Hostel Rozna dolina, Dom XIV

The staff member in the office where I checked in was friendly and helpful. However, my dates had not been checked carefully and I didn’t have a bed for the night. It was fully booked and around 10.00pm. They offered me a bed in another hostel a 20 min walk away. I could not find it despite having been given instructions. I won’t go into all the details. We lived in a student dorm with a shared kitchen and bathroom. Unfortunately, our hot plate didn’t work. The staff had been informed at least 3 times where they promised to fix it before we were let into another apartment to cook. The receptionist gave us the key to the apartment which meant that we potentially could have broken into the other guests’ room. Also, the location was a bit hard to find. It was nice though to have your own shared apartment and also you could do your laundry for...

Apesar de parecer um prédio abandonado, tem a estação de autocarro perto, boa limpeza e as pessoas foram simpáticas, no entanto não tem microondas nem garfos.

Clean hostel, a small kitchen to cook. Hot water in the shower, clean toilets with plenty of shampoos to use which was amaizing. Wifi not working nowhere inside the hostel, only outside in the greenery spaces of the hostel. That annoyed me too much. Not backpackers vibes defiently. Safe for female solo travellers, good value for money but I wouldn't return again.
