+ Solo el servicio de breakfast! Estaba decente.
- Nada me gusto, Habitacion sucia, Los enchufes sin electricidad, El precio alto por noche y el hotel Luce muy differente a las fotos en internet!

- First room I checked into on ground floor, sliding door to outside did not lock All subsequent rooms on higher floors sliding doors didn’t lock Two of the three rooms I looked at smelled badly of mould I stayed there a Saturday night and it was seriously terribly noisy until early hours Not sure if that’s the same on a week night

- No estacionamiento. Recepción informal. No verifica datos.No sirve elevador. No planta emergencia. Escalera muy cansada. Habitación espantosa. No hay privacidad entre wc-ducha-habitación. Apagadores de iluminación muy mal. Habitaciones cero hermeticas. Muy chafa todo. No dure ni 1 hr y mejor lo dejé.

+ Al llegar no había nadie en recepción, tuve que esperar en la calle 1 hora para hacer check in, aún está en construcción y hay ruido desde temprano. No está insonorizado, se escucha todo lo de alrededor.

- N1 _ El internet es intermitente se va a cada rato N2 _ No te cambian sabanas y toallas me quede 8 dias y ninguna vz me cambiaron las sabanas y las toallas N_3 La limpieza no es a detalle solo por encima y vamonos Es deber de el hotel avisar de la hora de salida de los huespedes uno viene a vacacionar no a estar pasando malos ratos ni a estar recibiendo malos tratos y amenazas por parte del personal N _ 4 No debo generalizar pero uno de los personales de recepcion Hizo amenazas a mi familia
+ The rooms were upgraded, the bed was comfortable.
- The location is not in a safe area, no one was there to check me in I had to eventually knock on the glass to be let in to the property, but when I came back at midnight the door was unlocked for anyone to get in. Did not feel safe. There were dogs barking all night long and you can hear every little noise in that place.
+ The property was fairly close the main turist areas and was fairly cheap.
- Wifi didnt work first 2 days, receptionists did not speak english but used google translate to communicate. Breakfast did not have water and was very small selection. Overall photos did not match property and elevator was broken half of time which meant dragging very heavy suitcases upstairs. The room was quite dirty on walls, towels etc.

- Faltan muchos de talles, pintura, olor , privacidad !! Me despertaron para mover el coche cuando ellos se encargaban. Puerta con filtros de luz alrededor ! Se escucha todo !!! Parece más Motel que hotel

- Breakfast could have been better. Parking was limited. The room seems nicer in the picture.

+ This is the second time I've stayed here. Last time was right after they opened. They now have a person at the desk who speaks English (last year they didn't) and she was great. Really friendly and helpful.
- I was in room 101, and there was a constant sewer gas smell coming from the shower drain. The room was right next to the laundry room, which added a lot of noise. I also think the laundry washer added to the sewer smell. The plumbing is obviously not properly vented, so each time the washer drained, it pulled water from the j-trap in the shower and allowed the room to fill with sewer gas. I didn't have this issue previously when I was on the third floor.
+ La gentillesse et la disponibilité du personnel. Les petits déjeuners sur le roof-top, ainsi que tous les aménagements de cet espace, piscine, transat, salon, adaptés à la détente à toute heure du jour ou de la soirée. J'ai apprécié d'être un peu en retrait de la marina qui le soir venu se transforme en boite de nuit géante et donc de pouvoir dormir tranquille. La fourniture d'eau potable gratuitement selon notre consommation et le plaisir d'un vrai café "nespresso". Enfin le soir, de n'avoir que la rue à traverser pour trouver un restaurant que je recommande pour ses prix et sa cuisine mexicaine interprétée avec une touche de modernité et de fraicheur : Mesa de la Luna.
- le petit bémol qui doit être corrigé bientôt m'a-t-on dit c'est "l'étanchéité" de la porte d'entrée qui laisse passer pas mal de lumière. Par chance j'ai toujours avec moi un masque pour la nuit.
The kindness and availability of the staff. The breakfast on the rooftop, as well as all the amenities of this space, pool, sundeck, living room, suitable for relaxation at any time of the day or evening. I enjoyed being a little bit out of the marina which in the evening turns into a giant nightclub and therefore being able to sleep peacefully. + La piscina y el concepto del hotel está muy bien. Es cómodo, nuevo y está limpio.
- Demasiado ruido hasta imposibilidad de dormir y descansar. Se oye todo, la gente que entra gritando, hablando, lq gente de la calle y la mujer de recepción hablando alto con su teléfono más tarde de las once de la noche. Deberían tomar nota de estos ruidos para hacer una estancia más placentera ya que el hotel tiene potencial.
+ 酒店位置非常好，去市中心及潜码头都不远。酒店的早餐提供的东西虽然不多但足够吃饱喝好，有两天我潜水出发得早，酒店也允许我一大早早餐还未开始前去拿面包水果，非常人性化。另外房间每天都会打扫整理。
