£75 is way too much for a night in a hostel.. The value for money was pretty bad but welcome to Florence.. Other than that staff were good but no curtains here either.. Its probably the most basic hostel you could stay in.. Italy has a weird thing I've noticed or it might just be the Ostello chain of putting on your own sheets & pillow cases, Haven't seen that since Jail but there we go.. The price is inexcusable at £75 a night but the location is 10/10 👍🏼

Disgusting bathrooms. BEWARE ‼️there is no upper age restriction. Had a 70 year old man in my room. Had to leave early because i felt so uncomfortable and unsafe in this hostel.

I got sick because the bathrooms were never sanitized. They are supposedly cleaned every day but there were always hairs and soap marks everywhere. I stayed for five nights so I am grossed out that they might never get cleaned if they weren’t in that amount of time. I spoke to the front desk and she went and cleaned the bathroom and it looked great after so i’m just disappointed the cleaners didn’t do their job and I had to ask, especially after I got this nasty cold because of it.

Beautiful place, very clean and a nice common areas too, but unfortunately highly overpriced. You feel that it's a business rather than a social spot.

No volveria ni que me regalaran la estadia. No pude descansar en toda la noche. Los huesoedes totalmente ebrios por todo el hostel a los gritos. El lugar muy sucio. Me fui a bañar y se tapo toda la bañera. Me dio un asco terrible. Todo muy desorganizado. Para varriar la ventana de la habitacion que da a la calle abierta. Se escuchaba todo el ruido de la calle. Un horror.

¡CUIDADO CHINCHES! Me alojé en una litera en 1habitación para 6 personas por mas de 60 euros la noche infectada de chinches. Tuve mas de 45 mordiscos de chinches por casi todo el cuerpo, tuve que lavar mi ropa a mas de 60 grados y se estropeó, tuve que comprar ropa nueva, perdí un día de mis actividades programadas, gasté en farmacias mucho dinero y muchísimas molestias más. Según he podido invesinvestigar es un problema crónico que no arreglan con las numerosas fumigaciones que hacen...

The pictures of the room don’t match the exact room provided. There was no hot water in the room, the technician wasn’t able to fix that fir all the days i stayed. The water tap leaked in bathroom throughout. The phone in the room did not work nor the tv. Did not justify the exorbitant amount charged for a private room with the lack of basic facilities.

The signal wasn’t good they were to check it but it was very poor signal had to use it data when was available because was not signal either

During my 3 night stay - the AC didn't work on the first night and then on the 2nd night, my hostel room flooded with TOILET WATER soaking all of my belongings. Apparently the bathroom adjacent to our room ran all night and overflooded. I complained to reception and they said they would speak to manager about refund. I have received no response and it has been 2 weeks. Horrible quality for the price. Stay somewhere else!!!

It was okay, I probably wouldn’t stay here again. The vent in my room was blowing very hot air, and staying on the top bunk (where the vent was) was very unpleasant. Myself and others tried telling the front desk, however the front desk staff were very young teens drinking, saying they cannot help as they were “bartenders” and “off shift”, while being unprofessional. Super friendly staff and fun free events every day. I loved the free pasta some of the nights. Rooms were decent and had good lockers under the beds. Though the beds were old and super uncomfortable. Overall great place!

Would recommend. Lots of free stuff such as 1 free drink & 1 free shot, snacks, and toiletries. Great price for what you get

We loved our stay here. The facilities are very neat and Ariana and Tommy were great!!!!!

Highly recommend! Ended up extending my stay because I just didn’t want to leave. Kaua the manager is an absolute legend, and shoutout to Andry too, whole team were so warm and helpful, it really shows they love what they do. When I broke my phone the staff jumped in straight away to help me get it sorted, that’s when you know a place is truly great. Karaoke night was the highlight and Kaua absolutely delivered. Florence is a dream, this hostel made it even better. 100% coming back!

I got free breakfast, even when I initially didn't book it. The women at the reception was very kind. Also, I got a free towel from Andriy. Thank you again; Everything was lovely, however we did have an ac problem in our room. It started blowing warm wind out of nothing and we were up because of the feeling of being in a sauna at 1:30.... The reception did really try to help up, although the problem wasn't fixed. Just back luck I guess. Besides that, everything was very good.

My first stay at a hostel! I was very pleased overall. I appreciated the complimentary fresh produce, spices, and canned goods in the kitchen. I was able to make a delicious meal from scratch to share. My 6 person dorm was pleasant. Having a light & personal charging bay next to the bed was helpful. The breakfast (extra $) was great. The staff was friendly. Wifi good. I had nice exchanges with the other guests.

Ormai sono al mio 5 soggiorno in questo Ostello, mi sento a casa. Alla qualità della struttura si aggiunge il personale che fa la differenza, sempre accoglienti, disponibili e sorridenti. Lo fanno con il cuore, provate a soggiornare qui!

Nice stuff but Unfortunately they couldn’t help with a lot of basic stuff. My room was below standards. The heater working non stop full power, the toilet constantly flushing like a waterfall, the shower not closing… Even for a hostel disappointing. The kitchen in the other hand was very nice.

There’s a very nice energy here, and in only 2 days, I met several really great fellow travelers. Karaoke night on Tuesday was particularly awesome, as the staff do such a great job of creating a welcoming environment for everyone and getting everyone involved. The free coffee and tea are great, and the terrace is a vibe. As far as location, it’s a quick walk to the principal train station and Il Duomo.

wow the aesthetic…10/10 each room has a private balcony and is super cute kitchen is great and has a lovely communal balcony 10/10 beds are sturdy / move minimally when your bunk mate tosses n turns, which I super appreciate as a lot of hostels have flimsy bunks staff 10/10 vibes t’was loud on week days from their bar below - up until 1am location couldn’t be better

Was fine, felt that bathrooms were dirty and had a bad smell coming from the drains.

The hostel is really great, and the city center is just a few minutes’ walk away. There are many small, cool restaurants around the hostel. The rooms are clean, and each room already has a hairdryer, while towels can be rented cheaply. And most importantly, you feel like you’re in heaven when you sleep in this bed. This hostel is one of the best I’ve ever stayed in.

I stayed one night and it was lovely! The staff was so sweet, the best I’ve experienced. Check in was very easy and checkout at 11. Location perfect, atmosphere very warm 10/10
