A Boutique Hostel

+ Franchement pas grand chose à part la gentillesse du personnel, très accueillant et charmant

- - « l’espace commun » du dortoir c’est un bien grand mot c’est deux canapés dégoûtants - le dortoir est très glauque sans lumière naturelle - pas de housse de couette - moustiques toute la nuit - Clim qui marche en alternance - porte en verre qui sépare de la pièce principale qui est une sorte de café > on ne se sent pas du tout en sécurité - un invité est arrivé à 2:30 du matin je me suis demandé si ce n’était pas un intrus - extrêmement bruyant à cause de cette porte et de la grande pièce à côté on a l’impression d’être dans la rue on entend tout - propreté du lieu : il y avait encore un moustique écrasé plein de sang du dernier invité

+ Todo estuvo bien pero que me cobraran 400 por una habitación que no pedí, y que al día siguiente me dijeran que me fuera por un problema que conaidero no era real, al decir que habia una fuga de gas y dejaron a unas damas arriba, como evitando su salida, pero con mi persona demasiada incistencia para que me fuera del lugar, pido hablar con el dueño, soy discapacitado y aunque no tenga mi credencial, apresuraron mi salida y con todas mis cosas el chavo, muy acelerado, mintiendo al dueño o al gerente más bien, que reportaron un olor y fue el mismo el que inventó eso. Vine especiamente a este lugar y es de pésimo gusto, Exigo una respuesta, por fuerza quisieton mandarme a otro lugar y luego que no salieran las muchachas? Expliquen ? NO HAY QUE ASUMIR NADA Y CUESTIONAR TODO espero cambiar mi calificación o a lo mejor no les pareció que no pueda denunciar a unos sujetos que se sienten intocables por tener conexiones con la plaza y el gobierno, por no denunciar lo que no se puede denunciar.

+ La ubicación y la atención del personal muy muy amable. Atentos y con buena actitud. Buena ubicación Deberian de aclarar que es un hostal mixto.

- Que supuestamente incluia el desayuno y pues me dijeron que como era martes, la cocina no trabajaba ese día asi que no cumplieron con esa parte. Otra parte es que el baño en especifico el retrete le hace falta un poco más de higiene, solo eramos 2 personas y lucia muy sucio.

- The hostel is inside a cafe. Not relaxing and felt weird. Especially the frosted doors that you can still see through from the cafe. The bathroom was way too small for 6 person dorm. Also no where to cook or store food.

- Staff was rarely present. I wasn't given the code for the front door and was locked out at 9pm with no one around to open up for me. The atrium outside the rooms is cavernous and noise, such as people talking or moving chairs, echoes around and can easily be heard in thd dorms. Sound absorbing panels would be useful.

- 被子沒有被套，看不出有沒有洗過 淋浴水溫只有滾燙和冷，沒有中間值 住宿區和外面餐廳只隔著一片玻璃，隱私性不夠

+ The breakfast was delicious (although not offered on Tuesdays), the staff were very kind and attentive, and the location was really great - just one street off the central plaza of Tlaquepaque, near El Parian and many great restaurants and stores. Not far from many bus lines and light rail, as well. The beds were comfortable and felt very private, with curtains. There was a separate lounge area within the hostel room which was nice, although it was a little sparse.

- The property advertised a kitchen but there were no kitchen facilities, not even a fridge. If you're a budget traveller selecting to stay in a hostel the lack of a kitchen to prepare your own meals is hard. Don't believe the website, there's no kitchen for the hostel. The breakfasts kind of made up for it!

+ Tuve problemas con mi reservación pero siempre fueron muy amable y con toda la disposición de poderme ayudar, agradezco mucho su atención ✨ la ubicación está perfecta y el lugar es bonito. Espero volver pronto.

+ A pesar de que es compartido, tienes privacidad al momento de dormir,el desayuno muy rico.

- En ell estacionamiento donde te mandan ,se ponen muy grosero el personal cuando está lleno, pero no es culpa del hotel ya que es un estacionamiento externo.
