The location was good and free breakfast was a bonus, however the bathrooms were very dirty and not cleaned, no lockers in room, very small rooms too. No social area too to sit down, overall expensive for what you get and very dirty

This hostel did not have services to assist with finding things to do. They also did not facilitate activities or socializing. The bathrooms were atrocious- quite small and cramped. Also the photo of the dorm beds were different from my room, mine did not have curtains. The staff was lovely though, very kind!

Good if you don't want to party, but overpriced since the overall quality of this hostel is quite poor! I felt like it's mostly about the money and not so much about the experience of travelers.

Although the hostel is located in the centre it’s not worth the money. The beds where in need of replacement, the bathroom was really tiny and the doors where in need of repair as they did not always close. For the same money you could have 3 times the luxury in another hostel

Would not recommend… not value for money. Staff was really unfriendly, and did not speak English - which is fine, but didn’t even make an effort to try to communicate with me. Also the place looked nothing like the pictures! The room was so small and rundown. I was very disappointed

The staff was really kind and helpful. The rooms are very clean. The only negative thing was that the whole stay the toilets were very dirty. There is an open bin for used toiletpaper and that is not very hygienic. There were no locks on the toilets and showers. The showers were cold.

The location of the hostel is super nice and very close to everything ! But the rest was for the price super bad (except the breakfast). The kitchen, the dorm and especially the toilets were super dirty! The whole time one toilet was always clogged! Same with the showers. I would not come back.

Pros: friendly volunteers, cute free breakfast, clean kitchen, only 2 mins to the beach Cons: toilets tiny and very dirty, showers dirty too and no water pressure, no good chill area (they could make so much more of the rooftop for example!), dorm rooms were okay but quite tiny

Its pretty overpriced for what you get. I wasn’t a fan of the toilet and shower set up and there isn’t much other common area other than the kitchen. The breakfast is fine, just pre portioned toast and fruit. However the location was great for getting to a few beaches and there’s plenty to eat nearby and a few stores too.

Belle petite auberge tranquille et amicale! Je voulais me ressourcer donc cet endroit a été parfait pour la chambre individuelle. Les gens étaient respectueux et ne faisait pas le party jusqu’à tard le soir. Personnel accueillant et sympathique. Emplacement idéal au centre des attractions principales! Seuls commentaires pour amélioration: la dureté du lit et les toilettes qui flushaient mal.

Localização central. Quarto com ar-condicionado e tamanho ok, cama confortável. Pessoal do hostel super solicito e ambiente propício pra conhecer novas pessoas

Staff were incredible. Wendy & Danni were perfect, super friendly and wonderful people to spend time with. The hostel was always kept clean and staff were always happy to help. I’ll be back soon!

My favourite hostel from my whole Mexico trip. The volunteers were the best, the location is perfect, the breakfast is delicious and it was always very clean. A cosy atmosphere with the kindest people! You must stay here.

Me encantó mi estadía allí! Tiene una atmósfera muy bella y familiar. El dorm de mujeres es bárbaro porque son 4 camas solamente ;) El staff muy simpático y Dani una genia, super sociable y armando planes con los huéspedes. Yo que viaje sola pude conocer gente y hacer salidas acompañada 😇 Gracias!

Fantastic : awesome location, price and staff. Room quiet, dark and cool,, a small hostel overall, no social activities. Free breakfast, a free towel to use upon arrival, and even a blanket on the bed, well stocked kitchen, tables & chairs. 2 toilets, 2 showers, clean enough, hot water (nice), cute decorations, front door always locked, small secured lock box for valuables. Cons: no lounge/living room, no locker for backpack, no hooks to hang stuff inside room. It’s a great place.

Este lugar es todo lo que está bien!!! Viaje sola, llegué y ya me sentía como en mi casa. Sonia, Flor y Emi, son súper atentos y resuelven cualquier cosa que necesites. Es un ambiente realmente lindo. Está súper cerca de donde llegan los ferrys y a dos cuadras de playa norte, donde se ven atardeceres hermosos. Sin dudas, volvería. Gracias ❤️

Hostel pequeño, los espacios en común es solo la cocina/comedor y un pequeño patio que apenas entra una mesita para 4 personas que además siempre estaba ocupada por los recepcionistas...la atención es buena, la ubicación buena también.

Overall, a nice, although basic hostel. Definitely worth staying in. Amazing location, with a 2 minute walk to Playa Norte. Hostel staff were great with letting us borrow beach chairs, making breakfast for us in the morning and showing us where we can rent bikes. Not a social hostel and facilities are basic but perfect for a night or two whilst exploring what the island has to offer.

Staff are lovely and location is great… beds could do with a upgrade but value for money is spot on.

Room was okay but very small. The bathrooms are very bad - dirty and smelly and its not possible to lock neither toilet nor showerdoors. The included breakfast was okay (Toast, jam, avocado, cream cheese and fruits in our case). AC in the room was working all day.

A nice and cozy place to spend a few nights close to the beautiful playa norte. The staff was really friendly and welcoming especially Rocio made sure we had everything we needed. Rooms have AC and fans and are super tidy. Breakfast was simple but delicious. Guests get the possibility to dry clothing on the terrace. Bathrooms were a but small but sufficient. Would recommend staying if u want to enjoy the beach and like smaller accommodations.

Smaller hostel but good for a quiet / quick stay, not much socializing here, only two toilets and showers so it’s quite small. Lots of restaurants around and on the better side of mujeres

Overall a good hostel.
