The staf had a really bad attitude and was not helpful at all! Everyone we asked questions about the hostel, tours or to fill up the soap in the bathroom she rolled her eyes and nothing happend. The kitchen was so disgusting and the rooms look really old

The rooms were very cold and it was hard to sleep in and they overcharged you. Showers were warm

La ubicación está perfecta, súper céntrica. Pero la habitación olía súper mal, se nota que no limpian el suelo de manera higiénica, la pared sufre mucho con humedad. Se está cayendo. Tienen desayuno pero la señora está sola para atender a todos, lo que hace tardar mucho. Creo que estaría mejor invertir dinero en una limpieza más a fondo do que en desayuno, porque luego uno disfruta mucho más de dormir a gusto en una limpia habitación do que comer un pan con huevo o marmelada.

When I asked about it they said no breakfast… also When I arrived, they had not received my reservation when I had booked it online the day before. Spoke no English, adding to confusion and had to wait half an hour before being accepted. The hostel felt empty and strange. Good points: -A great location, and a very nice staff who did their best to accommodate me. -Well-priced laundry service. -Good location. Things that could be improved: -The kitchen, with the exception of the fridge, was out of use for renovation for my entire stay. -The heat was turned off in the middle of my stay (Late Sept-Early Oct), because "it only runs in the winter", despite there being a minimum temperature of 3 degrees C. Chambres très froides, personnel à l’accueil assez hautain. La laverie a perdu deux paires de chaussettes, ce qui est vraiment dommage. Le petit déjeuner est très basique : seulement des œufs, du pain, de la marmelade avec café ou thé. En revanche, l’emplacement est très bien et il y a de l’eau chaude, ce qui est appréciable.

Nous avons passé un super séjour. L’hostel est super bien placé. Le staff est très à l’écoute, on a eu un problème de dernière minute et ils nous ont remboursé la nuit sans problème. La chambre privée était super. La cuisine n’est pas hyper bien équipée et pas hyper propre mais ça va. Pareil pour la salle de bain. Et il y a de l’eau chaude !!!!!!

Beutiful yellow colonial house near the centre with flowers pots everywere. Cosequntly, plumming, warmth, deco was very out dated, but still warm showers and plenty of toilletes, soyou could always find a free toilet/shower thght the building. Breakfast organization was bad, waited a very long time and was asked what I wanted for breakfast instead of just having a standard brekfast or even buffet, something I would recomend to the hotel. Tours were fine, but probs better from street. recomended!

Nous avons passé un super séjour. L’hostel est super bien placé. Le staff est très à l’écoute, on a eu un problème de dernière minute et ils nous ont remboursé la nuit sans problème. Muy lindo Hostel. Los baños todos nuevos. Podría ser más completo el desayuno. Utilice el servicio de lavandería y fue muy bueno y eficiente.
