- The value for money is completely unacceptable. The room is bare, poorly designed, and extremely uncomfortable: there are no power outlets near the bed and no light switches to turn off the lights, forcing you to get up every night. The external view is depressing and utterly unpleasant. The so-called double bed was set up in a ridiculous way, with two single blankets that were totally unusable: too small to tuck under the mattress, leaving you sleeping with your feet uncovered. The bathroom amenities are virtually nonexistent: no toiletries except for a single bar of soap, only one face towel despite there being two guests, and tiny “bath” towels that are completely inadequate. Breakfast is poor and of very low quality; on top of that, the coffee machine was not working. The staff were cold and unhelpful, showing no basic courtesy toward guests—not even a greeting upon arrival or at the reception desk. An utterly frustrating stay in every respect. Strongly not recommended.

- Pokoje nie wyglądały jak na zdjęciu, brudno wszędzie i pleśń w pokoju, spadające sufity, smród wilgoci. Na szczęście pieniądze zostały od razu zwrócone ze względu na pleśń. Bardzo miła obsługa.

- Brudne szklanki bo wcześniejszych gościach nie zostały wymienione. Lodówka nie działała, pościel śmierdziała stęchlizną jak i również cały pokój. Nie polecam tego hotelu.

+ La struttura ha una buona posizione per visitare la città, il personale è veramente molto gentile e la colazione è buona. Ci hanno anche preparato un box con la colazione la mattina in cui avevamo la sveglia molto presto

- La struttura sembra in fase di ristrutturazione, ci sono oggetti sparsi per tutto l’hotel sia nelle sale comuni che nei corridoi, e spesso si sentono rumori di trapano e martello nelle stanze vicine. Inoltre i bagni emanano un cattivo odore e la pulizia non è delle migliori

- The property was in a good location not far from the Square and other destinations around that area the food was amazing

- Okna średniej jakości i bardzo słychać samochody. Śniadanie mały wybór i nie działa ekspres do kawy.
