The hostel is located just above a major street, which creates significant noise all night. The rooms do not have fans or air conditioning, so opening the windows is the only recourse, making it either very hot or very loud.
I hated this hostel. The rooms were tiny and smelled like feet. If one person had their bag on the floor you couldn’t walk. The staff was so arrogant and activities just got cancelled. Not a social vibe at all. Showers were cold and gross
I got verbally harassed from a very odd man in a sexist manner and the hostel did nothing. They let him stay, and offered me no compensation. The private room was overpriced, and smelled really bad. This also isn’t marketing as a party hostel but I could not sleep as other guests were loud until after midnight. This is the first bad review I’ve given after 50 hostels.
The bathrooms are clogged and the toilets have rarely been flushing. About half of the bathrooms are closed with (Out of Order) signs. Also another thing that the hostel can't control is the group of 7 polish in my room of 12 talking at full volume at 7:30 in the morning, but damn there is zero Hostel etiquette here. The location is good but the neighborhood is not a authentic CDMX experience, due to gentrification. Would not recommend coming to this hostel unless they could figure it out.
The hostel’s location is really great, situated in a lovely and popular area. The rooftop terrace is beautiful, and the bathrooms were clean. However, we didn't like the room. We stayed in a 6-bed dorm that was far too small (about 8 sqm) and only had one tiny window. There was no air conditioning, so the air quality was terrible and it was much too hot at night. It was also very noisy due to the street. Unfortunately, there was also no Wi-Fi in the rooms due to bad connection.
I checked in to bed full of ants, how is that even possible Some of the volunteers at reception were not professional, forgetting to return my deposit, checking me in to a wrong bed etc Toilet flush is weak so always dirty but worst thing was that there were times where no water was running at all or only cold water
Pros: centre of town, excellent rooftop terrace for sun and exercise, private bathrooms alongside stall-type bathrooms, great kitchen. Cons: quite pricey even for all the amenities, room keys don’t work regularly (but you get exercise going up and down the stairs getting new ones!), not sure how well the staff check who comes in and out of the hostel but it never felt unsafe.
The bathrooms were not clean, clumps of hair were clinging to the shower walls and they stayed there during our entire stay of 4 nights. Water to shower was either boiling hot or ice cold and would change a lot. A lot of things broken as well, the door of one of the toilets fell off its hinges in the middle of the night. A lot of noise at night. The people at reception not very social and friendly. If you’re looking for a social hostel, this one is not it.
the location of this hostel was amazing and the design of it was super beautiful! unfortunately we had a few hiccups that made us leave the same day we checked in. we didn’t receive towels or padlocks and the hostel and facilities had a pungent odor. & when we ultimately asked at the front desk how to check out they said they didn’t know so it could have been due to just new staff members,, but they were graceful enough to offer us a refund for part of the stay even when we didn’t ask for ...
Good location in Roma Norte, but it felt like all other guests were staff/living in Mexico City long term so not the best vibe for backpackers.

Lovely hostel with great rooftop. Downside was no air con or fan in the rooms and it got really hot. Also nowhere comfy to chill when it rains. Amazing location, loved that and would stay again for that. Rooftop was also nice for a morning workout as some shade. Pretty social, I met some nice people on the tours (which are a little pricey but good)
I only spent one night here while passing through mexico city but the atmosphere seemed to be very chilled and friendly, staff was great and attentive, perfect location. Bed was super comfy and good pillows. My only complaint is that it was quite hot in the room with no a/c or fan.
Muito bom, equipe super atenciosa. Localização com mercado e restaurantes próximos, fácil acesso as regiões da cidade. Bastante limpo e organizado, cama confortável e travesseiro bom. Voltaria mais vezes!
Great location, chill vibe, close to everything. Would be great to have AC in the rooms
I really liked my stay here, the rooftop is great for socializing or just chilling, there are a few co work spaces and a small kitchen. The staff were great, I did ask to be moved to a room away from the road as traffic can be noisy but they were great at doing this for me. But it is a nice quiet hostel not a party place from my experience which is nice
Best hostel I've stayed at in cdmx thus far! Friendly staff. Great group chat and daily activities. Really cool building. Great facilities. Plenty of bathrooms etc. Close to everything. Honestly couldn't fault this hostel!
Good location, friendly staff. Rooms and toilets are pretty basic. Overall I would recommend it

Such an amazing hostel! The location is great, in the heart of Condesa and near of Roma, the rooftop is amazing and the staff is super friendly!
Great location, good beds
This is a great hostel. The location is great and safe, in the heart of Condesa and easily walkable to Roma Norte, Chapultepec, La Reforma, and a metro stop to take you quickly into Centro Historico or elsewhere. It has a great social vibe but isn’t a party hostel, but you can party at the sister hostel if you want. It has plenty of clean bathrooms with mostly reliable hot water (though one late night I couldn’t get any). Staff is friendly and great as well. Highly recommended for staying i...
nette hostel. veel sociale activiteiten
This hostel is in such a good location. I could walk to so many cafes, bars, and parks in Condesa without needing transport most of the time. It felt safe, lively, and convenient every day.
I only spent a one sleepover here, but everything about the property/staff/facilities/location was great. Its also close to most of the salsa dancing spots in town
I like very much the rooftop because at night many travelers stay there and talk together. Good atmosphere and also clean place.
chill vibe, nice location
What I liked most was that it felt social without being noisy. You could meet people easily but still sleep well at night, which is not always easy to find in hostels.
Room was clean every day and bathrooms also very good. Bed comfortable and no problem sleeping. Staff always kind and helpful
