It was unclean, unhygienic, and vile. There was stains on the sheets and cockroaches in my bed. I honestly wish I could give a lower review. They did nothing about the cockroach situation.

My room was right next to the toilets and stank of them. I was meant to stay a week but left after one night, the urinals were absolutely pungent and the whole beach smelt like egg. Mattress and pillow were so flat they might as well not be there and to top it off the staff were so rude and unhelpful. Save your money

The worst hostel ever, dirty and messy rooms, unhelpful staff. After reception closes, anyone can enter the hostel premises. I went to Koh Phangan for the Full Moon Party, but they took advantage of the situation and only allowed minimum reservations of 4 nights.

Clean the toilets and showers. Too cold Ac at night and no Ac during the day.

Je ligt letterlijk in de bezemkast van harry potter. In je hok heb je geen lamp. Er is geen wifi of bereik op het terein en de badkamers zijn verschrikkelijk vies. Er lag bloed en het stinkt. De manager schijnt te druk te zijn met zelf drinken en in de zon liggen en heeft geen tijd op zijn zaaljes op orde te stellen. Wij hebben dit aangekaard maar kregen 0 erkenning. Binnen in de kamer is het snikheet opdat ze te goedkoop zijn pm de airco langer aan te houden. Uitermate slecht dit REN WEG

We booked a private room and deliberately chose one of the more expensive options, paying €86 for one night, because the photos looked beautiful and suggested a comfortable, well-designed space. What we got was something completely different. The private room had no outside window at all. Instead, the only “view” was directly onto other hostel beds, as the room was located inside a strange internal complex that looks nothing like the photos. The hostel staff were very rude. They were drinking the entire time they were working at the bar. It's an expensive hostel and there aren't even any hot showers. All the beds were sagging and making your back hurts. It was such a bad experience.

Leider sehr schlechte Erfahrung gemacht. Die Betten waren furchtbar und waren keine Matratze, sondern Schaumstoff. Komplett durchgelegen! Jeden Tag mit Rückenschmerzen wach geworden. Duschen und Toiletten waren dreckig und es gab kein warmwasser. Jeden Tag mittags schon, sind mehrfach mehrere Leute aus den Toiletten Kabinen gekommen, inkl. Personal um Drogen zu nehmen. Kann es nicht empfehlen

Despite having a valid booking, staff removed all of our belongings from the room and left them unattended in a common area for several hours (including laptop, money and passport). This was due to a check-in error made, who registered the booking under the wrong name despite having my passport. When we raised this, no accountability was taken and the blame was shifted to me. I felt unsafe staying there and decided to leave, which forced me to make a last-minute double booking. Not clean too

Doe het niet. De eigenaar is lazerus en aan de mushroom shakes. Domestic violence in het openbaar. Ik was in shock. Smerig, ik durfde niet te douchen. Ik ben wat gewend in mijn leven maar dit is met geen pen te beschrijven.

As far as vibes and price go on this island, Puk’s is a really great option. I love how there is so much open space and comfy seating. Beds are cozy. The owner Shane has been a gem and one of the reps Danni has been so kind and helpful. Thanks Puks!

We hebben een fijn verblijf gehad, voorzieningen waren echt top om optimaal te chillen. Echter voelde we ons totaal niet welkom tijdens check-in bij de Jongen bij de receptie. Helaas ook niet bij toen ik om hulp vroeg voor de ferry. “Je kunt zelf online ff kijken”. Voor de rest geweldig hostel!

The best hostel I've stayed at in Thailand thusfar!! Comfy bed, with lots of privacy and good curtain to block out light. Might be a more noisy and busy in peak season though. 3 pools🤩, bar, lots of space and right at the beach with comfortable shaded hammocks and couches. Owners incredibly kind and making me feel really welcome! Clean facilities. Came here for two nights, ended up staying two weeks. Resort on a budget🙌

Shane was so nice, great beachfront area, overall good stay. Some of the beds were hard however they said they have ordered new ones and allowed us to change to a comfier one that was free

Beds are comfortable. No noise as you move. Thick curtains so you have privacy. The 3 Pools are clean. The music isn't too loud at either bar. Outdoor bathrooms are adequate. and ample. Feels safe for women with the owners always around. Two cute dogs. They just need sun umbrellas at pool. Huge room - attached to another big room with 20 more people- is quiet and I slept well. Stayed 6 nights over 3 times. Only bad- no airconditioning during day so no where cool place to chill. Great value.

Bien dans l’ensemble, par contre ce serait vraiment bien de laisser la climatisation toute la journée. Elle est coupée de 11h à 18h donc quand tu veux dormir après avoir fêté c’est impossible puisque la chaleur est accablante, impossible de se reposer de la chaleur non plus durant l’après midi. Le gars à l’accueil est très condescendant et semble se foutre des clients. Outre ce problème, lits confortables, piscines propres, nourriture excellente.

Staff were super helpful. We had a problem with our room and upgraded us for free while it was sorted and then switched us upon our request the next morning to a dorm. Atmosphere around the full moon is great! Cleanliness isn’t amazing and could’ve done with a bit more thorough cleaning but overall loved the hostel and the people we met

Bad lights in the dorm and very cold, nowhere to hang wet clothes but the swimming pools and beach makes it worth

Had a great stay here for the full moon party, lovely beach front and so nice to have the pool option too. Super social vibe which is helped by the chilled out staff who make sure you feel comfortable during your stay. Would recommend - only thing is the AC in my room didn’t seem to reach my bunk, so it was incredibly hot during the night trying to sleep!

Second time coming back and definitely one of the best hostels I’ve stayed in. The dorms are spacious and clean. I upgraded to a king bed on arrival after reading a review and it didn’t disappoint, mattress was good and space to empty your bag on. Easy to find the hot showers when I asked reception. Staff were really friendly and answered every question I had. Beach and pools were insane, the loungers they have are really comfy. You will see me again and can’t wait to come back!

An sich eine sehr schöne Unterkunft. Haben das Privatzimmer am Strand gebucht und waren leider nicht ganz zufrieden damit. Für Knapp 500€ auf 4 Nächte wurde weder der Müll entleert noch irgendetwas gewechselt (Sanitär Artikel wie Handtücher oder Klo Papier). Bis 02:00 in der früh war es außerdem sehr laut weil das Zimmer direkt an der Bar war. Zu den Dorms kann ich leider nichts sagen aber sie haben sauber und ordentlich gewirkt. Die restliche Einrichtung war in Ordnung.

Back at the Palace for my yearly little visit and Wow this place doesn’t disappoint each and every season. They are always improving and upgrading. Can’t beat the location directly at the beach and all the friendly staff welcoming me again and taking care of every need. Stayed in the Beach View private this time and absolutely loved it. Comfy bed with a beach view each and every morning, what’s better than that. Thanks for everything guys! See you next year xx.

Very nice hostel, good location and pools and staff is amazing. Only thing is the shower is never changing temperature which a Litle annoying

It wasn’t the worst hostel I’ve stayed in. It being on the beach was nice. But for your money, I think you can get much better. The mattresses are a peice of foam and dip in the middle. The dorm room floor was not very clean so I kept getting sand and dirt into my hed. I would highly recommend that the hostel install lights in the bottom bunks, as there is hardly any light coming in and it was hard to see. The showers didn’t get hot. Pool was nice, people were nice, and beach was nice.

Would definitely recommend getting a double bed and the lockers were very annoying to use. The food wasn’t the best but the loungers on the beach were amazing. If you’re there just for the full moon it’s perfectly fine

This was one of the worst hostels I stayed at. It looks nice on paper, but was not clean. Staff at the reception was very unfriendly and there was no vibe.

Good if you need a place to crash or want to party but the beds were sunken in and nothing smelled clean and the staff wasn’t that nice but it’s right next to the beach and couldn’t complain too much
