Awful. My belongings were stolen and nothing was resolved. The place is right in front of a train station, so it’s very noisy. They are extremely disorganized—you check in through screens that don’t provide clear information, and when you ask for help, the staff respond with a bad attitude. I don’t recommend it at all. Cero recomendado! Tiene buena ubicacion, pero la experiencia es mala.

no notice about a water outage until after I arrived and paid. no monetary compensation was offered to anyone for that. extremely overpriced private room (€360 for 2 nights AFTER the price of my original dorm taken off) with lacking amenities - a HANDHELD (not overhead) shower, a single bed, lacking luggage storage and no water for two nights. noisy with kids and school groups. felt taken advantage of with the room price as a young solo female traveler. wouldn’t recommend at all

No me gustó la habitación, muy pequeña para 6 camas, oscura.

We stayed two nights at this place in Florence and had a bad experience. Our reservation wasn’t properly assigned, and we were placed in a 6-person room instead of a 4-person one. The second night, the door wouldn’t close, making us feel unsafe. We also had to share the room with a very weird stranger. The staff was polite but solutions were lacking. The hostel felt rushed and unprepared. I wouldn’t stay here again. Terrible experience

The hostel it was closed. The staff helped me and they get me other hostel, but I wasted like 2 hours trying to find someone who can help me.

Hostel staff could be a bit more pleasant, bathroom was disgusting with hair over absolutely everything. Hairdryer stopped working halfway through using and toilet would not flush properly. Besides that it was a comfortable bed and the facilities downstairs were nice

Solid hostel. It’s big, and the staff were polite and helpful. The cleaning staff was spot-on, since the rooms and bathrooms were all super clean. The location is not that great, unless you’re arriving in Florence through Campo di Marte – otherwise it’s a long walk to the city center (for me it’s no hassle, but I know that for some people it might be). Overall a good hostel.

Vergelijkbaar met andere a&o hostels, erg fijn, fijne bedden, redelijk ruime kaners en een complete gasten keuken.

overall I really like it. just they don't have safe locker and location is a bit far away from center of the city.

hostel bem limpo, localizado na frente da estação Firenze campo di marte, tem ônibus/trem bem perto em todos os horários. ambiente normalmente tranquilo. único porém é que na minha última noite uma excursão escolar ficou no meu andar e os adolescentes não paravam de gritar no corredor, bater na parede, etc até bem tarde.

It was a nice hostel, safe and clean!

I only got to stay here one night, so I didn't see lots of facilities or day-to-day life in this hostel, but everything seemed okay. There's a lockable luggage storage room, that you can use before and after your stay, a bar, vending machines, the room was clean (you do have to make the bed yourself, if that's an important thing for someone). The lockers under beds and in storage room do not have lockers, so, for extra safety, bring your own.

The hostel was nice and the staff was kind. I liked that the lockers were in the rooms and that they were big enough to fit a backpack. I really like that they had a tiny laundry mat that you can pay by card. A thing to note is that they only have a shower and a toilet inside the rooms, so the sound and lights can be a bother but if you have good earplugs it should not be an issue.

More of a hotel than a hostel, there were lots of school groups staying when I was there so that was a little annoying! Also people running and speaking loudly in the hall at night which would wake me up. The room was also VERY hot and you could not adjust the aircon - it was cooler outside but you could not leave the window open as the train was loud. An exhaust fan in the shower was would also be great as it made the room extra hot

Great hostel which felt like a hotel. No privacy curtains and 30-min walk distance to downtown.

Cuando llegue, nos dieron una habitación que ya tenía personas, y nos tocó quedarnos en otra provisional por la noche, el día siguiente nos dieron una nueva pero cuando llegamos en la noche vimos que estábamos en la cama de alguien ya. Se puede ver qué estaba muy desorganizado y todo esto me hace cuestionar la limpieza. Las habitaciones estaban bien equipadas, sin embrago, el espacio de la ducha era bastante pequeño para cambiarse, y las luces super incómodas. En general, super normal

Chouette auberge, personnel très aimable

Location is 30 minutes walk from the centre. If you are looky for a budget friendly top place , this is good.

Big and new hostel, so everything worked fine and the rooms are clean and spacious. For one night it was perfect:)

Probably the best hostel I’ve ever stayed in! Clean, well organized, and felt safe. Good location too.
