This is a great hotel to explore Madrid, the location gives you close access to amazing restaurant, bars and other entertainment :-) The staff was very helpfull and early check in was also easily arrange. Although the site states self service hotel with no staff on-site; you do meet lovely Bob W staff either on Whatsapp or in the building who are focused on making your stay great. A small side note as the hotel is located in a busy area sounds can arrive in your room.
