friendly staff & good location. not great atmosphere. no duvet cover on duvet which was a bit grim. also no toilet roll. not great but not many options in pamukkale.

Un hotel très mignon, bien placé et un staff sympathique. Un plus pour la chambre privée au lieu d'un dortoir, car elle était libre. Néanmoins, les toilettes de la salle de bain fuyaient et bizarrement je n'avais pas de couette avec housse. Le moins est l'absence de personnel à la réception, notamment pour le check out à 8h ou pour avoir de l'eau potable. Very nice experience, but some people may not have one. Water wasn’t very warm and the shower head wasn’t supported, so I had to shower holding it. It’s part of the toilet as well. Personally, for one night, I didn’t mind at all but it should be known. The manager also told me he’s doing some renovations at the moment because it’s currently off season. Very good looking rooms and beautiful lobby with lots of plants.

Ich war außerhalb der Saison da, deshalb war es super ruhig und ich war gefühlt die einzige dort. Aber der Besitzer ist sehr herzlich und lädt einen auf einen Cay in sein Restaurant ein.

Tired rooms and bathrooms, good for one night stay to access Pamukkale early

A tired hotel. Facilities provided were sufficient but the cleanliness was a little poor. Location great for exploring the travertines and the owner was lovely and able to provide advice.

sitio raro; el de recepción solo estuvo para recibirme el dinero y luego nunca más hubo alguien. Tuve q llamar por teléfono para saber cuál era mi habitación. No se podía preguntar nada sobre la zona porque no había nadie

Bien situé et propriétaires sympathiques mais la partie dortoirs était sale (poussière sous les lits, surfaces non nettoyées etc.) Peu d'équipements (pas de papier toilette, une cuisine avec un four et des plaques mais aucun plat ou casserole, une seule prise pour la chambre). La porte d'entrée était ouverte toute la journée avec une seule clé pour la chambre mais des casiers étaient à disposition.

The location was excellent. It was clean and the Wi-Fi worked well.

I agree with most of the comments in the lower rated reviews (and they're not bad) except the water temperature in the shower was fine. I was given a twin room adjacent to the reception and felt that someone could just walk in. I wasn't sure if it was a "dorm" and whether I would be sharing. I never found the kitchen and didn't see a pool nor sauna, and there was no one around to ask. But this place is well priced and so close to the bottom of the travertines. Rocommrnd & Is stay again

This hotel is a hidden gem, really… hidden. It’s kind of tucked away on a back street and the entrance is through a vine covered walkway, past a kitchen type area and up some stairs. Do not let this deter you. The place is very clean, the rooms are small but seem to be recently updated with lots of plug ins, good beds and very good wifi. Parking is minimal but available. 2 other great things about this hotel are the owner and its proximity to the thermal pools. Absolutely recommend

The location to Pamukkale is perfect, literally a 5 minute walk and you're there. The location is quiet, close to transportation, supermarkets, restaurants and tour operators who can organise different tours within Denizli and other areas of Turkey at a reasonable price. I would definitely recommend Ozenturku for anyone thinking of going to Denizli and Pamukkale.

AMAZING! The Ozen Turku is a hidden gem. We stayed 2 nights in a private 3 person room. It was spacious, comfortable, and had lovely amenities like AC, a refrigerator, and hot water kettle in the room. We ordered breakfast with our stay and were served a delicious traditional Turkish breakfast to start our day. Located only 2 blocks from the main entrance to the travertines but on a quiet side street, the location is great! Everyone was friendly and helped book excursions and airport shuttle...

This is a great place to stay and has a nice little restaurant on the main floor, you head up to reception and then finally rooms. The owner was so nice tried to help me find a tour, offered to organize my shuttle and just was there to answer any questions i had.

Really enjoyed my stay. The hotel is a 2 minute walk from the entrance to the travertines/Hieropolis etc. The staff were welcoming and had lots of helpful info for the local area. The room was nice, aircon was amazing and wifi was fast and reliable! Definitely good value for money, my only critique would be the shower situation …. Not much space to shower in the tiny wet style bathroom. Overall would defs recommend

Très bien placé, à 5 min en voiture de la porte sud de Pamukkale, de quoi se garer dans les rues. On a été surclassé dans une chambre à 2 lits au lieu de 4, sans frais en plus. Il y avait la Clim et le frigo dans la chambre.

Nice family run business with a friendly accommodating staff. The AC in my room worked very well and the bed was cozy. Its in a peaceful atmosphere and the staff is always willing to help and easy to communicate with through WhatsApp.

Très bonne expérience. L'auberge de jeunesse est idéalement située, à 5 min à pied à peine de la porte d'entrée du site de Hierapolis, et le cadre est joli. L'accueil a été tres sympathique et j'ai même eu la chance, compte tenu de la période un peu plus calme, de me voir proposer une chambre double avec salle de bain privative à la place d'un dortoir. Il manquait juste de l'eau chaude dans la douche, mais vu la température, ça ne m'a pas manqué.

Such a welcoming place, the owner is lovely, and also lets you use the pool at his other hotel. Definitely more of a hotel, rather than hostel vibe. The city gate is very close and there is a supermarket very ccloseccloseclose by.

Great location, close to everything and the bus station ! Run by a very welcoming and hard working family ! Always helpful to help with questions. I got upgraded for no extra charge. No kitchen to cook, but very closed to grocery stores and good restaurants. Perfect for Solo travellers, I felt extremely safe there !!!

Quite good stay and friendly staff. Very good location, just a few minutes walk to the famous sites. The room is a bit small, facility is ok.

We loved it!

This hostel is run by a family. I have to pay in cash when I arrived. The reception has nobody when I arrived and I have to wait for the boss(the old man). I saw other traveller waiting for the boss to check in other days. The host is friendly. He has also invited me to have breakfast, which is 300 lira. At night, it is very quiet so if you want a good sleep I would suggest this hostel.

The property is sit back away from the road and therefore quiet. It is as close to the travertine’s as you can get. The owner’s father helped us check in because there was no one at the desk. He was kindly and helpful. The three bedroom room we had was small but adequate. I would suggest this property to any one coming to the area and wanting to be close to everything without having to drive.

Incredible hospitality, very helpful, I recommend communicating with the owner on WhatsApp. He responds very quickly. They also have a restaurant 2 minutes away with all kinds of dishes, Turkish and international. Just a 5-minute walk away from the Pamukkale town entrance. The room are beautiful.
