The quality of their work is exceptional, the team is always friendly and helpful, their attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction is unparalleled. I will definitely be using their services again in the future. Their team is dedicated to providing the best service possible, and it shows in every interaction. I was blown away by the level of professionalism and expertise displayed by this company. They went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction. The receptionists Montse and Tatiana are kind, friendly, always ready to help and with a smile on their faces, Matteo, Eva and Louvisa are super nice and they're really good. The rooms and the common spaces are always clean. I can confidently say that they have earned a lifelong customer.

+ Just a couple of minutes away from a tram and bus stop. The staff was really nice and always helpful, breakfasts were satisfactory (toast + jams/peanut butter) or cereal. There were a lot of alternative milk options 👍👍 bathroom and kitchen were always clean

- Bunk beds aren't very stable and make a lot of noise when you climb the ladder
