Kangaroo Inn

- Honestly, the worst hostel I’ve ever stayed at.

+ Location and staff were good

- Everything, how can a room be classified as 4 star while it doesn't have a shower in the room? Toilets almost every time I went were engaged ( except the 3:00am trip) . Dirty, ancient pillows and very uncomfortable beds. The moment I stepped in i called to cancel it. And next morning I left. How can you pay $300 per night for such a rubbish room?

- I believe there were bed bugs in all the beds as we all woke up covered in bites and were very itchy for the next few days. Also were only provided with a very thin blanket each to sleep with.

- Didn't stay. Couple had key to same room. Requested refund

- We have been there for one week. Very expensive due to the state of the facilities it offers. The kitchen is very dirty all the time (we have seen cockroaches), the staff does not manage to keep it clean, water leaks without constant repair, towels on the kitchen floor to dry the water, among other things. Then, in the bathrooms the showers were not cleaned daily, papers on the floor were left there for days or hair in the showers. Very little maintenance of the common areas. I wouldn't come back.

+ This hotel was wonderful. Great location, near cute cafes and boutiques, has a gym, laundry service is great. The room was very nice also. Service was so attentive and very welcoming.

- I would say the only thing I didn’t like was that i accidentally broke a juice glass and they made me pay for it, which is fine, but accidents happen. Other than that, my experience there was really good. Special mention to Carya for making a lovely elephant out of towels and keeping my room clean. Thank you kemilau hotel!

- Sehr kleine Zimmer, viele WC und Duschen wegen def.geperrt Laut Küsch sehr veraltert und schmutzig. Ganze Hostel renovierungsbedürftig Nicht empfehlenswert

+ This was an extremely well-run backpackers with very helpful staff and good amenities, but its location was superb, close to Woolies and surrounded by many interesting cafes and restaurants,

- Nothing really....it was a pretty good place, and I had an interesting time there.

+ L’emplacement La chambre de 4 était très petite mais confortable La salle de bain des femmes était propre Terrasse extérieur et espace commun agréable même si le salon est au sous-sol

- La cuisine. Horrible 😅 Très sale, cafard, pas assez de plaques.. Rien pour laisser sécher la vaisselle Bref la cuisine est le gros point noir

+ The hotel has a very large living room with several sofas and a pool table, where you can feel very comfortable. The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped with everything you need. In the room, you have a locker to store your belongings. The bathrooms are separate for men and women, include showers, a hairdryer, and towels are provided. The location is very convenient, within walking distance to restaurants, shops, and other attractions. Overall, everything is clean and well maintained.
