NOT SAFE FOR FEMALE TRAVELERS - NO HOT WATER I thought from the pictures and reviews of this place that it would be a nice quiet place to stay for a night but not only is the road up to the hostel dark (at night), but the only people staying there were middle aged sleezy and disrespectful men. The lockers didn’t work either. Then there was no hot water so I informed the owner. He got combative and corned me into feeling the hot water. I ended up shutting myself in the room for my safety.

There were no people when i was there and everything was a little weird

Taxi driver dropped me off at Hostel One Love 01 instead of 02, Gustavo was quick to sort this, so I stayed at 01 instead and extended my stay. There are multiple shower rooms and everyone has been lovely! Definitely recommend!

I had such a great experience at One Love Hostel in Sarajevo! The kindness and warm welcome were amazing – the host even came to pick me up and took me all the way to the hostel. The way up is a bit long and there’s quite a climb, but honestly it’s totally worth it once you get there. Highly recommend!

A pleasant walk from the centre of town, and a homely feel inside. The manager is very kind and works hard to look after the place. I would suggest putting a sign on the front gate as it was a little hard to find from the google interpretation of the adress, nevertheless I'm vsry happy with the time I spent here.

Great new hostel! Perfect location and everything was spotlessly clean and well-organized. I felt right at home. Highly recommended!
