I was forced to spend the night on the street, which is totally unacceptable. when i asked for a refund, he refused to assume his responsibility pretending not to be concerned with the payment, when the error clearly came from him. i strongly advise against dealing with this person because of his size.
The manager burst into the room 3am.and kicked me put, lied about the reasons and refuses to reimbourse me. It is like a five star jail , five stars out of 100 that is. No kitchen utensils or toilet paper, crazy rude lying almost always absent staff. No proper vetting of guests
C'est un squate ! Il ne faut pas y aller et retirer cette annonce des sites de réservation! Je suis d'ailleurs très étonnée qu'un tel endroit figure dans vos recommandations !!

DANGEREUX!! La confirmation d’Hostelworld n’indique pas que c’est au client de contacter l’agence (par Mail/texto) en amont. J’ai appris d’une affiche sur la porte. Mais pas de réponse. Après 1h d’attente (entre sacs de poubelle dans le jardin) et une recherche en vain pour un autre hôtel pour la nuit même j’ai dû passer la nuit a la gare. Bien sûr pas de refund ou réponse même le lendemain. @HOSTELWORLD: suivez les demandes d’autres clients avant moi: bannise...
DANGEROUS!! the confirmation from Hostelworld does not indicate that it is the client's responsibility to contact the agency (via Mail/text) in advance. i learned from a poster on the door. but no response. after 1h of waiting (among garbage bags in the garden) and a vain search for another hotel for the same night i had to spend the night at the station. of course no refund or response even the next day. @HOSTELWORLD: follow the requests of other customers before me: ban this offer!!!

Propreté de l’endroit qui laisse à désirer. Forte odeur de cigarette et du poils dans les lits. Nous n’avons pas dormis dans la chambre dû à la propreté. Lors de l’arrivée, il a été compliqué d’entrer. L’hôte n’était pas présent et le code ne nous avait pas été donné à l’avance. Il a fallu que nous contactions l’hôte pour annoncer notre présence par courriel, sous aucune instruction clair. Nous avons avertis l’hôte de la malpropreté des lieux qui a ensu...
The cleanliness of the place leaves something to be desired. Strong smell of cigarettes and hair in the beds. We didn't sleep in the room due to cleanliness. When we arrived, it was difficult to get in. The host was not present and the code had not been given to us in advance. There were no hostel staff members actually in the hostel. My bed was double booked and unfortunately the other man had to sleep on the floor.
This is simply not a hostel it’s someone’s dirty house with a bunch of beds crammed into it. No staff, other guests let me in and explained how everything worked. If you’re coming to Toulouse and have no choice but to stay here, then might I suggest going to another city entirely.
First of all, when I arrived theres no sign outside at all, it looks like someones house but luckily some guys were sitting outside and told me that it is the place. I was supposed to let them know before that im coming, but i did not receive this information at all. There was a piece of paper on the door all in french with the number to call and then finally a cleaning lady appeared and showed me my bed, that was the check-in. The kitchen is poorly equipped and in bad shape. Only one toilet.
No plates Shower head not movable to correct hight Owners do bot have a hands-on as there is not even staff around Bed spread was wet , clean sheets and hot water yes, no indication. If water is potable
By far, this so-called "hostel" is the WORST experience of my life. Reception and minimal security regulations are non-existent. Literally, everyone who comes into this PRIVATE HOUSE can stay at the premises for as long as they want (with or without paying). Nobody is checking IDs or confirmed payments, neither during "check-in" time or later (or earlier). There is ONE three-piece BATHROOM for 15 BEDS in total (always full, or overbooked). Please, take this place out of your website. Thanks
Wir wurden in ein schlechteres Zimmer gepackt als wir gebucht hatten. In der Küche durfte obwohl alles vorhanden war, nicht gekocht werden. Die Lage war auch nicht besonders gut. Der Check in lief übers Handy und war auch nicht gerade schnell und einfach. Kurz: es spricht nichts für dieses Hostel, außer alles andere ist ausgebucht oder zu teuer
We were packed into a worse room than we had booked. In the kitchen, although everything was available, no purchases were allowed. The location was also not particularly good. The check in was via mobile phone and was not particularly quick or easy either. In short: it says nothing for this hostel, except that everything else is either out of stock or too expensive
there was not receptionist, Please person in charge to notify to the guest about the conditions before guest to arrive to the hostel that nobody is in there and to clear the initial situation
