- 4 planta sin Ascensor, Habitación sin ventilación, parecia un palomar sin apenas ventilació. Y el baño era demasiado pequeño. No entraba

- I do not recommend this place. During our stay, the heating did not work, even though it was clearly listed as an amenity at the time of booking. The staff informed us that the heating operates for 4 hours and then is turned off for the next 4 hours. When I book accommodation with heating, I expect it to be available at all times, not only every few hours. In addition, there was visible mold on the windows and in the corners of the room, which is absolutely unacceptable. Throughout our stay the radiators were not working at all — it took about 3 hours to get one of them working. During the repair, the bathroom and the room were flooded, and no one from the staff cleaned up afterward or offered any solution to the situation. The overall standard of the property and the staff’s response were far below expectations. I do not recommend this place.

- Kitchen closed at 10 and can't make tea freely. No free anything anymore. Used to be a free breakfast. No milk, tea or coffee provided. Hammock room with no hammocks, reading room locked, bar closed and taking up previous seating space. Bad atmosphere with a lot of weird people staying there. In a basement . Crap over priced breakfast
+ Un desastre, un 0 para la higiene, las sábanas ni se lavan olían fatal y se nota que lleva mucho tiempo sin cambiar. Entiendo que es un hostal a un precio económico pero creo que lo mínimo que pueden hacer es cambiar las sábanas. No lo recomiendo

+ The front of house staff at the main desk were great craic , very nice & helpful.
- My room was dodgy. No toilets working in the hostel.
- All the bathrooms and the showers in the halls of the entire building were being repaired at the same time. I was made aware that there were more bathrooms and showers in the other building, but I shouldn't have to go to the other side of the planet just to fulfill my most basic needs as a human being. Especially since, in order to get to the other building, you had to pass through the women's showers, so I never would have realized that there was another building in the first place unless someone told me (and there wasn't even an arrow pointing in the right direction). The bathroom on my shared room was still available, but it wasn't easy sharing that with 20 men with almost no other option. Apart from that, we didn't have water for an entire day and after that, the water coming from our shower was always cold. We also didn't have electricity for an entire day. The wi-fi also barely worked for days on end. Not to mention that the repairs always started at 8am sharp and no, the earplugs that I bought in reception were DEFINITELY NOT ENOUGH. The other issue was that there were 3 women in our room despite being male-only. There were also other women constantly coming and going from the room despite not having a bed there. If it were the other way around, I'm sure they would have taken that seriously. Honestly, at this point, I feel they should reimburse me for my entire stay since I'll need that money to pay for years of therapy after this stay. I wasn't expecting perfection, but it was basically just torture.

- I checked in, toured the facility, and checked out. It was dark, dirty, and cold with cement walls and floors that just felt like jail. There may have been a tiny window in the bedroom I believe, but I don't think there was any other light to be found on the upper floors. My four bunk room was so small that you couldn't even fully open the bathroom door. That ensuite that they advertise is just a closet remade into a single toilet. You have to turn sideways to slide into the toilet room. The bathrooms on the floor level were a mess and so small you could barely close the stall door. There is a large kitchen but it was a mess too. Dirty dishes everywhere and people's food spilled all inside the fridge. There's a game room as pictured in the listing, but with the cold fluorescent lights and sticky icky cement floor, it was not for me. I was really surprised that they advertised free luggage storage because it is not secured. If you want your stuff locked up behind the desk you have to pay for that of course. The free luggage storage is just a cement cellar room where you can leave your stuff at your own risk. Everyone hanging around looked sullen and there was zero social interaction happening. The staff at the front desk was fine but there was nothing they could do about all these deficiencies. I just wish that the listing was an accurate representation because this was a huge disappointment and not at all as advertised. I checked into another place immediately.

It was a great stay! The staff was nice and helpful, the location is great!! And I had a generally good time :) Just the restrooms and showers are quite small.
Great place, great staff, great location. Only criticism was noisy fans in the sleeping area and the limited kitchen equipment. Bring earplugs for the fans.

The hostel is well located and convenient for getting around the city. The staff is friendly and helpful. However, it is quite expensive for what they offer. The facilities were not very clean, and overall the experience did not match the price paid.

Without a doubt one of the best hostels I have ever been to, from the attention, spacious rooms, full kitchen, living room, games, entertainment, reading, everything very complete, a resort hostel ..would return whenever I could! a spectacular location! all of 10!
My friend and I stayed here during our trip to Ireland! The location is very central to many of the Dublin hot spots, and the staff are super friendly and helpful! When I requested a bed change due to the guest below me making me uncomfortable, they switched my friend and I to beds so we could be together and were very accommodating. Overall, the expirence was good. It does feel a tad too pricey for a hostel setting, but is a good choice
Es la segunda vez que nos quedamos y esta vez fue en una habitación más grande, mucha gente pero bien, súper ventilada la habitación Súper limpia las instalaciones, eso es algo que rescato de este hostel la limpieza y la cantidad de baños que tienen.
It's the second time we stayed and this time it was in a bigger room, lots of people but well, super ventilated the room super clean the facilities, that's something that rescues from this hostel the cleanliness and the number of bathrooms they have.

Great place to stay to explore the city. Room was clean, beds were well set up, staff was friendly. The bathrooms were pretty tiny but that’s my only complaint. Easy to socialize and everything is nearby! Would stay again:)
