+ Não gostei de nada. Esse lugar deveria ser fechado.
- Lugar sujo, barulhento, pessoas andando e conversando nos corredores até de madrugada. Bichos na cama, estou toda picada de percevejos. Banheiro compartilhado mal iluminado, sujo, sem aquecimento.
+ I didn’t like anything at all. My happiest moment about the hostel was the moment I left it.
- The showers made me feel like I was in a concentration camp. They were extremely dirty, and everything was completely covered in grime. Three out of the five bathrooms weren’t working, so people had to wait in line. Even the “working” showers barely functioned; the water hardly ran properly. The beds were very uncomfortable. Instead of a real pillow, they gave us a tiny, paper-thin thing, literally only about 1–2 cm thick. I had to fold it four times just to make it usable. Both the beds and the rooms were very dirty. After spending the day out exploring, I didn’t even want to go back to the hostel. It was a traumatic experience. Never, ever again.

- My aftershave and one of my towels were stolen from my room. Not many tourist, mostly migrants or semi homeless people staying here. Not recommended.
+ The staff was nice though. Samantha, Amanda, Leonardo, Jean and João were great and welcoming people.
- The worst Hostel I have ever stayed by far. Bathroom looks like a military one with 5-6 showers in a row with a simple curtain to give you privacy during your shower. The showers do not work properly and all of them, with no exception, leak a lot of water. So it is very hard to get a nice and clean shower. The heat of the rooms and common areas do not work and when you ask the reception desk, they say it is supposed to be like that because heating gas is expensive (so the high price I pay for this place is not enough). It's common to get your food stolen and when you ask the reception desk, they make you feel guilty for been robed and say that they would have a lot of work to check the cameras, so they leave it like that. Rooms do not have a locker to keep your luggage safe. There are drawers under the bad that can not fit a small bag. If you have a hand bag, like every normal traveler does, it won't be safe in your room. They just recommend you to have a padlock. The staff was nice though. Samantha, Amanda, Leonardo, Jean and João were great and welcoming people. Nevertheless, there is one guy that makes everyone's stay a hell of a time. Robson is one angry little kid that is very rude, unfriendly, disrespectful that thinks he is better and smarter than everyone else. This kind of person should not be working directly with other people until he learns how to treat other people properly. He should be cleaning bathrooms or anything else than attending people.
+ They charged me more than booking it's more than 100 Euro , they took advantage of weekend, charges are very high completely disappointed with charges never ever recommended this for anyone's stay

- When I got there they told me the sistem wasn't able to know that I'm a male and they assign me a bed in a women's room.Si they ask me 5o pay 60 more so they can move me to a man room...Very very expensive for 2 nights in a hostel.185 euro

- Somehow, I was able to book online. On arrival, I was told "sorry, we don't have a bed for you" only after about 20 minutes of hearing only "there is a problem with your booking." Mostly, I was shocked by how little the staff cared that I was a visitor to the city, arriving late, and that I didn't have anywhere to stay due to their error. I was told there is another Leevin hostel nearby, but there was no attempt made by staff at this establishment to arrange my stay there. As it happens, this was also fully booked, despite having availability online, which I learnt by calling them over the phone. Clearly, the whole operation is a shambles. There is no attempt to care for their guests. I had to ask several times for a refund in the days afterwards.

Nice stay, a little expensive but within normal prices
I have stayed in a lot of hostels in my day and this one was probably the worst. Terrible common space, bad rooms, and confusing hallways that made you feel more like you were in a corn maze then a hostel. The room had no air ventilation and you could hear the guy in the other room toss and turn. If this was a cheap room, it would be one thing, but we payed a lot for no sleep.
In our room, we found an empty bottle of vodka, an half empty bottle of coke and an used wipe on the floor. There was a dead cockroach in one of the shower... It was not clean at all...
Very expensive, female toilets two floors up from my room which was inconvenient when I had to take a pee in the middle of the night, my bed felt like a coffin but the bed was quite comfortable, only cold showers but nice staff and clean overall

- Las duchas y los baños muy malos , el agua de las duchas era una lotería, casi nunca había agua y las duchas no tienen puertas , las duchas tienen cortinas

+ Everything was clean, with nicely decorated corridors, a comfortable dining room, and a central hall. The receptionists and janitors were lovely and helpful. The duvets were warm, and the pillow was comfortable.
- The central hall and dining room were very cold, and it was necessary to sit there in jackets. The mattress had seen better days and was not very comfortable. The contrast between the outdoor areas, where there was trash on the stairs, and the cleanliness inside was surprising.

- Le docce per il semplice fatto che ogni 8/10 secondi devi premere il pulsante per fare uscire l’acqua, e necessitano di manutenzione
