La Ceiba Hostel

The most uncomfortable hostel bed I've encountered on my travels so far. Aside from that, the staff were friendly, place was fairly clean and good facilities. I felt safe enough. If they upgraded the bedding it would go a long way to improving the hostel. Also, a large amount of the guests were also volunteers which created a certain social dynamic. Would help if more focus was put on including the other guests in activities to help build atmostphere.

J’ai beaucoup aimé cet hostel; entre les trois que j’ai essayés à CDMX, c’est celui-ci que j’ai préféré. Il est très bien situé dans le quartier Roma, et on s’y sent en sécurité. Les espaces communs, les salles de bain et les chambres sont propres, et sont très bien équipées. On dirait plus une grande colocation qu’un hostel. L’ambiance est très sympa. Je recommande fortement!!!

I had a great time at Ceiba Hostel. The location is fantastic, the hostel is very clean, and the kitchen is functional. I highly recommend it!

The location of the hostel is perfect for exploring Roma Norte, Roma Sur and Condesa. There’s activities planned almost every night and Daniel is super friendly and helpful if you need anything :) I planned to only stay for a couple days but ended up staying almost two weeks

I love that place, it's such a family vibe, I felt like at home. Would love to come back one day :)

Lugar tranquilo, limpio, y muy bien situado! Los espacios compartidos son muy amplios y relajados, el personal y voluntarias amables, y bien conectado en transporte público!

Great hostel with great people!

It was a really nice experience to stay at this place! It has such a lovely atmosphere an the people from the hostel are so kind and funny. You can do activities, if you want or just feel comfy. I can really recomment to go to this place, also because it has a really well equipted kitchen! (but the ring is hard to find, it is on the right wall next to the door)

Super nice new hostel in a great, safe and greeeen area. A lot of common areas, good kitchen, clean, and the volunteers are friendly and helpful. You can really feel that the owner cares about building something good they listen to feedback and want to improve. We even ended up doing a spontaneous mini bar hopping night together when I needed a last Tuesday party, which says a lot about the vibe here. Social but not a party chaos hostel. Would definitely stay again.

lovely new hostel in the middle of Roma, the volunteers and owners work hard at making it a community. Enjoyed my stay here!

Я жил в нескольких хостелах этой ценовой категории в округе, и этот мне понравился больше всех. Тут хорошо оборудованная кухня, удобные кровати со шторами, дают ключи от двери, чтобы можно было зайти в любое время. Много зон для отдыха. А по выходным они устраивают вечеринки....

I had such a lovely time at this hostel :) I was in Spanish school in the mornings and the volunteers were so patient and kind and supportive of my learning. It’s a really homey cozy feeling, they had an art night that was so cute, I lost my key and was helped with kindness and humour. It’s in a great location too. Can’t say enough good things ☺️💕
