- the room I booked advertised and clearly stated a shower and toilet - but when I got there it was a shared bathroom. That is mis-representation. The lady at the property blamed the error on Booking.com and as there was no other rooms available I was forced to accept said shared bathroom. That ruined my stay hence only a 1 score which is the lowest I could give - don't promise something you can't deliver.

- The heater doesn’t heat the room at all. It’s too small for the room. The room was freezing even when the heater was on. It smells funny like kinda gross. The smell remaining from other people and the lack of cleanliness made me nauseous and I had to leave early, just 1-2 hours after I checked in.

- However, the cleanliness is not up to the mark. The bedsheets were not clean. One lady in reception was very rude.

- Everything. Already people in room with 3 females checking in they were on drugs

- Staff were rude, put us in a 2 bed room when we booked and paid for 3, then proceeded to try and charge us extra for having the 3rd person in the room. Threatened to call the police if the third person didn’t leave and sleep outside. Receptionist was very aggressive on multiple occasions, wouldn’t recommend to my worst enemy.

+ I almost don’t want to tell anyone in case I can’t get a room next time, but this is so centrally located. It’s literally two minutes walk from all the main action. each member of staff I interacted with was absolutely superb in terms of service, the place has a lovely feel to it with its own fully equipped kitchen area, lounge and a courtyard garden. There are lots of books and games for guests to enjoy.

+ What I loved the most was the location. It is located in the heart of the city and as such is close to a lot of shops and it is also accessible to the different modes of transportation (bus, tram, train station). The staffs were also very welcoming and professional and my room and facilities were kept clan.

- The only pitfall of this place is the Wi-Fi. There was internet for the entire duration of my stay. I hope it is resolved as this is a good place.

+ Really nice and tidy room, felt very homey. The bed was comfy and the staff were really polite and helpful. The area was surprisingly quiet for being in the city.

- There was a slightly musty smell from the carpet but it wasn’t overwhelming.

+ Really enjoyed my stay here. Staff were really lovely and helpful. Such a convenient location. Room was spotlessly clean, comfortable and quirky. Very reasonably priced. Would stay again
