Un horror. Tengo un moretón enorme en mi cadera que me hice al querer subir a mi cama, dejan un espacio diminuto entre las literas y encima ponen ventiladores de pie en el medio. La pieza es muy chica y no tiene aire acondicionado. En las zonas comunes no se puede estar porque es insoportable el olor a marihuana que hay, cosa que al management no le importa. Los baños y las duchas tienen un sistema que te apagan la luz a los dos minutos, imagínense estar duchándose y tener que tocar algo el�...

I would not recommend this hostel. The kitchen is vile - nobody cleans up after themselves and there are constantly dirty dishes piled up in the sinks and sides. The dish soap is extremely watered down. You get a bag of cutlery to keep for your entire stay, which is inconvenient, and mine got taken on the second day. Small, dark, hot dorm room with no natural light or ventilation. Had to trek outside to the bathrooms. Most other guests were not friendly at all. Staff are uninformative

one of the worst hostels I've ever been in. There's no air conditioning and if you have an upper bunk, there's no chance of getting any wind from the 5 almost broken fans in the room. On top of that, one of the staff members will rudely send you out onto the street in the evening to make a phone call and say 'f**k off'. The beds were also bad.

Do not book unless you want to be cooked alive while sleeping. Apparently each room was meant to come with air con, lights on the bed and plug sockets, this is not true. We had 1 standing fan (for 8 beds) and a dodgy looking extension lead hanging which didnt even work. While using the kitchen, your food gets an added taste and smell of weed as everyone is high while staying there (probably because its such a c*** hole and they need to get through it under the influence). also enjoy the run down...

Non-smoking environment not observed, windows are open because its australia and you need the breeze, but that makes it come with the smell of weed and cigarettes every single night. Quiet hours never observed, expect a realistic curfew of 1:30 AM on weeknights. Pretty good kitchen facilities and okay staff. Would not reccomend.

This hostel was very disappointing. We booked a private room thing we were treating ourselves but instead were faced with a boiling sauna with only two fans. The bathroom stank and was never fully clean! We had friends staying in a dorm which had balcony doors which provided much needed air- still not ideal. It was much hotter in our room than it was outside! The pictures are completely different to what was provided. Way too overpriced !! I do have to say the kitchen was very clean and nice.

Could not close my window to the hallway, no pressure (close to none) in the shower, the room smelled and the air quality in the room was “dirty”. I felt dirty laying in there.

kann man schon machen, aber selten gab es so viele Gruppen in hostels die sonst mit niemandem interagiert haben, 🍃🍃Geruch überall, keine Klimaanlagen in den Zimmern und die Ventilatoren helfen nur wenn man die unteren Betten hat

A fairly solid hostel for a short stay, hits all the basics well, and isn't too overcrowded so definetley a good opportunity to have some down time. No air con in the rooms is brutal though.

Good hostel with a big kitchen area and nice and big communal spaces. Was a bit hard to reach with a lot of luggage but other than that the location was pretty good. Friendly and always helpful staff. Nice people, but a lot of long term stays. Generally a good place to stay with a nice living room, big outdoor seating area, pool and nicely maintained rooms.

Nice cheap hostel for Brisbane. Has a lot of outdoor spaces to hang out and chill out. The room is pretty good but some of the dorms are in portables (separate building). For the portable we stayed in, the door stayed open at night, but we were still gated in the overall hostel area. Good if you need a place to stay and good for Brisbane prices. Just know the lockers are pretty small so my carry on size suitcase did not fit but I left it under my bed and was fine. Curtains were a nice touch too

J'ai pris une chambre semi privé et j'ai adoré. salle de bain dans la chambre avec un petit frigidaire et le balcon je ne pouvait demander mieux comme chambre pour la tranquillité. Emplacement de choix. facile d'accès au transport en commun ou aux épiceries et services à pied

Nothing exceptional. Everything was okay, and the facilities were fine. There were a lot of long term stays so not very social, and a little far off from things happening

So far I've tried 4 different hostels in Brisbane and this one is my overall favorite! Julie (Julia? ..apologies if misremembering 🤗) in reception was especially helpful and hooked me up with an icepack when headed out to camp. What I liked most about it though is there's tons of room to hang out on the different levels. Some quieter than others but I was always able to good find a spot to read or eat or whatever. Awesome they've got a bar too (even if no whiskey 😉)..and not overpriced!

Good place to stay for a night, kind of an odd neighborhood. It is a little bit dated but clean and lots of areas to chill in

social hostel and the kitchen is not too bad, but there is a staff member with dreadlocks and glasses who can be extraordinarily rude to people. I saw this in the reviews already but sadly I have to confirm it. Safe to say that i will be staying somewhere else when I'm back in Brisbane

brilliant staff property was really clean

so many different hang out areas. really appreciated the kitchens kits, personal flatware and crokery you got from reception. staff kept the place super clean. walking distance to everything you would need. heads up there is no A/C units in the rooms so they are a little warm but there is a fan for each bunk, S.O.L for top bunkers tho couldnt really angle it up there. all around pleasant experience :)

Great place, would stay here again. Only thing that’s odd is that you have to get your plates and cutlery from reception

I asked staff if they could hold my bags after check out as I had a day trip planned. They said no as they only keep bags for people still staying there. I had to cancel my day trip which was very disappointing. However, when it came to check out, I was immediately asked if I needed to store my bags for a few hours. I think there needs to be much better communication between staff as to the rules as this was extremely frustrating.

There’s a big kitchen and decent sized pool. Met some nice people (and resident cat) but due to the rooms having no AC and poor ventilation, I was unable to reside in the room during the daylight hours. Unfortunately would not stay again for that reason.
