+ The hosts and staff were welcoming, kind, and helpful. It was quiet and comfortable.
- This is personal: I have a knee injury and the access to and from the property was challenging for me. All of Tepoztlan is hilly and stony, but at this location I was scared of falling while going down some of the hills to town, and coming back uphill, after dark especially. I booked for 4 nights but the hosts kindly understood my needs and allowed me to cancel the last 2 nights. In general, I think certain details should be mentioned by booking.com when describing properties.

Juan y su esposa fueron encantadores. Estuvieron pendientes de mi, fueron muy amables y serviciales. El lugar es muy bonito y agradable aunque un poco alejado del centro, pero es seguro. Estoy muy agradecida por la estancia.
+ Los anfitriones son super atentos. No estuvimos mucho tiempo en el hostal y fue una pena no poder quedarnos al desayuno, pero en general fue una experiencia muy grata.
- Me hubiera gustado tener aire acondicionado, pero la verdad con el ventilador que tienen es más que suficiente.
+ Es war ein wunderschöner Ort Super ruhig und man fühlt sich sofort wie zu Hause! Alles war sauber und die Gastgeber waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit.. es gibt sogar ein tolles kleines Frühstück Nicht weit Richtung Pyramide und etwas entfernt von der Stadt Aber mir hat es gerade deswegen gefallen.. Uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen!!
- Es wird etwas warm nachts im Zimmer und es gibt kein AC oder fliegengitter so das man das Fenster nachts geöffnet lassen kann.. Ansonsten alles super 👍
+ El lugar es muy bonito y tranquilo, esta cerca de la calle principal y cerca del cerro del tepozteco. Carolina y Juan los anfitriones fueron muy amables y atentos.

+ Free breakfast, the staff, the garden area. Beds were comfy, there wasn’t really a vibe for solo travelers but if you went with a friend this place is perfect
+ Heerlijke kamer, op rustige locatie aan de rand van het dorp. Carolina en Juan zijn geweldige hosts. Vriendelijk, behulpzaam en attent. Mooie tuin met uitzicht op de bergen! Goed gevarieerd ontbijt. Alles klopt!

Absolutely the best. You’re at the base of a mountain in a gorgeous garden and the dorms are well-kept, private and comfortable. I did find the mattress a bit hard but that’s a personal preference and a small price to pay. You won’t find nicer people— Juan & Carolina, their sweet kid and pets. It’s a short walk into town with some steep hills but don’t let that stop you if you’re able bodied and willing, it’s lovely. Clean, well-cared for and the love for it shows.
+ Great hostel. Very comfy beds, hot showers, breakfast was great, staff was very friendly. Great communication, late check in was no problem. Nice Location away from the noise of downtown. Free locks provided for lockers. Couldn't ask for anything better.

This hostal is a slice of heaven for the traveler that wants a quiet place to sleep or enjoy some rest&relaxation. Lovely courtyard for reading or yoga. Delicious breakfasts. Clean bathrooms with hot water. Delightful stuff and would 100% stay again.
I had a great stay at this hostel. The owners keep everything super clean and serve a free breakfast in a beautiful garden. I stayed in the 6-bed dorm but had the room to myself for both nights. There are privacy curtains and small lockers, which is a nice touch. The place is very quiet, yet only a 10-minute walk from the main shopping street and about 15 minutes on foot from the start of the pyramid trek. They also accept card payments. Highly recommend!

loved this hostel! location was great if you don’t want to be in a super busy area but close to the main streets and market. Hosts were so lovely and wonderful! Hostel was beautiful, comfy and clean!
Ich war äußerst zufrieden mit meinem Aufenthalt im 6 Betten Schlafsaal: - Hostel und Garten sind liebevoll gestaltet - bequeme Betten, in denen man aufrecht sitzen kann - Schreibtisch im Zimmer - sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Besitzer - Frühstück wird täglich frisch zubereitet und variiert - nahe am Berg Tepozteco gelegen - ideal, wenn man Ruhe und Entspannung sucht
