Absolute joke this place I booked 1 night here. When I arrived no one at reception, I let myself into hostel as door was open no security at all. I proceeded to ring the bell yell out to see if anyone could come serve me. All the keys were exposed and hanging on the wall behind reception, I could of just got a key and let myself into any room. I tried ringing the number on display and messaging no response so then I was left stranded without a hostel took me hours to find another available. 🙃

La ubicación es excelente, tranquila y con una bonita vista. Sin embargo, las fotos son mucho más bonitas que la realidad… El desayuno está bien y el personal es flexible con los horarios, gracias! :) Los dos perros son adorables 💗 Lamentablemente, esperé 45 minutos en la recepción para hacer el check-in y no había nadie… habría sido útil dejar una nota indicando la hora de regreso. Aparte de eso, el señor es muy amable ☀️

Honestly, I wanted to really like this place but it was not great. Although the beds are sooo comfy there is never anyone to help you when you need and it is extremely hard to get in touch with the hosts. As well, it is not super clean.

Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis für ein Einzelzimmer, war sauber, ich habe mich wohlgefühlt. Allerdings hatte ich ein Zimmer zur Straße und es war ab 5Uhr morgens dort sehr laut. Der Gastgeber Miguel ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Room was nicely appointed, decent bed, but be prepared for a cold shower! There is also a cute courtyard garden with a couple friendly dogs. It may be because of the town's anniversary party, but staff were not present upon check in or check out - we had to call the number. The rooms lock but front door stays unlocked. It's in a quiet part of town, but an easy 5 minute walk to the main area.

Estaba muy lindo, habitaciones y baño súper bien. El desayuno bien, básico. El patio es lindo pero podría mantenerlo más, estaba descuidado.

Excelente lugar para quedarse y descansar, Magaly y su hermana me atendieron muy bien, resolvieron todas mis dudas.

Hostel pas cher avec une superbe belle chambre propre incluant salle de bain et un déjeuner inclu. Par contre, il a très peu ambiance dans hostel et le propriétaire parle seulement espagnol.

Wonderful staff and close to the action. The staff was very helpful in helping organize my plans for machu pichu!

Friendly and approachable owner with good value rooms and comfy beds. Also the dogs are very friendly and quiet
