Staff was really rude and unprofessional. We got charged more because we paid by card. I gave him my laundry to wash, but later he said they didn't want to do it anymore because they didn't want to hang my clothes on the dryer. The kitchen is ok but the dorms were cold, there's no locker, and staff doesn't even know who sleeps where. Don't recommend.

Do not book this hostel. We booked a room months in advance but when we got there 3 hours into the check in window we were told our room would not be ready for a couple hours. We went shopping and came back 3 hours later, room still not ready, staff no where to be found. An hour later after we made dinner we finally found the staff and were told there would be no room for us that night. At this point it was already dark out. Extremely poor experience. Unhelpful and unapologetic staff.

Personnel arrangeant et gentil. Auberge/ cuisine sale. J’ai eu du chauffage 1 nuit sur 3. La douche ne fonctionnait pas bien. La chasse d’eau a fonctionné 2 jours sur 3.

No heat in the room. No hand towels in the bathroom. The front desk tried to scan me into paying double—and twice for my already previously booked reservation. Definitely look elsewhere

Start with the positives: staff are nice and helpful; if you're a social person, the kitchen/dining area is always busy with people (if you're not, it could be overwhelming; good location, 5 min walk from bus station and main strip of shops; let you leave any stuff not taking on hikes for free..... then for cons: very questionable cleanliness (kept finding multiple hairs in bed, pillows so dirty, no pillowcases on pillows when arrived in room, leftover rubbish in room from last guests; loud

Nachts ist es verdammt kalt, die Toilette spült nicht und die Dusche ist mehr ein laufender Wasserhahn. Das Personal ist nett und hilfsbereit, den vergleichsweise niedrigen Preis für Patagonien zahlt man nachts durch Frieren.

This hostel is really rated far too high very dirty cold and no staff are present for most of the day it doesn't feel serviced and overall was the worst hostel I've stayed in over my 7 months of travel.

Didn’t get the room we booked. Your head hits the roof when you sit up in a bunk. Receptionist was on the phone the entire time we checked in while the other one was asleep under a desk.

if u don't mind about the clearness and u are looking for nice and chill atmosphere, this hostel is perfect. I love the climbing gym, it really vibes, perfect for travellers

I want to start off by saying the owner is extremely lovely as well as the staff that work there, however the place feels very dirty and rundown. The rooms get extremely cold at night, the layers of bedsheets help but it is still pretty unbearable. The bathrooms were consistently dirty also with mould growing in the showers. It’s in a great location (close to the bus terminal and well as local shops). Overall, great if you’re on a budget but I personally wouldn’t stay there again :(

Cool hostel with nice people. Our room had a massive gas heater so was really warm. Rock climbing wall is super cool, nice kitchen and garden. Very chill. Beds weren’t that comfy but had lots of heavy blankets so that was nice. Close to the bus station.

Cette auberge était super, j’ai passé un super moment. Le lieu est super mignon, le personnel très accueillant ! Je recommande :)

In meinem Zimmer gab es keine Heizung. Ich habe erst am zweiten Tag Extradecken bekommen, diese waren schmutzig. Die Toiletten waren ständig verstopft, in der Dusche war Schimmel, in meinem Zimmer gab es nur eine Steckdose. Gerüchten zufolge gab es in einem Zimmer Bettwanzen. Lieber ein paar Euro tiefer in die Geldtasche greifen, für einen Ort, an dem man sich wohlfühlt.

Nice hostel, very friendly staff, free lugage storage, free upgrade to private room. Great!

I loved the place, good location and cozy. The only thing would be the rooms, no privacy at all and no storage space, you had to leave your things out and trust ppl to not take your stuff, don’t love that. Overall good rating tho.

Amazing staff and the owner who was around once was super nice and shared some mate together! Kitchen is great and facilities are nice. Even has a rock climbing gym if you’re into that. Only down side is room can be a bit chilly at night but they give you warm blankets

Great place - has a fun atmosphere. It is not the most organized place, but the helpful staff + good vibes more than make up for the fact that;) We enjoyed our short stay!!

The igloo was barely insulated, so it felt more like sleeping in a tent at night. As a result, the blankets we had were not enough to keep us warm. You also had to go outside to use the toilet. The kitchen was spacious and fine.

Veeeery rustic place. Close to the bus terminal. Good to stay a little bit. it has his specific kind o people to stay, like climbers. One of the cheapest ones, I was in the outside rooms and when it rained there was a leaking on top of my backpack. Very cold also in the rooms and dirty. I would go back and I recomend the place.

un hostel à 5min du terminal de bus, une salle d'escalade et plein d'équipements disponibles à la location, ambiance relax, lieu propre avec grand espace cuisine partage, bien pour cuisiner de bons plats et se relaxer ! gérants super bien joignables au téléphone et très sympa ! si je peux je reviendrai et je recommanderai ce bel hôtel 😁🙏

Great hostel! The staff is really friendly and helpful, the location was also great a few minutes away from the bus station, I would definitely come back!

I stayed at redpoint for 4 nights. the hostel was clean and quiet. staff made sure quiet hours were actually quiet. everything you need in the kitchen. all climbing gear to rent for reasonable price. my only qualm was it got very cold in the rooms. no heat in rooms, but plenty of blankets to keep warm, as long as you were tucked in you were warm. super friendly and approachable staff. will definitely return int he future

Sehr cooles Hostel. Man kann sich sehr gut mit anderen Leuten connecten und das Personal ist sehr sehr nett und entspannt.

Nice place, was nervous because I saw some bad reviews. In my experience the staff are super nice, bed was honestly really comfy, pretty clean place. I’d stay here again for sure

Good location, close to the bus station. Lots of good equipment to rent for cheap and the hostel living area was lovely. The rooms had no heating so were really cold, but lots of layers on the beds. Staff were really helpful and nice but the hostel was quite unorganised, the front desk was often empty and they sometimes did not know who was in what room and would enter without knocking. Showers were hot but didn’t have lights which was an interesting experience :)

Oh Red Point… so much fun and so much potential. However, cleaning seems to be non existent, bathrooms need a upgrade, zero space in the dorm, not enough lockers per dorm, only one outlet per dorm, no lock on front door and most of the time no one at the reception. Fix your things and be an awesome place!

Good location close to buses. Staff are nice but come into rooms without knocking and don’t know who is staying in which bed. Rooms are very cold (no heating). Showers are hot but without lights. You can rent equipment here cheaply and the kitchen is nice. Only 1 plug socket and 2 lockers in 4 bed dorm.

Rooms were very cold and people kept leaving the door to outside open. Also the fridge got unplugged at some point and all of our food was warm.
