- מבוך רציני עד לחדר, הכניסה דרך בית קפה שננעל ב22, אפשר להתקשר להיכנס עד 23:30. בבוקר לפני 9:30 לא היה מי שיפתח לי כדי לצאת מהמקום, מאוד פוגע בניידות. בנוסף, אבל זו באמת טעות אנוש שלא מעידה, הם הבטיחו לי שהות בחדר מעונות פרטי והכניסו אותי לחדר מעונות מעורב כך שישנתי עם אנשים על אף ששילמתי על חדר פרטי, כן החזירו לי את הכסף…

+ The property location is good
- It’s not clean and the bathroom is not maintained
- Had to phone someone to gain entry upon arrival. Then had to phone/message someone when I left for the evening and then again when I returned so they could let me out/in. In the morning, I had to find someone in the staff quarters to open the shutters to let me out. The place wasn’t terrible but I don’t know how a hostel can operate like this. Bathrooms weren’t great either.

- Établissement sale, les prises ne fonctionnent pas, le lit était cassé, et la douche ne fonctionnait pas

+ I was a bit hesitant with all the negative reviews. But bed was comfortable and the lady helped me with check in and check out. Only stayed for the day as my flight was at night. Lockers available, towels and very good AC. For one night is ok, but maybe not necessary for solo travellers
- The price I was told at the reception was not the same as on booking. However, within 2 minutes the situation was cleared and I paid the right amount! It was however not very clean. The bathroom was quite filthy. No toilet paper, hairy bars of soap everywhere and the room itself was also not clean. After mentioning it they went straight to work and it got much cleaner.

I very muchh eenjoyed my stay at Ricadoo hostel.The llocation was convenient and staff was very polite and helpful . The ambience was soothinngng. I very much enjoyed the facilities on offfer.The food was excellent and varried.I am also happy with spacious room . Overalll it was a joyful stayy.
Firstly ppl in Srilanka Colombo are so kind, I had absolutely love my stay with Ricardo hostel staff, manager all are very helpful & genuine I love my food also which I order from cafe Ricardo, they are always ready to help if I had any questions or help with my stay special mention Chaturika.

- Cierran la puerta y te dejan cerrado dentro, no puedes salir si no llamas y vienen a abrir. Eran las 10;00 de la mañana y estaba encerrado dentro. No contestaban el teléfono.. horrible
We were charged extra. Double the said amount.
+ I liked the location, the staff attitude , the food, the Facilities, and the ambience .
- There was nothing I did not like.. the reception I received was excellent . The staff was polite and friendly. The food was marvelous . The facilities were great.
