- シングルルームで予約したのに、ドミトリーに案内された。こちらのbooking.comの予約内容を翻訳して提示したが、施設側の内容はドミトリーだと主張し、埒が開かなかったため、ドミトリーに宿泊した。 また、カード可の記載はあったが断られた。

- No cumplía con los servicios publicados. por ej. no tenía aire acondicionado. no tenía Tv cable. no tenía agua caliente la ducha. no tenía patio. no tenía balcón. La vista no da al lago sino a un rancherio, basura, gallinas... mientras me duchaba me dio una descarga eléctrica!!!! el lugar no cuenta con ningún tipo de calefacción. La habitación helada, el lugar muy lúgubre. No lo recomiendopara nada, la pasamos mal. Los dueños se hacían los sorprendidos y luego en googlemaps vimos que hay comentarios indicando lo mismo que datan de por lo menos 6 años. Un horror.

- A recepcionista foi extremamente mal educada e debochada. Foi sem dúvida, o pior tratamento que tive em hotéis até hoje. Um ser humano cínico e totalmente ganancioso que não quis concordar com o preço que eu havia fechado com o booking por um dos seus quartos, mentindo descaradamente na minha cara falando que não havia mais quarto para ser habitado pois todos estavam ocupados e que eu devia cancelar a reserva e ir para outro lugar.

- Es war extrem laut vom Abend bis in die Nacht, weil eine Gruppe Musik gehort und laut geredet und gelacht hat im Hotelgang. Die Rezeptionistin hat trotz Amschreiben nicht darauf reagiert. Auch hat sie am Vortag gemeint, es sei kein Problem das Gepäck im Hotel zu lassen bis um 8 Uhr abends. Am nächsten Tag meinte sie dann plötzlich maximal bis 7 Uhr. Zudem hatte das Hotel bereits um 8.30 Uhr (Frühstücken kann man bis 9 Uhr), die Hälfte der Speisen nicht mehr! Keine Marmelade, keine Flakes, kein Käse und nur noch zwei Sorten Saft und 2 Sorten Früchte anstelle von 4.
- Odalar inanılmaz soğuktu. Herhangi bir ısıtma sistemi yok. Pencereler oda boşluğuna bakıyordu. Isınmak için yardım rica ettik. Ama çözüm bulunmadı. Tavsiye etmiyorum
+ When we didn’t have hot water the staff came to fix. The breakfast was ok
- Really sad that this place wasn’t good. We read the reviews and it seemed great so went for it. Unfortunately our whole room smelt of sewage and even stronger in the bathroom - the whole time we stayed. We had no hot water for the first day but this was sorted when we told the staff. Unfortunately when I touched the tap in the shower I got an electric shock, I think maybe the shower wiring had some issues.

- Personal war gelangweilt, TV und Mobiltelefon war wichtiger als Gäste. Dusche mit elektrischen Duschkopf. Sehr einfache und lieblose Ausstattung des Zimmers und Bades unter der Tür kam kalte Luft ins Zimmer. Waschmaschienenlärm im Ess- und Aufenthaltsraum. Wenn jemand in das Hostal kam, zog es im gesamten Raum. Kreditkarte ÷7%.Wi-Fi instabil
+ Jedynym plusem była bardzo miła obsługa oraz bardzo proste ale zrobione od serca śniadanie.
- Pokój był brudny i stary, okna były tak cienkie, że było słychać każdy dźwięk. Drzwi były nieszczelne, w nocy było bardzo zimno. W łazience z prysznica lała się gorąca woda a z kranu tylko lodowata, brak jakiejkolwiek regulacji. W bezpośrednim sąsiedztwie trwa budowa budynku gdzie robotnicy zaczynają pracę od 8 do 21 i ciągle leci głośna muzyka.

- Parece que a las 22.30 p.m cerraban el hostal, y ni en booking ni durante el check in se nos informo. Llegamos la primera noche a las 23 p.m i nadie nos abria, estaba bien cerrado. Sufrimos un poco pero al final respondieron. Aun y asi el trato de los dueños fue bueno, aunque alteramos su descanso.

The woman was nice enough but the man who owns the place did nothing but make us feel unwelcome from the moment we stepped through the door. We speak Spanish fluently and were paying when the man kept telling the woman that the price was wrong, the room was wrong, that we shouldn’t get the breakfast that she had told us about all while ignoring our every attempt to speak to him. He was condescending and rude and we wish we had stayed anywhere else to feel more welcome.

- L’établissement demande un règlement soit en bolivianos ou dollars (espèces pour les dollars). Il est plus avantageux de régler en dollars car ils appliquent un taux de conservion de x10 entre dollars et bolivianos (taux non officiel). Vous serez perdant à régler en bolivianos. Ex : ils nous demandaient 22$ ou 220 bolivianos

- The guy at the front desk was going to charge me US$. When I told him I wanted to pay in bolivianos, he was going to charge me an exchange rate of 10, which is currently not available anywhere. He wouldn't want to change more US$ like that either. He was generally very rude, so I decided to cancel, leave and stay down the road at Hotel Utama, which was very reasonable, actually way less for a room with a bath, and the staff was very friendly and helpful.
