+ L'endroit est OK, mais le patron manque terriblement de savoir vivre, manque d'entretien, salle de bains a refaire tout se casse la gueule, la cuisine il a racheter des ustensiles âpres ma brûlure (le minimum). Un petit plus présence de punaises de lit lors de notre séjour.

- No me gustó que no detallaran que no tenian toallas y las cobrarán como adicional y el desayuno incluído fue muy pobre, diferente totalmente a lo que muestran en las fotos.

- Se hablo con el personal para la posibilidad de que nos dejaran el desayuno mas temprano ya que teníamos que levantarnos a correr junto a otro grupo de huéspedes y se comprometieron a dejarnos el desayuno temprano y cuando fuimos por el desayuno no había NADA con suerte las tazas puestas y nada mas, encontré una verdadera burla y les había pedido una habitación con 2 camas y de dejaron 1 de plaza 1/2, pésima la instancia que pase

+ Ha una bella terrazza comune. La posizione è comoda.
- La struttura è completamente sporca, sia le aree comuni che le stanze che i bagni. I bagni hanno zero manutenzione, gli armadietti sono vecchi e fanno fatica a chiudersi, e le docce sono mezze rotte, mancano le porte e perdono acqua. Lo staff è menefreghista e scortese ed una receptionist era alta di alcol quando mi ha accolto.

Ein schönes Hostal, was gut gelegen ist. Das Personal und die Volunteers sind sehr nett. Das Hostal ist sehr sauber. Gleichzeitig gibt es keinen Wasserfilter zum auffüllen von Flaschen oder Handtücher bei der Buchung eines privat Zimmers. Was ich am bedauersten fand: Es ist nicht wirklich ein soziales Hostal, sprich es ist schwer andere Backpacker kennen zu lernelernen. Das Hostal war recht leer, was vielleicht an der Jahreszeit lag. Ein WhatsApp Chat würde z.B. helfen.
Ne recomande pas, sur le site les horaires d'arrivées sont indiqués à partir de 14h. Je suis donc arrivée à cette horaire, il portes fermés, avec une pancartes indiquant que la récéption est ouverte de 9 à 12h. J'ai pourtant sonné, personne. Je me suis retrouvé dehors, j'ai du rentrer sur Santiago le soir pour me loger et écourter mon séjour.
Great kitchen and lovely social areas in the garden. Showers were always in really clean condition.
The owner Garry is a legend, all the volunteers were nice and the rooms were clean.
Great place to live in
Clean and spacious hostel in a great location. The patio is perfect for relaxing after walking all day. The staff, although not the friendliest, were not rude either, so I can't really complain. I'd stay here again. Bear in mind, the hostel is not very social (at least in my experience).
A good and chill place to stay while in Valparaiso. The hostel facilities are reasonably good and it's safe and pretty clean place. We had a private double, which was very comfortable. The bed and the pillows are really good. It's pretty silent place, which is good for sleeping, less good for socialising. Staff tends to be hard to find, as they're all over their own stuff throughout the day. The showers would need slight improvement, with the way they are all flooding. Overall a good place.

+ The hostel is in a beautiful historic building in an excellent location. It is clean, safe, comfortable and friendly. The included breakfast is good and there are lots of shared bathrooms, a roof garden, a kitchen and a reading room.

+ Fuí con mis 2 hijos de 6 y 11 años y me pareció muy comodo todo, baños amplios y limpios, buena cocina, habitación super grande y el personal muy amable, las chicas son un 7 Si vuelvo a Valparaíso sin duda que me quedaría nuevamente acá
+ Muy bien ubicado, tranquilo y silencioso Las niñas encargadas son un amor La casona es realmente linda
- Que no todos los huéspedes cumplen con las normas de limpieza puestas en las reglas (en su mayoría extranjeros)

+ The patio is probably the best part of the hostel. Great to eat and chill outside, both sun and shade. The marmelade for breakfast is self made from peaches and really good. Payment was easy, inform at the desk to pay with stripe to avoid unnecessary fees. It’s close to mercados down the busy street with café’s, which is the best place to do groceries. A lot cheaper than supermarkets and better quality.
- Just a heads up if you’re a big eater, you might want to buy something extra for breakfast. (Most people will have no issues) But no complaints about it at all since it was included in my booking and I considered it as bonus. Kitchen has what you need so you’re covered.

+ El desayuno es exquisito y super bueno en relacion calidad precio. El hostal esta limpio y muchas duchas todas con agua caliente. Ambiente tranquilo y sociable. La ubicacion es buena.
