Las sábanas con manchas y pelos, parecía no haber sido cambiadas desde el último inquilino que ocupó la cama. Me las cambiaron pero no olían a limpias…Olor del hostel malo, a cerrado, humedades o sucio. Daños y baño muy antiguo y destrozado, (pintura en las puertas que daba imagen de descuidado, grietas en las paredes y humedades). Sin A/C, hacía mucho calor y solo teníamos ventilador. Me picaron muchos insectos, creo que eran bed bugs… En general un muy mala experiencia.

Bedbugs absolutely everywhere. Mould... same story. The location, staff and layout of the building were all very good, but after seeing the room next to mine being fumigated by a man in a hazmat suit, my itchiness at night and numerous bites all over my body were confirmed as bedbugs which also was an issue many others were suffering from during my stay. I booked for my friend and I (both young female travellers) a bed each which were purposely in the same room. However, when we got to the hostel, we were split up into two different rooms. I asked to change this as this was not what we paid for, but they did not accommodate to our request. Instead I got put in a room with three older men and my friend got put in a room with an elderly couple. I also found that my bed had bedbugs. Overall, not a pleasant stay.

friendly reception, booked a female dorm but they put me in mixed. some rooms don't have ac or fans - you will burn. had to move rooms because of bed bugs (literally woke up with rashes and I was red). you get what you pay for

staff super kind and helpful! some rooms have ac/some dont? not sure why. also had to change rooms twice bc there were bed bugs in the room. not the place if youre looking to meet people/not get bug bites hahaha

I got bedbugs, something that im not used to.. but im aware that it could happen. What made me angered was that i told the staff in the morning when i left the room, to double check, and when I got back nothing was done in my bed. The guy from the evening shift was so attentive that changed my mattress. The bathroom from the room is really small, I showered in other one. Apart from that everything alright.

This hostel is average. The location was great and I enjoyed the other travelers and staff. However, I found bed bugs in my bed so I left in the early morning.

- As fotos não condizem em nada como hostel. A descrição dos quartos é falsa. Antecipei a entrada e paguei mais uma diaria 24 a 25/04. Neste dia me colocaram em um quarto minúsculo, até aí tudo bem. Eram algumas horas apenas. Mas o quarto que reservei e paguei por 4 diárias (25 a 29/04), não estava mais disponível. Ou seja escolhi e paguei por um quarto de 10m2 e me colocaram em outro, minúsculo e me cobraram a primeira diária, sendo que entrei as 02 horas do dia 25 e sai às 09 do mesmo dia 25. E mais 2 diárias do período de 25 a 29/04, sendo que estava conversado, pedi o cancelamento pelo booking e esperava somente a cobrança da taxa, no máximo. E só querem me devolver 63 dólares. É fácil ganhar dinheiro assim.

- Cuando quise entrar a mi habitación compartida un hombre tenía cerrada la puerta, al rato se acerca abre y noté que tenía servilletas arriba de la cama ( me puedo imaginar lo que estaba haciendo con la puerta cerrada ) cuando bajé enojada a ver si me podían cambiar de habitación me dieron mil vueltas, yo tenía pocas horas para dormir pase una horrible situación cuando subí y me tuvieron sentada un rato largo porque el encargado era nuevo y no podía solucionarme el problema. Como no me podían solucionar me tuve que ir a otro hostel, no me devolvieron la plata nada! Muy malo todo. ( el otro hostel donde fui es Meridiano excelente atención)
+ Sucio. Roban las pertenencias, fuman en la habitación, mala predisposición del staff. Las paredes con humedad tapadas con nylon. Para nada recomendable.
- La limpieza. Roban en las habitaciones, las camas con chinches.

- I asked them to cancel my reservation because of an airport change/flight delay. They ignored my messages and instead tried charging my card the morning after my scheduled reservation. Really scummy.

- Terrible esperienza. Mi sono trovato malissimo.Il personale è pessimo, non ti dà nessuna informazione e non si cura minimamente degli ospiti e della pulizia dell' hostel. Dopo la prima notte mi sono ritrovato con molte punture di qualche insetto presente nelle lenzuola o nel materasso.Sono andato la mattina alle 9.00 in reception ho mostrato le varie punture ed infiammazioni sul mio corpo ed ho chiesto gentilmente di cambiarmi le lenzuola. Mi hanno detto che lo avrebbero fatto, ma il mio ritorno in hostel la sera non avevano fatto nulla.Sono andato nuovamente in reception ed ho chiesto nuovamente se perfavore mi potevano cambiare le lenzuola e che lo avevo già chiesto al mattino, mi hanno detto che lo avrebbero fatto, ma invece incredibilmente al mio ritorno in hostel a mezzanotte non avevano fatto nulla. Ho dormito un' altra notte in quel letto ed in quelle lenzuola ed il mattino seguente ero pieno di punture, infiammazioni e vesciche. Inoltre la mattina ho provato a spostare il materasso ed ho visto che il muro intorno a me era tutto pieno di muffa. Una vergogna!!?Sono andato via schifato e sbalordito da tanta incuria. Hostel da evitare sotto tutti i punti di vista.

- Sehr ringhoerig, wir schliefen jede Nacht schlecht. Straßenverkehr aussen, innen rücksichtsloses Personal, das mit lauter Stimme lange Gespräche in den öffentlichen Räumen führen und geräuschvoll Ihre Arbeiten erledigen, dies auch noch nach Mitternacht! Ich und zwei andere Gäste baten um Ruhe, das Personal antwortete, sie müssen arbeiten. Reception vorhanden, freundlich, jedoch unbrauchbar bei Fragen/Nachfragen, hatte den Eindruck, Sie hätten Angst, den Chef zu fragen, wir wollten für die erste sehr schlechte Nacht eine Rückerstattung anfragen, diese wurde jedoch nie an den Chef weitergeleitet, merkten wir anhand ihrer Reaktionen. Sauberkeit schlecht, wir fanden auf der Schlafdecke lange blonde Haare, das Badetuch mussten wir auswechseln, weil es nicht sauber erschien, obwohl es von der Wäscherei anscheinend kam. Zimmer 3 roch schimmlig, schmuddelig, wir verlangten dann Zimmerwechsel. Kann es nicht empfehlen. Das einzig Positive ist die Lage.

- Mats at the reception is a great guy, and none of my rating falls back on him. That being said, there were bed bugs in my dorm, and I had to spend the night on a wooden chair crouching over a table in the lobby. However, the next day I found bed bugs in the lobby.

+ O acomodação melhor que esperado. Lugar limpo, organizado, recepção 24 horas, água super quente, tv, ar condicionado, cozinha compartilhada. Super recomendo.

+ La ubicación es excelente para quienes vengan a La Rural a un evento como la Feria Internacional del Libro. La relación precio / calidad es excepcional. Hay actividades gratuitas para hacer con el hotel y son una fija si estamos libres de agenda por las noches. El personal tiene un trato superlativo.
- En ocasiones el aire acondicionado quedaba prendido (no se si por responsabilidad del personal, aunque arriesgo que era por los compañeros de habitación) en 19°C sin nadie en la habitación. Fuera de que es un desperdicio de energía, en más de una ocasión ingresar a la habitación era un viaje de ida al interior de una heladera. Estamos en abril, el clima está precioso. Innecesario. Que me este quejando de esta nimiedad creo que es mejor prueba que nada sobre el buen tiempo que pase allí.

- Our private room with bathroom was not clean at all. I had to use the shared bathroom because our shower was impossible to use, and this was also dirty. We checked out the kitchen, but decided not to make any food there. Staff is not unfriendly, but can’t be bothered

+ La ubicación es excelente, el personal muy amable. El wifi funciona bien.
- La limpieza y ropa de cama muy malas, la habitación y baño estaban sucios. Y la ropa de cama es vieja y hasta encontré pelos que no eran míos.
+ La amabilidad de la recepcionista hizo la diferencia. La ubicación 10 puntos.
