Bathroom was really gross with nowhere to put your stuff. The floors were covered in sludge. The shower drain is clogged so the water brings the sludge up to your feet even with shower shoes. Room was cramped. Most importantly, I woke up with bites on my body so there must be bed bugs.

Desde que entras sientes hediondo, no hay ventilación . El aseo en las piezas y baños es casi nula y la mantencion también ( todas las tapas sueltas ) . Mi cama tenía hasta un moco pegado en la pared , sin contar que era una pieza de 10 camas en un espacio que era para 6. El chico de la recepción fue muy amable y me cambió de habitación . La cocina es tan pequeña que chocas con todos , el refrigerador es enano , no tiene espacio. No hay muchas normas de convivencia.

This was the budget stay of our trip, and unfortunately, it showed. They have two beds in the 10-person dorm that are completely out in the open. I couldn’t find any pictures of the room beforehand for good reason. Laptop was stolen and communication from the management was slow and unhelpful. Lockers are difficult to access in doorway, hence why it wasnt locked away. The girl on reception was very kind and as helpful as she could be but the situation was up to management to take control Overall the hostel isnt bad, the location is great, it’s just scummy to protect the privacy of a thief instead of going out of their way to help a customer. Bedbugs attacked me . And cost me 3 days scratchy, some clothes. When i told them they said they gonna change the sheets , but change the sheets did not help !!! Overall i’m not going to give them one star

Bed bugs!!!! It's a really serious situation and it can destroy your holidays!!!! BE CAREFUL!!!

The room we stayed in STANK so bad of mildew and mould. It was all over the en-suite shower windows and tiles. It was very hard to breathe in there and the smell made staying in the room unpleasant. The door to the bedroom also didnt lock well so most of the time the door was left wide open - including when we were sleeping. This felt very unsafe, especially for women. On the plus side, the staff were very lovely and were always keen to join in on the fun which made the experience better.

Unfortunately, the photos and description available on the website did not match the reality. Here are the main reasons that led me to cancel my stay: • The information indicated an age range of 18 to 40 years for guests, yet there were several much older individuals. • The atmosphere created by some guests, including intrusive looks and inappropriate comments, was uncomfortable and felt unsafe. • The overall cleanliness of the property was inadequate and unsatisfactory. Before you reply with the obvious "it says in our policies that we don’t do refunds", it’s also says on your description that you only allow people from 18 to 40 years old, WHICH IS A TOTAL LIE! I really did not enjoy my stay for different reasons: 1. The floor smells like pee everywhere. Change the soap. 2. Only old people. Either change your description or stick to it. I was awaked the whole week by old people snoring. General ambiance really sucked. 3. Management needs to be replaced.

The venue was a bit difficult to locate and a few side streets away from the main road, Metro and general shops. Nothing much around that area. Didn’t appear to be too many relaxational facilities other than a TV. The communial area for mixing was a bit small and personally I didn’t get much of a vibe there. Breakfast was included which was nice and a bar there.

It was such a great experience. Me and my friend stayed there for one night and everything was amazing. Staff was so kind and helpful.

A localização do hostel é ótima, e a equipe foi muito solicita! A estrutura também é bem legal, mas meu ponto de melhora vai para as instalações. O quarto estava abafado e sem ventilação. Quando entramos, mais parecia uma cela, sem claridade ou refrigeração, e os banheiros não parecem ser limpos tão regularmente. Diversos itens de outros hóspedes acumulados por lá, além dos ralos de dois boxes estarem entupidos. Fora isso, a porta de entrada e os lockers do quarto são MUITO bar...

I had a great time at this hostel, the rooms were decent, washrooms were clean. The free breakfast buffet was amazing, such a great value at this price. Its located in the city centre and super close to all locations, loved it!

Very friendly and helpful staff..They let us to keep luggage before and safe..And Breakfast included which was just so good..And the vibe is also just super..Only the washrooms were not the clean, water spilled all over …But when informed they were ready to clean as soon as possible..All over very nice people and atmosphere..

Happy hour and breakfast made it all worth it. Bathrooms were pretty gross & not a ton of privacy in the rooms (curtains see through). Good location, close to city center, on ah huge hill. Staff was awesome, but just btw they do stay in the rooms with ya.

Great staff and good location. When I got to my room the sheets were dirty. Also the bathrooms were extremely dirty.

I had a great time staying at Gspot. Staff was super great and friendly, willing to share information and were patient as I was trying to practice my Portuguese again. I thought the location was great! There were curtains for sleeping. 3 separate shared bathrooms for a lot of people but they were open whenever I wanted to clean up. It was great for social opportunities since lots of people participated in the free drinks hour.

Fantastic stay at the Gspot. Staff was great and super helpful. Really enjoyed their 'happy hour' where all guests are invited to come for a free drink, met a couple really great travelers as a result.Will be back again for sure.

I loved the creativity of the names for the rooms and of the hostel itself. They have fun activities planned which sadly I could mostly not take part in(I only stayed for 1 night), but the people at the reception were all very friendly, helpful and nice! I would definitely be happy to stay again.

It was amazing!!! The entire staff was great and the hostel was very clean! The hostel offers happy hour with free drinks everyday which is a great way to get to know people at the hostel! I would recommend this hostel to anyone!
