+ Pésimo, me robaron un perfume importado de sus instalaciones y no se hicieron cargo

- No vallan

- Muchos problemas y me dejaron sin poder entrar una noche. Y otro día sin poder salir en hora. Un desastre

- I stuck outside the hostel for the whole night No one come to open to me I slept on the street on a night I paid

+ La ubicación... cuando lo contrate era con desayuno.. según ellos dicen que no era con desayuno, tuve que salir a comprar todo... cambio el precio final.. era 23 dolares y me cobraron 29 dolares.. sin desayuno, para avisar que faltaba algo,la atención no era inmediata... o directamente no respondía el encargado de la Noche, Rafael... la única buena Atención las cocineras.. que cocinan muy rico

- El Sistema Cápsula.... y los baños uno más a menos está adecuado pero esta abierto hasta las 00:00 hs. Insisto en la mala Atención turno noche.. Rafael Nacionalizado de Venezuela.... gracias quisiera que revean el tema del desayuno como.me lo reintegrar...no saque las fotos de las capsulas

+ Le personnel agréable.

- Chambre sale Hotel ultra bruyant. Pas de personnel a partir de 23h Musique dans le patio et dans certaines chambres jusqu’à 6h du matin Les groupes qui fument et boivent dans le patio sans se soucier des personnes qui dorment autour. Nous avons écourté notre séjour. L’hôtel devait nous recontacter pour le remboursement d’une nuit mais pas eu de nouvelle.

+ POSITIVE ONLY IS THAT THEY HAVE WIFI and it is a somewhat CENTRAL LOCATION. The bed is FIRM and comfortable for those that sleep on their back. The bottom sheets are fine but the doona/cover makes my skin itchy and it looks so old and not sure if clean or when it was last washed.. The capsule bed space has a locked shelf so you can put your stuff inside and lock it with your own small padlock. it also has a curtain for some privacy, its somewhat sheer so you can see who is outside. the bedspace also has its own light and ONE powerpoint to charge your phone. no direct USB port. you would need an international converter plug.

- The showers have a soap dispenser but no liquid soap, its empty. no mention of towels or offering one. The bathrooms are OPEN, there is no DOOR, NO PRIVACY.. they overlook the restaurant and tables outside, the toilets ofcourse have a door, but are so so noisy and make an awful sound when you open and close it, needs to get fixed. One of the sinks in the bathroom LEAKS, the floor had water puddles when you turn on the tap. Its very uncomfortable trying to wash hands or use the tap whilst the public is looking at you and walking past....  they have an electric kettle but no mugs. they have a water filter for hot and cold water but again, no cups or mugs on site. tourists beware : 5000 pesos CASH for the KEY/ DAMAGES DEPOSIT. The bed i got given didnt specify how many people in the room. i shouldve checked! 18 people. 4800 pesos per person for one night. Keep in mind that this is a hostel inside a restaurant... the customer service wasnt the best. was kept waiting when reaching out to the hostel staff. They didnt offer to write a tax invoice or hand written receipt as proof I had stayed in the hostel and paid X amount of CASH - instead they said they would send it via whatsapp, which they NEVER did. They told me when i checked in that their eftpos machine BROKE and they only accept cash. yeah right! all business do that, so easy to say it broke and they get cash. they also use a specific argentinean bank to get their daily rates... i used google and i thought it was 3800 pesos, but she said no, its 4800 pesos... very unhappy customer. would not sleep here again.

+ ATENCION MUY MAL LUGAR...SOBRE TODO PARA MUJERES SOLA

- No me gustó porque no me atendieron,cuando me presenté estaba cerrado,si no fuera por un colega estaría durmiendo en la calle,no devuelven la reserva compra,pienso que si uno consume se tendría que devolver al menos el 90 %,me estafaron porque no hice uso del alojamiento,y me lo descontaron compulsivamente.muy mal

+ No tenía cerraduras en condiciones. Nunca nos quedamos. Cuando me quejé con el recepcionista por la falta de seguridad. La llamó a la dueña. Luego pir teléfono se disculparon y me contaron que lo habían corrido al empleado. Me parece que la falta de manutención No puede resolverse echando empleados.

- Salta como siempre con calles rotas, hoteles sin manutención. No vayan.

+ Me tomaron la reserva , me la cancelaron a ultimo momento y no me reintegraron el dinero

- On Airbnb, Google and via the phone it was confirmed that I could bring my dog which I need to bring since I travel with him. After the booking, the staff told me that the owner changed her mind and didn't want to receive the dog. That's okay of course. The problem started when I asked them to cancel the booking. Like a child they ignored me and didn't want to cancel the booking. After writing a honest review about that the place is not pet friendly, they suddenly replied to my message. They want me to delete my review about the reality that the place is not pet friendly. I don't think I can get my money back. Just a bunch of malandros who cannot communicate in a professional way and who also keep your money. Besides that, when you make the reservation via Airbnb, you can stay with your dog they told me. I don't want to lose more money since you're staying with malandros. In the pictures you can see more.

+ Me gustaron los espacios comunes

- Hacia un poco de calor en los cubículos y no había cocina

+ Buena ubicación, podés comer en el lugar

- Poca limpieza En un baño no funcionaba el inodoro y el otro no tenía agua.

+ The place to sleep is comfortable

- Cold water, no dishes, no clean space, people with bad education. Bad place to stay Believe the reviews is not good at all It was really disappointed

+ La habitación era amplia y cómoda.

- No te avisan previamente que deben dejar un depósito.

- No tenía tele pero precio mejor q cualquiera

+ The place is ultra clean and it has a restaurant inside in case you are too bussy or lazy to go outside ;). The location is great, within walking distance from main square and just one block away from the train station! you can easily commute everywhere, also, near the bus that takes you to the beautiful hiking route in San Lorenzo. If you feel like having some drinks, you are half a block away from"Balcarce Street".

+ La comodidad y el espacio muy bello...

- En la reserva decía con desayuno incluído, en el lugar nos dijeron q no incluía. Eso me pareció feo...
