Not Your Average Hotel

This hostel was really bad. There was a crazy lady at the hostel and I was scared since I checked in. The cops came at night because she was screaming at everyone. There was mold in the water machine and the breakfast was bad. The staff was very rude and they overcharged me 20$. They claimed it was hostelworld’s mistake and that Hostelworld had hidden fees. But Hostelworld claimed it was the mistake of the hostel. I still haven’t gotten my money back. Would not recommend this place at any co...

I’ve stayed in hostels worldwide, and this was by far the worst. Hostelworld pricing is misleading, they add $40 per day. Most staff, including the manager, were rude and quick to call police. I was placed with a mentally unstable, drug-using guest the hostel already knew about (a prior roommate had been moved). Police were called at 3–4am (report exists), yet I was refused a room change and kicked out for raising safety concerns. Black mold was present, including in the filtered water syste...

THE WORST HOSTEL OF MY LIFE a girl and a guy on the lobby it was SO RUDE with me they were charging my a fee I wasn’t understanding why, english is not my first language I were trying understand that they were messing with my english they literally made me cry at the lobby Idk their names but It was during the day the guys who was working at night it was super kinda with me, but both of them during the day a short guy and girl they are TERRIBLE the way they treating me disputing tbh!!

200$ per night for a jaccuzzi that did not work and a female bedroom with wholes in the ceiling and coackroaches in the bathroom….. The staff did not react to these problems and just gave me a product against insects barely empty… not recommand at all ! I sent e-mails without any response from the manager …

The worst hostel I've ever been to. In my room there was a person who seems to live there and stole my pillow and sheets provided by the hostel, I was cold that night. also another person completely naked. If you want to spend a pleasant vacation, it is preferable to spend 40 dollars more per night for a hotel .As for the hostel, the truth was that it was clean and the beds were comfortable. But the environment is unsafe.

even when not busy the staff was unable or un willing to answer questions-----no one on duty during checkout (after 6am)-----expectations from internet reviews very disappointing . Recommended bike storage a joke and not at all secure. this is the most expensive hostel I've ever been to yet has the poorest mgmt. and facility's

Accueil glacial … problème de paiement que l’hôte de caisse ne voulait pas nous aider à résoudre … uniquement paiement en CB alors que c’est noté à aucun endroit … il a juste voulu nous annuler la réservation ce que nous avons refusé …. This property is a mixed bag for me, and oddly my first experience in a hostel at all. The facilities were mostly clean, however some of the other guests I stayed with were not. I doubt this is the fault of the hostel specifically, however a woman was escorted out by police for disturbing other guests in our room at 4 AM--although she had previously also been doing drugs in her upper bunk and the night before I arrived vomited down the side of the bed into the woman below her (she apparently did...

This is an adorable stay. Conveniently located in a very walkable and bikeable neighborhood. Well maintained grounds, friendly staff, pleasant bunk mates, and a LOVELY wraparound porch on the 3rd floor that made me feel like I was back in Louisiana. They allowed me early checkin without extra charge. The ONLY negative? My blanket was stained with what appeared to be menstrual blood. Im a woman, so I know its sometimes difficult to get bloodstains out. But this thing was SPATTERED with red drop...

Great location in Key West, nice rooms with individual storage closets that work w your key. Bring an eye mask since the shared room beds dont have curtains. The pools and hot tub seemed nice but didnt get a chance to use them. The breakfast is solid (cereal, hard boiled eggs, yogurt, bagels, etc.). Its an expensive hostel but it tracks w the hotel prices on Key West. Would stay again!

Amazing pool set up, tons of umbrellas and lawn chairs surrounding the 4 pools and hot tubs. Your room key gives you access to a secure locker with plenty of shelves and soap/hair products. The only issue was our room had a hole in the floor with a carpet stapled down over it and when we brought it up at check out the staff had no idea it was there.. when it is very clearly there if you walk on it. Respectable free breakfast and the free Starbucks coffee machine were nice surprises

The welcome was good ! Our bedroom was not full, so it was possible to change beds. Really nice adress you have to know. The price is hight but it’s not stollen. Breakfast is nice

Great place to stay and crash out in key west, the pool was my favourite place to come back and relax after a hot day.

Great but they have 1 front desk person who really doesn't belong working with the public. She never smiles and has a bad attitude and was rude to everyone

I absolutely loved staying here. The staff were very friendly and the room was comfortable and clean. Free tea and coffee throughout the day and night was a bonus. Lockers that lock with your room card and toiletries were provided. The breakfast was plentiful and there was lots to choose from. Very close to everywhere I wanted to go and parking just 5 mins away for $15 a day. I would definitely recommend

first time stsying at a hostel. not too bad! i revommend wearing a sleeping mask and air plugs, though.
