really bad experience. all the staff was in a bad mood from the housekeeping to the owner, it looks like they don't like to talk to people, they can't answer a question in a polite way at all !

Make sure you triple check you have got everything when you check out. If you accidentally leave something they / the cleaners will help themselves not be honest about it…

Petit déjeuner non inclus contrairement à ce qui est écris lors de la réservation. J’ai réservé une chambre double deluxe, on m’a mis avec mon compagnon dans une chambre avec deux lits simples. Quand j’ai fait la remarque à l’accueil en demandant la chambre que j’avais réservé (et payé un peu plus chère !) on m’a dit que toute les chambres étaient prises. Bref, à part les douches avec bonne pression et eau chaude : je ne recommande pas. C’est de l’arnaque.

Unlike advertised, this is NOT a hostel but a 1-star highway motel at best. We arrived early in the morning because of our bus schedule and had a hard time finding the place: it looked like it had been closed definitely. In the end, somebody let us in and did the check-in. But we turned around after seeing our room, which was disgusting, and asked for a better one, showing the pictures posted on their site. Sehr gemütliches Bett. Badezimmer eher dreckig. Leider keine Backpacker Stimmung vorhanden:(

It’s a place that, although it’s close to Calle de las Brujas and you can easily find taxis and buses, they will try to charge you an exchange rate above the official dollar rate. In our room, a girl was robbed while we were sleeping. There aren’t many common areas, and it feels like a hotel that used to function reasonably well many years ago, but hasn’t been properly maintained since.

Okay for one night but unfortunately there is no soap and no towels and the breakfast was not included as mentioned on the page. Staff was amazingly helpfull tough.

It was standard at best. The wifi wasn’t good as it kept cutting off. When asking reception to look into this she didn’t seem very interested and claimed “I was the only person to complain about this” whilst I know several people couldn’t connect. The beds were comfy and breakfast was standard. Mainly just moody staff at reception.

J’ai fais mon Check-out à 8 heures du matin, sachant qu’au plus tard c’est à 11 heures. Je suis revenu à hostel à 9 heures, après avoir raté mon bus pour leurs demander si je peux utiliser la salle de bain et on me réponds que je dois payer 30 dollars boliven pour utiliser la douche sachant que j’y étais il y a encore une heure. Great value for money, especially booking a private double room. When checking in with friends had an unfortunate incident where one of the males at reception was extremely rude and aggressive towards our friends. Later on in the day another staff member apologised on his behalf but doesn’t really excuse it. Gives off more of a hotel vibe not really a hostel. Central location near the markets and food stops

Super Unterkunft, das Badezimmer hat manchmal etwas streng oder modrig gerochen, mit Fenster kann man gut lüften. Personal war immer hilfsbereit und sehr freundlich. Zimmer groß genug und Betten bequem. Empfehlenswert

Ottima colazione, personale gentile e premuroso, la posizione è perfetta. Solo la pulizia non tanto ho trovato batuffoli di capelli vicino e sul letto. Ma il bagno era pulito.

Ho soggiornato 2 notti in un multipla e la prima notte faceva freddo ma l'hotel è fornito di coperte pesanti, la seconda i riscaldamenti erano accesi, un po' troppo. La doccia spruzzava acqua in tutto il bagno ma con una 'riparazione' alla bene e meglio la cosa si è risolta. L'host è stato molto cordiale e mi ha prenotato un taxi a buon prezzo che mi ha portato all'aeroporto in orario notturno. Accettano molto più volentieri i dollari piuttosto che i bolivianos. La colazione è molto ricc...

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel more than expected. Staff friendly and welcoming. Clean and tidy rooms. Great value for the location.

WiFi was completely unreliable for both of us. Rooms were basic but clean. Breakfast was relatively limited, with several items running out and not replaced if you didn't get there early.

Having bokked a twin en suite we had a room with a queen & 2 single beds in a spacious room. The room was warm & shower was hot & powerful. Staff were all friendly and helpful, especially Leah who went out of her way to get us a local taxi which was very much appreciated. Neither of us could connect to their WiFi which was frustrating.

Neat little private room in a good location. I accidentally booked a twin so be careful to ask for matrimonial! Good shower and en-suite. Breakfast service was pretty poor. We had to wait a long time to be served and there never seemed to be enough food

Great for the price, staff are really friendly and helpful when we were trying to get cash. Room are clean and fine for one night which is what we stayed
