The volunteer at the reception desk was extremely unfriendly. The hostel is in a good location, roughly between the bus terminal and the city center. There is no storage for the private food in the kitchen. They do offer laundry service, but very limited and quite expensive.

Personal desagradable,lugar que no ponen la calefacción y la gente se queja y les da igual , al "limpiar" ponen tu calzado encima de las camas. no me sentí nada cómodo en el lugar y me desaparecieron cosas (ropa). me Intentaron (pero pague lo acordado con Hostelworld) cambiar las condiciones de pago al llegar. nunca tienen cambio y me ofrecían pagar en tarjeta ( que tiene comisión del 9%). no recomiendo este lugar. El pueblo es pequeño por lo que cualquier alojamiento está cerca del centr...

Die Mitarbeiter im Hostel waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Leider hatten wir Bettwanzen im Zimmer.

Sehr neue Unterkunft mit konfortakonfortablen Betten. Da habe ich auch viel Zeit verbracht, da es sehr kalt war uns es nur eine Wärmequelle im Wohnzimmer gab. Duschen waren manmanchmal auch nur lauwarm, was das aufwärmen zusätzlich erschwerte. Zudem insgesamt etwas eng. Personal war sehr nett und stets bemüht uns bei der Reiseplanung zu unterstützen. Küche recht gut ausgestattet.

Patagon hostel is the perfect place to rest your head for one night before moving on, staff are nice but it was not that clean

War so fast das einzige Hostel, was man in Coyhaique buchen konnten, daher natürlich ganz gut, dass es überhaupt was gibt. Zimmer war allerdings sehr klein für 6 Betten und diese Bunkbeds aucauch sehr flach, so dass man nicht mal aufrecht sitzen kann. Drei Bäder für alle Traveller im Hostel auch etwas wenig. Küche ganz gut, Aufenthaltsbereich auch okay. Liegt so zwischen Bus Terminal und Zentrum, also Lage ganz gut.

Staff was very helpful and location was easy to find.

Charmant endroit. Un peu éloigné du centre mais près d’une épicerie.Cuisine bien équipée, lit confortable, on ne manque pas d’eau chaude. Personnel accueillant qui vous aidera dans votre planification. On s’y sent bien. Je recommande fortement.

Good place to plan things along the Carretera Austral. Felt very clean but a little packed at times. They have happy hour in the evenings which is a fun way to meet people who might be traveling the same direction you are.

Nice and huge place ! You’ll get everything you need. The Bathroom was a bit rustic but usefull. I think that the kitchen is a little small for all the people but usefull as well

The volunteer at the reception desk was extremely unfriendly. The hostel is in a good location, roughly between the bus terminal and the city center. There is no storage for the private food in the kitchen. They do offer laundry service, but very limited and quite expensive.

Room was nice and clean and big enough for the two of us. However the common rooms, including the kitchen, seemed to be a bit too small for the amount of people staying at the hostel. It could feel really crowded at times. The receptionist was also not super friendly and acted a bit uninterested and even rude at times.

Room was grand for the three of us travelling. the one communal space can feel busy in the evenings.

My favourite hostel I’ve stayed in so far in Chile. Comfortable, clean, very social and the staff are great

Great hostel, met a bunch of people, managed to rent hiking gear for Las Horquetas 4 days trek and Mike is just the best host you could ask for! Nos vemos en Italia capo!

really loved my stay at this place! location is close to the center of town and things like the grocery store. the staff is wonderful and super friendly, and while i was here there was even a thanksgiving dinner organized which was so cute and sweet. comfy beds and clean facilities, i would definitely stay here again.

Our favourite spot so far in Chile! the staff are super helpful and knowledgeable, they helped us with booking tours and keep the fridge stocked of beers and soft drinks. Anicely sociable spot not too far from anything that you might need - we saw it cater nicely to families, solo travellersz and couples. Would definitely stay again!

Insanely nice staff, Mike is the man! So helpful and the vibe is immaculate :) Perfect place to stay wile visiting Coyhaique.

El lugar es super lindo y cómodo, Mike super amable y muy apañador para hacer actividades y recomendar lugares, los espacios comunes siempre lindos y acogedores, definitivamente la mejor elección para quedarse.
