Hotel Kapsul Vlore

- La porte de l’hostel reste ouverte alors qu'il se trouve au rez-de-chaussée, et il n’y a pas de réception. Les portes des chambres ne ferment pas et les capsules non plus, ce qui ne donne pas un sentiment de sécurité. Le lit était confortable mais les draps trop petits. L'emplacement proche de la plage est un vrai plus, mais je ne peux pas recommander cet hôtel si la sécurité est importante pour vous.

- We got sick from the AC. It’s not Capsule it’s like very small room. It’s super cold and everyone in the space was coughing. The bathroom light was going down every 10 second. The beach close to hotel it’s so dirty and disgusting.

- Be non è come nelle foto. Sembrano gli hotel giapponesi dove si dorme uno sopra all’altro stipati. Quando siamo arrivati non c’era nessuno, l’unico modo era chiamare il numero.. ma noi avevamo un eSim quindi abbiamo anche dovuto pagare la chiamata. Non ci hanno chiesto nemmeno un documento e la porta per entrare era sempre aperta. Anche la stanza con il letto non aveva una serratura, era una porta scorrevole. Il signore che ci ha accolto era scorbutico. Il bagno sporchissimo, ogni volta che entravo c’era della carta del wc.

+ Was fairly clean and looks just like the pictures

- Fairly standard for a hostel but with significant safety concerns. The side door of the hostel is left permanently unlocked and there is no way to lock your capsule so this hostel did not feel secure at all especially as two women traveling. The owners did lock the office at night though which suggests that there is a safety concern. The capsule room could be locked from the outside however which would not be safe if someone locked you in and there was a fire. The fire alarm battery had also run out and was beeping all night. The staff member on arrival was fairly unhelpful and didn’t explain anything only to complain when we then exited through the “wrong door” (the one we entered through). There was also a €5 deposit for towels which was unexpected but only one bath towel was given so one of us had to use hand towels to shower. The main positive was the hostel was very clean but cleaning was done at 8:30am very loudly. The capsule was the size of a double bed and fairly spacious but the bottom sheet did not fit the mattress and unless you left the door open it was not properly ventilated and got very hot. It was very cheep to stay but would not recommend. We left a day early to stay somewhere close by that felt much safe and did not cost significantly more. The other people staying at the hostel were very friendly and helpful.

+ Air conditioning

- Tiny capluse with a bed with sheets that do not fit properly. Until I complained there were no cleaning, that allegedly came one a day(nope). Lights in wc will go out in 5 sec automatically. Only mirror lights would safe situation. Get this - there is no lock on the door. So anyone can go inside. When I was checking out the administration asked me if there were anybody else. The asked ME…! Tf? Wouldn’t they be first to know? And they mixed up something and ask if I will pay after I already checked out, tho I paid on the fist day. Jesus, they have no work chat whatsoever because two admins did not share the info and asked me same questions. Not organized at all. P.S. hair drier doesn’t work

+ Queen size bed and hot showers.

- No security as on ground floor with no lock on exterior door, the dorm room door or your capsule. The auto light in bathroom last about 5 seconds so you have to keep waving around to use toilet and shower. But I was really annoyed with the twin sheet on a queen bed which kept you on the bare mattress. Also there is no common area so there is no vibe.

- Bathroom not thought through. No space for clothes during shower, shower floods the bathroom. Rather than splitting male/female, maybe split shower/toilets?

+ Custo benefício pois é próximo a praia e tem um bom estacionamento.

- O ar condicionado está no corredor e não na "cápsula" que você dorme, então de noite é bem quente!

+ La situation: proche de la plage. L'expérience de dormir en capsule. L'entretien du lieu: propreté malgré des douches qui débordent, drap propre, espaces communs propres. La gentillesse du personnel.

- La clim rentre difficilement dans les capsules une fois qu'elles sont fermées. Les douches qui débordent et la lumière qui est sur détecteur de mouvement dans les douche et les toilettes (pas pratique).

+ Отличный вариант для одиночек. Есть все необходимое. Рядом есть ресторан и столовая. Персонал дружелюбный и понимающий.

- Соседи бывают шумные. Понятно, что это хостел и люди разные. Но есть комендантский час. Когда такая ситуация произошла, персонал быстро отреагировал и пришел на помощь в разрешении этой ситуации. В последующем такого не было. Благодарю персонал за теплый прием

+ I loved the comfortable Queen size bed and two pillows for myself!! I was there for two nights at the end of October. It was quiet, only one other guest there. The location was perfect - right by the beach. I was able to walk along the coast before and after my work (online teaching), which also went smoothly right at the table in a seating space with comfortable chairs. Very friendly staff! A+++

+ Bed was clean, comfy, big and you are alone, close in your capsula. Breathing is great because ventilation. Hostel has a great restaurant straight next to hostel. 3 minutes of walk is shop. Great! Thank you

+ Cama confortável e com privacidade. Tem dispensador de água.

- Dá para ouvir todo o barulho quando alguém fala. A wc deveria ter algum suporte para colocar a roupa e toalha quando se vai tomar banho. Ambos os dispensadores de shampo estavam vazios.

+ It's a cool little place with tiny roomlets not much bigger than the size of a queen bed. Who needs more? Efficient! And inexpensive! Staff was nice, and the other guests were quiet and friendly. All good.

- Bathrooms were newly installed and nice. But. Water from shower went all over floor -(

+ L’expérience de dormir dans un capsule. C’était marrant

- Gros soucis dans les sanitaires : Pas de crocher pour les affaires lors de la douche Détecteur de présence pour la lumière très mal réglé car la lumière s’éteint très rapidement une fois rentré dans les wc. Il faut ouvrir la porte des wc et la refermer rapidement pour que ça fasse un mouvement et que la lumière se rallume.
