In der Toilette stinkt es und das Toiletten Papier ist nass,bei den Hochbetten bekommt man Platz angst

Contraté el tour por que incluia un tour de la guerra que finalmente se limitó a una charla de 5 minutos, el precio del tour es el mas caro de todo Mostar. Desaconsejo completamente el tour y la estancia en el hostel, hay opciones mucho mejores. El espacio comun es muy pequeño. Como dicen en otro comentario el tour es un cebo para turistas y el conportamiento del propietario no siempre es agradable. Solo 2 baños en todo el hostel.

hello guys. the owner and the staff are extremely rude and uncourteous. you cannot invite a friend to the public area. breakfast also very poor. clean. This hostel deserve just 1 star, even much.

Owner is a rude man. Bait and switch tour, hostel presented it as main owner leading tour. He led us out to the van and at the last minute, switched to his younger brother who got in. Here were the highlights: -Drank 1-2 beers at every stop -Gave 5 minutes or less of historical information at each stop -Was visibly drunk by the end of the tour and slurring -Made multiple sexual comments about girls aged 14-15 We would have asked for money back but the older owner loved to brag about how he kic...

Even though we were warned in advance about the "a little eccentric and authoritarian"-Owner, we did not expect him to be that insulting and dominant. The atmosphere he and his wife spreaded was not friendly at all and everyone was slightly scared by his presence (bragging about how he kicked other people out of the Hostel for nothing). Room is very tiny. There are a lot of noise in hotel. There is no dustbin in the room. I rented a private room with a private toilet but there was no private toilet. Employees are good people but there is not enough.

I don't understand why the reviews of this hostel and tour are so good. The owner of this hostel was incredibly rude and unprofessional on his tour. First off, he gave us no information about the tour. It felt very rushed. We barely had any time at the sites. He didn't tell us that entrance fees were NOT included in the tour. The hostel itself was fine - clean and basic and perfect for a short stay, good location. Bed was comfortable (though no reading light). Kitchen is not really for cooking and the living area (a room) is not very inviting, so I would only recommend it if you need a place to sleep. My biggest issue was with the tour and its owner. Not friendly, looks bad, pressuring u into doing tour.

9€ to use the washing machine (no drying, no laundry product)… There is even a price for leaving the bag for the day after checking out… The common area is not meant to create a good vibe. The host tries to be good but he is very patronizing.

A szállás szuper! A házigazda segítőkész barátságos! Már máskor is megszálltunk itt, csak ajánlani tudom!

Mükemmel Konumda, temiz güvenilir ve samimi güler yüzlü insanlar. Güvenle kalabilirsiniz. Mostar'a gittiğinizde kalmanızı tavsiye ederim.

Cooles und preiswertes Hostel mit freundlichem Host und einem kleinen Innenhof. Die Zimmer sind zwar klein aber zweckmässig. Good Value for Price.

Le manager est très sympa, l hostel est pres de la gare mais loin de la vieille ville

Limpio, acogedor, con una buena ubicación y una familia linda y muy amable, sin duda lo recomiendo!

Une accueille au top, Petit déjeuner inclus très typique, je vous conseille de vous arrêtez pour la nuit ici 👍
