Better off staying closer or in Huacachina. Booked and paid for a trip to Huacachina to sand boarding. Didn’t give me the opportunity to do it. The one thing on my list to do here. Very annoyed. Wouldn’t recommend staying here and organising your tours else where.

Nice hostel, ans very good good staff. However, the room lacks ventilation and during thseday it gets very warm (air conditionning is not included with histelworld). Plus, no filtered water not kitchen to cook.

In the midst of a genocide, they hung up the Israel flag. Questionable decision. I asked to use a plate and the woman who was int he kitchen basically micromanaged me as a I washed it to ensure that I didn't leave any dirty dishes behind (which was not my intention). Also, most common areas are outdoor so it gets very cold.
It’s a bit expensive compared what you can get in Peru. It’s not a bad place just to go visit the oasis and keep going. Staff are lovely

The value is the differential of the hostel. Ica is not a very nice city, so the location ends up being valid for the price. The staff is kind and the hostel offers food, tours, drinks, etc. to buy. The bed is comfortable and even in a room of 8, we had some privacy and security with the lockers. Now, the bathroom is terrible! There is only one toilet for all the rooms and, although it has 2 showers, if you add up the volume of water and the temperature, it does not even give 1/3 of a shower.

Muy amables y serviciales en el hostal. Las zonas comunes son súper buenas y siempre está muy limpio. Los casilleros son bastante amplios.
The hostel is very friendly and helpful, the common areas are super good and it is always very clean, the lockers are quite spacious.

I was only here for a short night, but it was perfect for what I needed! Very safe and clean and good location. Wasn't much of a social aspect, but maybe it was also just an off night (in the off season). It was convenient to catch an early morning bus, and they helped get a car for me to the bus station which was really nice.
Pasamos una noche fantástica! Colchones y almohadas de 10. Todas las instalaciones muy cuidadas, limpias y cómodas. No tiene cocina pero puedes usar nevera, microondas, hervidor y tienes todo lo necesario para prepararte comidas que no necesiten fuego. Nos consiguieron taxi a buen precio y nos facilitaron toda la información que necesitábamos para nuestro desplazamiento al día siguiente. Gracias en especial a Nicole y Joaquín por su amabilidad y buena onda.
We had a fantastic night! 10 mattresses and pillows. All the facilities very well maintained, clean and comfortable. It has no kitchen but you can use a refrigerator, microwave, kettle and you have everything you need to prepare meals that do not need a fire. They got us a taxi at a good price and provided us with all the information we needed for our travel the next day. Special thanks to Nicole and Joaquín for their kindness and good mood.

Überraschenderweise ein sehr gutes Hostel. Die Lage ist nicht die beste, aber die Stadt an sich bietet auch nicht sonderlich viel im Zentrum. Das Angebot an Getränken und Essen ist recht groß, aber etwas teurer als wenn man außerhalb isst. Die Küche bietet zwar nur Mikrowelle, Kühlschrank und Spüle, aber reicht trotzdem gut aus. Direkt unter dem Hostel ist ein Supermarkt, was sehr praktisch ist. Rundum eine solide Unterkunft.
The location is not the best, but the city itself also does not offer much in the center. The offer of drinks and food is quite large, but a little more expensive than if you eat out. The kitchen offers only a microwave, refrigerator and sink, but still reaches out well. Directly under the hostel is a supermarket, which is very practical. All in all a solid accommodation.
