. This was stressful for us. So it was only when we arrived and called the phone number posted on the wall that we received an entry code for the bedroom door. The mattress was fine but the pillows were so hard and lumpy as to be unusable. A water bottle was provided in the room but it was grimy so we ended up buying our own.

+ Une chambre très cosy et confortable ! Un superbe petit déjeuner, avec des spécialités maison super originales, ça change et tout est frais et fait maison. Et Patricia est vraiment adorable, tout pour faire plaisir. Le soir, vous avez une excellente pizzeria qui sert dans le patio, je recommande 👍

- Nous avions la chambre en RDC, et les escaliers en bois sont un peu bruyants au passage des autres hôtes. Mais rien de bien méchant.

+ The location and the wonderful breakfast being made to order for us every day. Patricia and Mateus were great.

- Being in a very central location you can hear all the street noises during the night

+ The staff were incredibly helpful and always ready to assist immediately, and the room was consistently clean and well maintained throughout our stay. The guest house is perfectly located in the heart of Cascais, and they serve an excellent full breakfast that made our mornings even better. I fully recommend this guest house, especially the rooms with private bathrooms, and their pizza restaurant right underneath is also a great bonus.

- There is no reception, so it can be difficult to find someone in person when needed, but they respond very quickly via WhatsApp, usually within a few minutes.

+ Nett und praktisch eingerichtete Zimmer, grösser als üblich. Mit Garderobe, Sofa, Safe, Bad / Regendusche, Pflegemittel, gut sowie gutem Bett. Zimmerservice ist top. Das Frühstück ist frisch und mit Liebe zubereitet und vom Personal herzlich serviert ; ne glatte 10! Herzlichen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt bei euch.

- Die Unterkunft ist oberhalb einer Pizzeria, daher ist es bis ca 23:00 etwas „lebhaft“. Danach aber ruhig. Safe auf Höhe Boden etwas unkomfortabel. Mehr Aufhängemöglichkeiten für Badetücher. Nur ein Abfallkübel. Tipp: kalter Boden; Hausschuhe mitnehmen.

+ En fait, suite aux multiples tempêtes, l’hôtel ayant subi des dommages matériels nous a relogé au pergola boutique hôtel. Nous avons été très satisfaites de ce que nous considérons comme un surclassement. Super confortable et très bon petit déjeuner. La pizzeria de l’hôtel légasea est , par ailleurs, très bonne et agréable.
