- Vårat rum var helt vattenfyllt när vi fick det kl 22. När vi skulle gå ner och säga till fick vi handtaget i handen och kom inte ut. När vi ville byta boende för att det inte fanns några andra lediga rum fick vi inte pengarna tillbaka.
- Schlechteste Unterkunft meiner gesamten Reise und gleichzeitig auch die teuerste. 39$ für eine Nacht ohne Schlaf. Die Matratze ist so alt, dass einem die Metallfedern in den Rücken bohren. Zeitweise wollte ich einfach nur auf dem Boden schlafen, das wäre vielleicht angenehmer gewesen. Die Fotos sind bestimmt aus den Zeiten der Neueröffnung und nicht mehr aktuell. Das Apartment ist runtergerockt und überall ist eine Schicht Staub oder Schmutz auf den Gegenständen. Kein Wunder - das Badezimmer ist zur Straße hin offen!!! Das ist auf den Fotos nicht ersichtlich oder geschönt worden indem man den Vorhang (der übrigens stark schimmelt) davor gezogen hat. Das heißt, jeglicher Lärm von draußen geht auch ungefiltert in die Wohnung über. Die Baustelle draußen hat um 6 Uhr früh mit dem Hämmern begonnen. Die ganze Nacht über hört man den Straßenlärm. Das plus Matratze war die absolute Endstufe, die jeglichen Schlaf verhindert hat. Ich wollte einfach nur weg. Alle restlichen Nächte habe ich storniert. Mir wurde die Nacht und der Flughafentransfer dennoch komplett berechnet. Auf meine Beanstandungen wurde überhaupt nicht eingegangen oder mit in irgendeiner Weise entgegen gekommen. Absolut nicht zu empfehlen und dürfte m.E. Nicht auf booking als Hotel geführt werden, da es ein Apartment Haus ist

- - hotel zavadza a uvadza vybavenie izby, ktore realne na mieste nie je k dispozicii. Ked sme sa na nich v tomto obratili, odkazali nam, ze sme si to mali skontrolovat. Izba vyzera ako apartman, ale kuchynska linka je iba atrapa. Nenajdete tam ani jednu misku, nozik, mikrovlnku a sporak uz ani nahodou. Nikto asi na dovolenke vo Vietname neplanuje varit, ale mali sme naplanovy skory ranny vylet, ale nemohli sme si ani pripravit kavu, ci len nakrajat ovocie. Samotny fakt, ze izba nemala vybavanie, ake sme si objednali by sa dalo tolerovat, avsak reakcia hotela na nasu staznost uz nie. - s nocnym recepcnym sa nedohovorite anglicky vobec, so slecnou cez den ako tak

- De foto´s zijn helemaal niet zoals de kamer (superiour kamer met kingsize bed) er echt uit ziet. De vloer was vuil, er hangt schimmel rond de airco, de dampkap is enorm smerig en alles is verouderd. Het ´raam´ in de badkamer is slechts een insectenhor waar een vuil gordijn voor hangt. Ook het ´raam´ in de slaapkamer is niet zoals het lijkt op de foto. We zijn na 30 minuten terug vertrokken. Boek hier niet!

- Staff.Extremely pour level. No real window. Dirty towel. Charged 3% for card payment which illegal. Check-in took more than hour
- Problem with Air conditioning in room. Couldn't sleep the whole night. Very noisy and malfunctioning air conditioning due to which room was very hot around 40 degree celsius. The staff knew the air conditioning had a problem in the room the day we checked in, still checked us in to the same room.

- The WiFi was absolutely insufficient for work, and despite raising this with staff, nothing was done - costing me scheduled client calls. My listing included a washing machine, but the man downstairs just shook his head when asked. After my complaint to Booking's customer service, a different receptionist messaged late that night (while I was sleeping) offering to wash my clothes, but I was leaving next morning so it was too late. The platform spoke to the owner, who refused compensation for the laundry or lost client payments due to poor WiFi. There's a big opening under the bathroom window letting in a huge moth and many mosquitoes. Everything feels very dated and older than photos suggest, plus cleanliness issues (see photos). I'm baffled by the 9.4 rating I saw when booking - the many negative reviews were further down the list as I found out later.

Loved it. Nice for a relaxed stop
The room was soooo spacious! Huge living area and kitchen and bedroom was great. Comfy bed! Good air conditioning. Only thing was maybe the bathroom ceiling has some mold and quite a few lizards crawling on the kitchen walls. But location was fantastic. Close to the beach!!
+ All things are good with me. Good location , which is both near to the beach and the city centre. Spacious room with a lot of space to stay comfortably. Staff are helpful and supportive with all the attention towards our feelings while staying here!
+ Nhân viên thân thiện và nhiệt tình cũng hỗ trợ team mình rất nhiều trong chuyến lưu trú. Phòng ốc rộng rãi và sạch sẽ có cửa sổ nhìn ra ngoài. Vị trí khách sạn gần biển và gần trung tâm thành phố nên di chuyển cũng tiện lắm nè!
+ Chuyến đi của tôi rất hợp ý. Nhân viên thân thiện và nhiệt tình, hỗ trợ chúng mình rất nhiều vấn đề trong chuyến lưu trú của mình vừa rồi. Địa điểm khách sạn thuận tiện lắm nè: gần biển và cũng gần trung tâm thành phố.

+ Grote kamer, vlakbij strand maar niet langs de drukke promenadestraat, veel shops en restaurants aan de achterzijde die goedkoper zijn.
- Oude matrassen in de gang, lawaai van zatte bovenbuur, geen contact vanuit het personeel ook al zat ik er 7 dagen, deur badkamer zit wat vast, bij wind kraakt de buitendeur.
+ The staff supported us so well during our stay. The hotel is close to the city center, easy to explore nearby attractions, and just a short walk from the beachside. Spacious room with big window that we could have sunny in the morning.

+ Khách sạn có view 1 góc nhìn thấy biển, đi bộ ra biển rất gần, nằm ở khu vực yên tĩnh. Phòng gia đình mình đặt rất rộng rãi, thoải mái cho trẻ con chơi. Phòng nhiều ánh sáng, có ban công nhỏ, nhà vệ sinh và nhà tắm đứng riêng biệt.
- Phòng tắm bằng kính và không kín nên không được riêng tư, để ý tắm lâu sẽ ướt sàn bên ngoài. Phòng nhìn kỹ sẽ thấy không được mới, khăn tắm và một số đồ dùng đã cũ.
We had an amazing room! It was very clean and the view from the terrasse was spectacular!
+ Very clean place. Bed was comfortable. Cleaners took care to ensure floors and surfaces were free of dirt, sand, etc. The host Suong and night guy very welcoming, nice, and responsive.
- Soiled mattresses in the hallways; very strange, and gross. Some electrical outlets require repair. Beware about this neighborhood: "Banh bao dai" guys are very loud in the morning and the late night; I stayed in other areas and they are absent. Some ants by the kitchen window. The screen by the bed-side window is broken. Smoking guests smoke too close to the location entrance; sometimes, the lobby reeks of stinky cigarette smoke. FYI: My room 502 didn't have view.
+ L'emplacement très bien et au calme pour aller à pieds jusqu' à la plage. Chambre claire avec une vue sur la ville et la mer. Le personnel de l'accueil nous a organisé le transfert en taxi jusqu'à l'aéroport tôt le matin .Bien pour un court séjour !!
- Le lit un peu dur et la terrasse pas entretenue il faut mettre des chaussures !! si non bon rapport qualité prix

+ I would recommend this property for others. Many times I stayed here before, it's so pretty and nice. Hotel's location is so convenient location, which is so near to the beach. Room is big and nice view to the sea.

+ Quay lại lần 2 lưu trú khi đến Đà Nẵng tôi vẫn cảm thấy rất hải lòng với trải nghiệm lưu trú của mình tại đây. Nhân viên thân thiện và cũng giúp đỡ mình rất nhiều, thêm nữa phòng ốc rộng rãi và còn có cửa sổ nhìn bên ngoài, địa điểm khách sạn khá thuận tiện cho việc di chuyển vào trung tâm hay ra biển nè!
+ Most of the staff here are young and friendly, and they also know a lot about the city, so it was easy to ask them for advice on where to go and eat. The hotel's location is fantastic, close to the beach (about 200m) and only a 5-10 minute drive to the city center. My room was on a high floor, so the view was pretty good and the room was spacious too!
