Very disappointing stay. I booked a private room expecting peace and privacy, but the walls were so thin that we could hear everything from other rooms, including loud noise at 3 AM. We couldn’t sleep at all and it ruined our last night in Kraków.It’s frustrating because the price is not cheap, yet the comfort is very poor. Private rooms should actually be private and quiet

+ Super lokalizacja, samo centrum głównej ulicy. Łóżka wygodne i zasłonki z moim wieloosobowym pokoju dawały trochę prywatności. Samodzielne szybkie zameldowanie.

- Brak ręczników, trzeba sobie dokupić/wypożyczyć za dodatkową opłatą. Popracowałabym nad jakością aneksu kuchennego i strefą wspólnego wypoczynku aby było milej.
