+ You share a room with a minimum of 8 people... shared toilet in the corridor. Staff is not on duty 24/7.it's so unsafe.... the room is dingy and the room smell dirty.
- It's hard to find this place... poorly marked. Only a tiny bit of information about the hostel on the intercom.
- The guy from the reception is rude and follow me whole day to ask me personal questions which is not his business.

- They didn’t hand me clean sheets, god knows on what I have slept in; 1st hostel that didn’t offer this;

- Muito barulho! Impossível dormir. As pessoas ficam conversando muito alto na cozinha e o quarto é de frente pra cozinha, vc não consegue pegar no sono..

- Lugar sujo, os hospedes nao respeitam o banheiro feminino( homens usam). Muito barulho nos quartos com hospedes sem educação. Nao havia limpeza diária nos quartos. Banheiros sempre sujos e molhados.

- Nicht sichtbar von außen. Räume sind von der Sauberkeit okay, die Türen sind kaputt - lassen sich tlw. Nicht schließen. Der Gemeinschaftsbereich hat sichtbare Spuren von vergangenen Besuchern. Es ist nicht sauber. Die Duschen waren nur teilweise benutzbar. Es wurde kein Toilettenpapier über nacht aufgefüllt, man hat keine Mitarbeitenden finden können, insbesondere morgens zwischen 8 und 10 uhr. Die Mitarbeitenden sind schlecht ausgebildet, sie sind nicht eindeutig zu erkennen.

- - на весь хостел лише 1 душова кімната (інша зачинена ) - на весь хостел лиш 1 холодильник і той смердить зіпсутою їжею (інший поламаний і закритий ) -тільки 2 туалети і 2 умивальника (це мало!!!) - нема розеток біля ліжка, нема індивідуального світла біля ліжка - металеві сітки для зберігання речей під ліжком це ТРЕШ . Я приїхав в 24.00 і виїжджаючи в 7.00 якби ними користувався то б розбудив всю кімнату , тому я просто залишив свої речі поруч з ліжком - на кухні було досить брудно , а також там було мало посуду .

+ Staff was very friendly, had a volunteer (Julian) in my room that was nice to talk to and had good things to say about the owner. Met the owner briefly and he was friendly, making sure I found the Wifi password when having trouble. There was a slight issue space wise with my 8 bed room due to other guests, and it was fixed quickly by being upgraded to a 4 bed room, no extra charge. Very easy check in and check out, even during late hours, you can do self-check in, instructions were very clear. Bathrooms were spacious and felt more like a hotel than a hostel, which was nice. Also very clean, you could see even the garbage was taken out multiple times a day. Easy to sleep, beds were comfy and no crazy noise outside. The location was perfect, just a short walk away to the main square, less than 10 minutes. There is even a beautiful park, Zakrzówek about one hour walk away.
- -Maybe an extra blanket or sheet, but not a huge deal. -Change manual locks to automatic (but that’s just being picky)
Très satisfait de mon séjour ! On m’a très bien accueilli et montré toute l’auberge. Il y a une grande cuisine avec tout le nécessaire. Plusieurs toilettes et salles de bain sont disponibles. Je trouve ça vraiment chouette d’avoir un balcon. La chambre est fonctionnelle. Il y avait trois mezzanines et un rangement sous le lit assez grand pour y mettre mon sac de randonnée et d’autres affaires. Une multiprise est présente. Point négatif : La mezzanine grince et cela fait bea...
Very pleased with my stay ! I was very well received and shown the whole hostel. There is a large kitchen with everything needed. Several toilets and bathrooms are available. I think it's really nice to have a balcony. The room is functional. There were three mezzanines and a storage under the bed big enough to put my hiking bag and other things in. A multi-purpose is present. Negative point: The mezzanine grins and it makes a lot of noise.

+ Ci tornerò sicuramente! La posizione nel cuore della città. Ostello pulito e personale alla mano e sempre disponibile ad aiutare. Ha tutti i servizi che servono in un ostello: molti bagni tra cui un bagno privato, frigorifero, cucina ben fornita, locker per i bagagli.
